本实用新型提供的是肛瘘内口封闭器。在肛门内塞有封闭内口棉球，在封闭内口棉球上缠有第一拉线和第二拉线，封闭内口棉球的引线通过皮肤保护胶管内的弹性胶条与固定棉球连接，固定棉球用固定胶布粘贴在皮肤上。本实用新型肛瘘内口封闭器使用后能隔开肠道来的粪便进入瘘管，同时压迫封闭了内口，起到了类似于手术缝合内口的作用，使得内口及瘘管和外口快速愈合。所以，该肛瘘内口封闭器结构简单新颖，体积小，重量轻，价格低，操作简单，患者痛苦小，疗效好，恢复快，适适宜作为治疗各种类型的肛瘘使用。

技术领域
本实用新型提供的是用于治疗肛瘘的医疗器械，具体地说是肛瘘内口封闭器。用来封闭肛瘘内口达到隔离粪便进入肛瘘瘘管，利于肛瘘愈合的肛瘘治疗。
背景技术
肛瘘是肛门周围组织病理性通道，由内口、瘘管、外口三部分组成。内口开口于肛管直肠腔接受粪便进入瘘管，使得肛瘘难以自愈。当今世界治疗肛瘘仍以开刀手术为主，对组织必然带来破坏，痛苦大，恢复慢，效果不理想。
发明内容
为了减轻肛瘘患者开刀带来的痛苦，促进肛瘘快速愈合，本实用新型提供了肛瘘内口封闭器。该封闭器通过不开刀，治疗简单、痛苦小、恢复快的治疗肛瘘的医疗器械。
本实用新型解决技术问题所采用的方案是：
在肛门内塞有封闭内口棉球，在封闭内口棉球上缠有第一拉线和第二拉线，封闭内口棉球的引线通过皮肤保护胶管内的弹性胶条与固定棉球连接，固定棉球用固定胶布粘贴在皮肤上。

具体实施方式
肛瘘是在肛门01一侧生成瘘管02，在瘘管端部形成外口03。
肛门瘘管封闭器结构，据图所示，在肛门内塞有封闭内口棉球5，在封闭内口棉球上缠有第一拉线6和第二拉线7，封闭内口棉球的引线通过皮肤保护胶管4内的弹性胶条3与固定棉球2连接，固定棉球用固定胶布1粘贴在皮肤上。
所述引线是第一拉线与弹性胶条连接的线。
各部件参数：
内口封闭棉球：30×20×20mm；
固定棉球：30×20×20mm；
第一拉线和第二拉线：医用10#丝线，长度300mm；
弹性胶条：切面直径1.5mm，长度150mm；
皮肤保护胶管：临床常用输液器胶管，长度50mm；
固定胶布：50×40mm。
本实用新型的使用方法：
患者清洁肠道，左侧位卧于治疗台，消毒，局部麻醉，扩肛，清洁瘘管分泌物。探针探查肛瘘瘘管，并引线留置于瘘管中备用，该引线一端在肛瘘外口之外，另一端在肛门之外。将内口封闭棉球连接好的弹性胶条系于肛门之外的引线一端，轻拉肛瘘外口之外的引线，使得内口封闭棉球顺利进入肛门内达到肛瘘内口位置，弹性胶条从外口引出，套上皮肤保护胶管，剪除弹性胶条上的引线，再将弹性胶条连接固定棉球。将固定棉球紧贴皮肤向外侧牵拉，使得弹性胶条达到适度弹性张力，固定胶布贴住固定棉球。肛瘘外口敷无菌纱布。肛管内口封闭器操作治疗结束。
3天后拆除肛瘘内口封闭器。揭除外口纱布。肛门及外口消毒。拉游离的第一拉线一端，解开内口封闭棉球上的活结，由此松开了第一拉线与内口封闭棉球连接。拉第二拉线，将内口封闭棉球从肛门中取出。揭除固定胶布及连接一起的固定棉球、弹性胶条、第一拉线及皮肤保护胶管。肛瘘外口处敷无菌纱布。至此，肛瘘内口封闭器治疗肛瘘结束。
肛瘘内口封闭器使用过程3天中，患者禁食、禁便、完全静脉营养及消炎。
肛瘘内口封闭器拆除后，第一拉线留下的直径0.3mm原内口处的通道4小时愈合，对治疗后的肛瘘愈合无任何影响。

1.肛瘘内口封闭器，其特征是：在肛门内塞有封闭内口棉球（5），在封闭内口棉球上缠有第一拉线（6）和第二拉线（7），封闭内口棉球的引线通过皮肤保护胶管（4）内的弹性胶条（3）与固定棉球（2）连接，固定棉球用固定胶布（1）粘贴在皮肤上。
