背景技术
工作灯用来给人们工作时提供照明,不同的工作场所一般使用不同的工作灯。现有的工作灯种类繁多,结构多样,根据使用场所的不同,工作灯的使用效果和结构均不同。
目前,市面上针对大面积区域照明的工作灯结构单一,照明范围无法满足工作需要,故,需要一种新的技术方案以解决上述技术问题。
实用新型内容
技术问题:本实用新型提供了一种具有较好透光性的区域照明工作灯体结构,满足各种场合的需求。
技术方案:本实用新型的公开了一种区域照明工作灯体结构,包括灯盒、固定在灯盒上的灯管和包裹住所述灯管的灯罩,该灯管和灯罩为一体结构,所述灯罩包括用于放置固定灯管的开口内嵌槽口和设置在槽口开口端两侧的向外延伸反射端,该反射端为透光结构。
作为本实用新型的进一步优化,本实用新型所述的灯管为LED光源板。
作为本实用新型的进一步优化,本实用新型所述的灯盒与灯罩的连接处设有轨道槽,该灯罩的槽口开口端上设有与该轨道槽配合固定的限位固定机构。
作为本实用新型的进一步优化,本实用新型所述的反射端呈括弧状斜向下设置在槽口开口端两侧。
作为本实用新型的进一步优化,本实用新型所述的反射端直斜向下设置在槽口开口端两侧。

如图1和图2所示的一种区域照明工作灯体结构,包括灯盒1、LED光源PCB线路板2、灯罩3和用于驱动LED光源PCB线路板2的驱动器4,该LED光源PCB线路板2与灯罩3为一体结构,且灯盒1、灯罩4和驱动器4通过端头盖5构成工作灯体结构,本实施例中的灯罩3采用透光材料,如PC、PS、亚克力等,该灯罩3具体包括用于放置固定LED光源PCB线路板2的开口内嵌槽口31和设置在槽口31开口两侧的向外延伸反射端32,反射端32靠近LED光源PCB线路板2的侧面上设有若干棱形长条凸起,为确保灯罩3和灯盒1连接良好,故在灯盒1与灯罩3的连接处设有轨道槽11,该灯罩3的槽口31开口上设有与该轨道槽11配合固定的限位固定机构311,具体的,该限位固定机构311呈开口朝外的C字形结构。

1.一种区域照明工作灯体结构,包括灯盒,其特征在于:还包括固定在灯盒上的灯管和包裹住所述灯管的灯罩,该灯管和灯罩为一体结构,所述灯罩包括用于放置固定灯管的开口内嵌槽口和设置在槽口开口端两侧的向外延伸反射端,该反射端为透光结构。

3.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种区域照明工作灯体结构,其特征在于:所述灯盒与灯罩的连接处设有轨道槽,该灯罩的槽口开口端上设有与该轨道槽配合固定的限位固定机构。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种区域照明工作灯体结构,其特征在于:所述反射端呈括弧状斜向下设置在槽口开口端两侧。
