本实用新型涉及一种相变散热材料的轻量化锂电池箱，包括箱体，所述箱体壁包括外层的碳纤维壳体和内层的相变散热层，所述碳纤维壳体与相变散热层之间通过骨架层连接，所述骨架层为由碳纤维棒交织而成的三角网格状结构；所述相变散热层为石蜡复合材料，所述石蜡复合材料的熔点为40℃‑50℃；本实用新型的箱体强度比传统的金属电池箱体强度高数倍，质量仅为金属电池箱体的一半左右；由于箱体内部温度与外部温度交换只能通过箱体壁散热，本实用新型通过箱体内壁上增加石蜡复合材料材料融化吸收电池热量并和箱体壁接触式散热，大大提高了箱体内部温度散热效率，可用于多种新能源车辆，可以在多种环境下使用，提高了锂电池箱体的实用性。

本实用新型涉及锂电池箱技术领域，具体涉及一种相变散热材料的轻量化锂电池箱。
背景技术
锂电池箱是新能源动力系统锂电池的重要防护，是锂电池组整体的重要部件，为新能源汽车提供动力支撑。由于受到材料限制，目前的锂电池箱体主要是金属材料制备，导致箱体重量居高不下，同时在热带地区，因为环境温度高加上电池工作时候散发的热量，导致箱体内电池温度较高，电池温度升高而无法及时有效的发散，带来了安全隐患。
实用新型内容
本实用新型要解决的技术问题在于，客服现有技术的不足，提供一种相变散热材料的轻量化锂电池箱，解决锂电池箱箱体轻量化问题，同时增强电池箱体的散热性能。
具体解决方案如下：
一种相变散热材料的轻量化锂电池箱，包括箱体，所述箱体壁包括外层的碳纤维壳体和内层的相变散热层，所述碳纤维壳体与相变散热层之间通过骨架层连接，所述骨架层为由碳纤维棒交织而成的三角网格状结构；所述相变散热层为石蜡复合材料，所述石蜡复合材料的熔点为40℃-50℃。
本实用新型的有益效果是：本实用新型的一种相变散热材料的轻量化锂电池箱，制作成本低，质量可靠，重量较轻，箱体使用碳纤维材料，通过复合成型技术，将箱体壁的碳纤维壳体安装在箱体内的骨架层上，骨架层是使用高强度碳纤维棒交织而成的三角网状结构，使得箱体强度达到同等金属箱体的数倍；在箱体内壁上，于骨架层上镶嵌熔点在40-50摄氏度的石蜡复合材料作为相变散热层材料，当内部温度达到相变材料熔点时，相变材料将吸热，融化，同时通过箱体的碳纤维壳体外壁将热量迅速散失出去，大大提高了箱体散热性能。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本实用新型作进一步的描述。
参照图1和图3所示的一种相变散热材料的轻量化锂电池箱，包括箱体1，所述箱体1壁包括外层的碳纤维壳体11和内层的相变散热层13，所述碳纤维壳体11与相变散热层13之间通过骨架层12连接。
碳纤维材料具备高强度、绝缘阻燃性能；强度能够承受外部撞击等，同时具备耐腐蚀性能。碳纤维复合材料密度为1.7g/cm3左右，比金属密度低的多，因此箱体将能够在解决强度的同时，大大降低箱体重量，实现轻量化、高强度电池箱。
参照图2所示，所述骨架层12为由碳纤维棒交织而成的三角网格状结构；骨架层通过横向及纵向结构设计，形成稳定的三角受力关系，使得箱体结构能够大大分散箱体受力。
所述相变散热层13为石蜡复合材料，所述石蜡复合材料的熔点为40℃-50℃。石蜡复合材料作为相变散热层材料，当内部温度达到相变材料熔点时，相变材料将吸热，融化，同时通过箱体的碳纤维壳体外壁将热量迅速散失出去。
本实用新型的箱体强度比传统的金属电池箱体强度高数倍，质量仅为金属电池箱体的一半左右；由于箱体内部温度与外部温度交换只能通过箱体壁散热，本实用新型通过箱体内壁上增加石蜡复合材料材料融化吸收电池热量并和箱体壁接触式散热，大大提高了箱体内部温度散热效率，可用于多种新能源车辆，可以在多种环境下使用，提高了锂电池箱体的实用性。
