本实用新型涉及一种装置，具体而言，涉及一种产品称重装置。
背景技术
在破伤风抗毒素进行包装的过程中，会出现少一只安瓿瓶、多一只安瓿瓶、多一张说明书、多一个塑料盒的问题，因此，在包装完毕后，需要进行称重检测，但是现有检测方法为人工检测，不但效率低下，而且检测过程中，会出现漏检、错检的情况，因此，需要一种产品称重推出装置。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种产品称重推出装置，能自动推出重量不符合标准的包装盒，检测过程精确、快速，有效提高了破伤风抗毒素包装的效率和合格率。
本实用新型是这样实现的，它包括气动推杆、控制器、出料口，包装设备上设有出料口，其特征在于，出料口的上均匀分布有若干个重力传感器，出料口左右两侧分别设有剔除口和气动推杆，剔除口和气动推杆均设在支撑桌上，支撑桌位于出料口的正下方，支撑桌上还设有连接气动推杆、重力传感器的控制器，控制器连接电源。
所述气动推杆上设有橡胶垫。
所述气动推杆与出料口之间的间隙为2—5mm。
所述支撑桌上还设有用于复称的电子秤。
本实用新型的技术效果是：能自动推出重量不符合标准的包装盒，检测过程精确、快速，有效提高了破伤风抗毒素包装的效率和合格率。

具体实施方式
结合图1来具体说明本实用新型，一种产品称重推出装置，它包括气动推杆1、控制器2、出料口3，包装设备上设有出料口，出料口的上均匀分布有若干个重力传感器，出料口左右两侧分别设有剔除口和气动推杆，剔除口4和气动推杆均设在支撑桌5上，支撑桌位于出料口的正下方，支撑桌上还设有连接气动推杆、重力传感器6的控制器，控制器连接电源，所述气动推杆上设有橡胶垫，防止推出过程中碰伤包装盒7，所述气动推杆与出料口之间的间隙为2—5mm，使得包装盒更加平稳的被推出，所述支撑桌上还设有用于复称的电子秤，便于检测人员找出包装不合格的包装盒。
检测时，若干个包装盒7从出料口流出，这时重量传感器6将检测到的重量信号传输给控制器2，控制器2进行分析和比对，当重量不符合标准，气动推杆1推出若干个包装盒7；当重量符合标准，气动推杆1不动作，推出后的包装盒7通过剔除口4推倒支撑桌5上，之后检测人员对每个包装盒7进行复称检查，消除缺陷后放回流水线即可。

1.一种产品称重推出装置，它包括气动推杆、控制器、出料口，包装设备上设有出料口，其特征在于，出料口的上均匀分布有若干个重力传感器，出料口左右两侧分别设有剔除口和气动推杆，剔除口和气动推杆均设在支撑桌上，支撑桌位于出料口的正下方，支撑桌上还设有连接气动推杆、重力传感器的控制器，控制器连接电源。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种产品称重推出装置，其特征在于，所述气动推杆上设有橡胶垫。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种产品称重推出装置，其特征在于，所述气动推杆与出料口之间的间隙为2—5mm。
4.根据权利要求1-3任意一项所述的一种产品称重推出装置，其特征在于，所述支撑桌上还设有用于复称的电子秤。
