Both ends of the lamp body 10 and the lamp cover 40 are sealed by an end cover 70 and an end cover sealing ring 71, wherein the end cover sealing ring 71 is disposed between the end cover 70 and the opening.
In specific implementation, after the lamp body 10 is connected to the lamp shade 40, the end cap sealing rings 71 are placed at two ends of the lamp body 10, the end caps 70 are pressed on the end cap sealing rings 71, and the end caps 70 are connected to the lamp body 10 through screws. Specifically, it is fixed to the lamp body 10 by a cross countersunk head screw. In order to prevent the screw cap from being exposed to the outside, the screw cap is sealed by a plug 76. The nuts are sealed by the plugs 76 at the nuts, so that the nuts of the screws can be prevented from being corroded, the service life of the screws is prolonged, screw holes and screw caps cannot be seen by the end covers 70 after the screws are installed, and the attractiveness of the whole lamp is not affected. End cap seal 71 includes, but is not limited to, a silicone seal and plug 76 includes, but is not limited to, a silicone plug 76.
Similarly, the electrical cover 15 and the lamp body 10 may also be connected by screws, specifically, the electrical cover sealing ring 16 is disposed between the electrical hole 14 and the electrical cover 15, the electrical cover 15 is pressed on the electrical cover sealing ring 16 and fixed on the lamp body 10 by a cross countersunk head screw, and then the plug 76 is fixed on the nut.
With continued reference to fig. 1, the end cap 70 is provided with a wire hole 73 with a waterproof joint 72 and a breathing hole 75 with a breather 74, wherein the wire of the driving power supply 50 is connected to the outside through the wire hole 73, and the wire hole 73 is sealed by the waterproof joint 72; the breathing orifice 75 is sealed by the breather 74.
Specifically, an output line of the driving power source 50 is welded to the light source assembly 30, and the output line of the power source is connected to external municipal electricity. The end cap 70 is provided with a wire hole 73 with a waterproof joint 72, and a wire of the driving power supply 50 (an output wire of the driving power supply 50) is protruded through the wire hole 73, and the wire hole 73 is sealed by the waterproof joint 72. When the waterproof connector 72 seals the wire hole 73, the waterproof connector 72 is fixedly connected with the end cover 70, the waterproof connector 72 is sealed by a sealing ring, an output line of a power supply penetrates through the waterproof connector 72, and the wire hole 73 is sealed by locking a locknut of the waterproof connector 72. The end cap 70 is further provided with a breathing hole 75 with a breather 74, and the breather 74 seals the breathing hole 75 through a sealing ring. The breather 74 is fixedly connected with the end cover 70 and sealed by a breather 74 sealing ring. The wire hole 73 is sealed by the waterproof joint 72 and the breathing hole 75 is sealed by the breathing tube 74 so that the installation cavity of the lamp body 10 is in a completely sealed state.
It should be noted that the openings at both ends of the tri-proof light are provided with end caps 70, the end caps 70 at both ends may be provided with wire holes 73 and breathing holes 75, or one of the end caps 70 may be provided with wire holes 73 and breathing holes 75. When the two end caps 70 are provided with the wire holes 73, they can be replaced with each other regardless of the installation position. When only one of the end caps 70 is provided with the wire hole 73, the end cap 70 provided with the wire hole 73 is installed at a side close to the driving power source 50 in consideration of the installation position.
To sum up, the embodiment of the present invention provides a technical solution, which has the following beneficial effects:
1. by providing an emergency assembly, emergency lighting can be provided when the light source assembly 30 fails, and the status of the lamp can be seen through the emergency indicator light 62;
2. by arranging the electric appliance hole 14 and the electric appliance cover 15, when the emergency component and the driving power supply 50 are maintained, the whole lamp does not need to be detached, the emergency component and/or the driving power supply 50 can be maintained through the electric appliance hole 14, and the effects of convenience and simplicity in maintenance are achieved;
3. sealing strips 18 are placed in circular grooves 17 on two sides of the lamp body 10, the lampshade 40 is directly buckled at the circular grooves 17 through buckling parts 41 to be connected with the lamp body 10 and is mutually extruded with the silica gel strips to realize sealing, the cost is saved, and the installation is simple and convenient;
4. the two light sources 31 are fixed on the surface of the radiator 20 at an angle of 120 degrees, so that the effects of uniform light emission and no dark space are realized;
5. the end cover 70 and the lamp body 10 are sealed together by the end cover sealing ring 71 and the plug 76, and the screw holes cannot be seen from the end cover 70 after the lamp body is assembled, so that the whole tri-proof lamp is more attractive.
It should be noted that, although the embodiments of the present invention have been described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings, the present invention should not be construed as limited to the scope of the present invention. Various modifications and changes may be made by those skilled in the art without inventive work within the scope of the present invention as described in the claims.

Claims (10)
1. A tri-proof light, comprising: the lamp comprises a lamp body, a radiator, a light source component, a lampshade, a driving power supply and an emergency component; wherein,
the lamp body is connected with the radiator, and the lamp body and the radiator form an installation cavity;
the light source assembly is positioned outside the installation cavity and arranged on the radiator;
the lampshade is connected with the lamp body, and the light source assembly and the radiator are wrapped in the lampshade;
the driving power supply is arranged in the mounting cavity and is connected with the light source component;
the emergency assembly is arranged in the mounting cavity, wherein the emergency assembly is used for starting emergency lighting when the driving power supply stops supplying power.
2. The tri-proof light of claim 1, wherein the emergency components include an emergency controller, an emergency power supply, and an emergency indicator light;
the emergency controller is respectively connected with the emergency power supply and the driving power supply, and the emergency power supply is respectively connected with the light source assembly and the emergency indicator lamp;
an emergency lamp hole is formed in the radiator, and the emergency indicator lamp is arranged in the emergency lamp hole and sealed through a protective coil;
when the driving power supply stops supplying power, the emergency controller controls the emergency power supply to supply power to the light source assembly and the emergency indicator lamp so as to start emergency lighting and the emergency indicator lamp.
3. The tri-proof light of claim 2, wherein the emergency power supply is secured to the heat sink.
4. The tri-proof light of claim 1, wherein the light body comprises a top plate and two side plates, and the top plate and the two side plates form a U-shaped structure;
the inner walls of the two side plates, which are close to one end of the opening of the U-shaped structure, are respectively provided with a clamping groove;
the radiator is clamped with the lamp body through the clamping groove.
5. The tri-proof light as claimed in claim 1, wherein a convex part is arranged on the surface of the heat sink opposite to the mounting cavity, and the convex part protrudes in a direction away from the mounting cavity;
two opposite sides of the protruding part are inclined planes, the two inclined planes are symmetrically arranged on two sides of the length center line of the radiator, and the included angle of the extension lines of the two inclined planes is 90-150 degrees;
the light source assembly comprises a plurality of light sources which are symmetrically arranged on the inclined plane.
6. The tri-proof light as claimed in claim 1, wherein the lamp body is provided with an electrical appliance hole, an electrical appliance cover and an electrical appliance cover sealing ring;
the electric appliance hole is communicated with the mounting cavity;
the electric appliance hole is sealed by the electric appliance cover sealing ring and the electric appliance cover, wherein the electric appliance cover sealing ring is arranged between the electric appliance hole and the electric appliance cover.
7. The tri-proof light of claim 1, wherein a circular groove is arranged on the light body, a sealing strip is arranged in the circular groove, and the circular groove is arranged at the joint of the light body and the lampshade;
the lampshade is provided with a buckling part which is arranged at the joint of the lamp body and the lampshade;
the lampshade is clamped with the circular groove through the clamping part and extrudes the sealing strip.
8. The tri-proof light of claim 1, further comprising: an end cap and an end cap seal ring;
the lamp body with the both ends of lamp shade are open structure, the lamp body with the both ends of lamp shade are all sealed through the end cover with the end cover sealing washer, wherein, the end cover sealing washer sets up between end cover and the opening part.
9. The tri-proof light of claim 8, wherein the end cap is provided with a wire hole with a waterproof joint and a breathing hole with a respirator;
wherein the electric wire of the driving power source is connected to the outside through the electric wire hole, which is sealed by the waterproof joint;
the breathing orifice is sealed by the respirator.
10. The tri-proof light as claimed in claim 8, wherein the end cap is connected with the light body through a screw, and the nut of the screw is sealed through a plug.
