Abstract
本实用新型公开了一种雾化仓结构,包括储油仓和发热芯支架,储油仓的上端为封闭端,下端设有管状的导油管以及导气管,储油仓的外壁设有卡扣,且卡扣位于靠近导气管的一端;发热芯支架上端设有与导油管对应的注油孔以及与导气管对应的导气孔,发热芯支架外壁设有与卡扣卡紧的卡槽,当储油仓与发热芯支架卡紧时,导油管伸入注油孔内,导气管伸入导气孔内。它的优点是结构简单,生产成本低;拆卸方便,注油方便;导油效果好,防止漏油;雾化均匀,防止导油棉烧焦。

技术领域
本实用新型涉雾化仓技术领域,尤其是一种雾化仓结构。
背景技术
电子烟内的雾化仓结构包括储油仓和发热芯支架,储油仓和发热芯支架采用螺纹扭紧的固定方式,因此储油仓和发热芯支架材质一般是五金材质,使得生产成本比较高;在注油时需要先将螺纹扭开,注完油之后再将螺纹扭紧,使用起来不够方便、快捷,而且在扭紧螺纹的过程都要很小心,如果不小心没有扭紧的话,可能会漏油。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的是解决现有技术的不足,提供一种雾化仓结构。
本实用新型的一种技术方案:
一种雾化仓结构,包括储油仓和发热芯支架,储油仓的上端为封闭端,下端设有管状的导油管以及导气管,储油仓的外壁设有卡扣,且卡扣位于靠近导气管的一端;发热芯支架上端设有与导油管对应的注油孔以及与导气管对应的导气孔,发热芯支架外壁设有与卡扣卡紧的卡槽,当储油仓与发热芯支架卡紧时,导油管伸入注油孔内,导气管伸入导气孔内。
一种优选方案是导油管外壁设有环形槽,环形槽内套有密封圈。
一种优选方案是导油管的数量为两个,导气管的数量为一个,且两个导油管关于导气管对称分布。
一种优选方案是发热芯支架内横向设有发热体,发热体包括导油棉,以及套于导油棉外的发热丝;导油棉的一端与一导油管的管口对接,导油棉的另一端与另一导油管的管口对接。
一种优选方案是储油仓的外壁设有两卡扣,且两卡扣关于导气管对称分布;发热芯支架外壁设有两卡槽,两卡槽关于导气孔对称分布。
综合上述技术方案,本实用新型的有益效果:结构简单,生产成本低;拆卸方便,注油方便;导油效果好,防止漏油;雾化均匀,防止导油棉烧焦。

具体实施方式
如图1至图4所示,一种雾化仓结构,包括储油仓10和发热芯支架20,储油仓10的上端为封闭端,下端设有管状的导油管101以及导气管102,储油仓10的外壁设有卡扣103,且卡扣103位于靠近导气管102一端;发热芯支架20上端设有与导油管101对应的注油孔201以及与导气管102对应的导气孔202,发热芯支架20外壁设有与卡扣103卡紧的卡槽203,当储油仓10与发热芯支架20卡紧时,导油管101伸入注油孔201内,导气管102伸入导气孔202内。储油仓10和发热芯支架20采用拔插结构的固定方式,方便储油仓10和发热芯支架20的安装和拆卸,储油仓10和发热芯支架20通过卡扣和卡槽的方式来扣紧,以达到不漏油,又不松脱。
如图2至图4所示,导油管101外壁设有环形槽104,环形槽104内套有密封圈。导油管101的数量为两个,导气管102的数量为一个,且两个导油管101关于导气管102对称分布。左右两侧的导油管101用密封圈套紧,起到密封防漏油的作用。
如图3和图4所示,发热芯支架20内横向设有发热体204,发热体204包括导油棉205,以及套于导油棉205外的发热丝206;导油棉205的一端与一导油管101的管口对接,导油棉205的另一端与另一导油管101的管口对接。储油仓10内的烟油经左右两侧的导油管101与导油棉205相通,起导油作用。中间的导气管102是过气流的。储油仓10内的烟油经左右两侧的导油管101进入发热芯支架20内,当烟油流经导油棉205时,发热丝206将导油棉205上的烟油雾化,由于导油棉205两侧都与对应的导油管101的管口对接,因此导油棉205上的烟油分布均匀,使得导油棉205上的烟油雾化均匀,增加了口感。
如图3和图4所示,储油仓10的外壁设有两卡扣103,且两卡扣103关于导气管102对称分布;发热芯支架20外壁设有两卡槽203,两卡槽203关于导气孔202对称分布。两卡扣103和两卡槽203能够很好的卡紧储油仓10和发热芯支架20,防止储油仓10和发热芯支架20松脱。
以上是本实用新型的具体实施方式,应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本实用新型原理的前提下,还可以做出若干改进和润饰,这些改进和润饰也视为本实用新型的保护范围。

1.一种雾化仓结构,其特征在于,包括储油仓和发热芯支架,所述储油仓的上端为封闭端,下端设有管状的导油管以及导气管,所述储油仓的外壁设有卡扣,且所述卡扣位于靠近导气管的一端;所述发热芯支架上端设有与导油管对应的注油孔以及与导气管对应的导气孔,所述发热芯支架外壁设有与卡扣卡紧的卡槽,当储油仓与发热芯支架卡紧时,所述导油管伸入注油孔内,导气管伸入导气孔内。
2.如权利要求1所述的雾化仓结构,其特征在于,所述导油管外壁设有环形槽,所述环形槽内套有密封圈。
3.如权利要求1所述的雾化仓结构,其特征在于,所述导油管的数量为两个,所述导气管的数量为一个,且两个导油管关于导气管对称分布。
4.如权利要求3所述的雾化仓结构,其特征在于,所述发热芯支架内横向设有发热体,所述发热体包括导油棉,以及套于导油棉外的发热丝;所述导油棉的一端与一导油管的管口对接,导油棉的另一端与另一导油管的管口对接。
5.如权利要求1至4任意一项所述的雾化仓结构,其特征在于,所述储油仓的外壁设有两卡扣,且两卡扣关于导气管对称分布;所述发热芯支架外壁设有两卡槽,两卡槽关于导气孔对称分布。
