本实用新型属医学检验器材技术领域,具体地说是用于一次性采取静脉血液标本的玻璃负压试管,该试管提高了血液标本质量,避免溶血和血液成分改变所造成的检验误差,减少了消毒件数,降低了污染机会。玻璃负压试管其特征是针头与导针通过塑料导管牢固连接,玻璃试管预先抽真空使其内达到一定负压(负压指数按抽血多少而定),导针一端插入橡胶试管塞,橡胶试管塞塞住玻璃试管,确保负压在一定时间内不致大量丧失。

Description

本实用新型属医学检验器材技术领域,具体地说是用于一次性采取静脉血液标本的玻璃负压试管。
以往检验用血液标本是用玻璃注射器抽取,近二年因肝炎等病毒通过反复使用的玻璃注射器途经交叉传染,而改用一次性使用的塑料注射器代替,但也存在:1、成本过高,售价为0.7~0.8元一付,仅能在部分大医院中使用。2、塑材注射器抽血过程与玻璃注射器同样存在针头与乳头接合部产生血液的旋转摩擦,针芯及空气的摩擦,注入试管内的摩擦等而导致溶血和逸出气体成份造成检验结果的误差。3、在采取原有的抽血方法时,必需使用针管、试管、管塞等器材,增加了消毒件数,增多了污染机会。
本实用新型的目的是:提高血液标本质量,避免溶血和血液成份改变所造成的检验误差,减少消毒件数,降低污染机会,方便操作,简化采血程序。
本实用新型技术解决方案:一种由针头、针管组成的玻璃负压试管,其特征是针头和导针通过塑料导管牢固连接,玻璃试管预先抽真空,使其内达到一定负压(负压指数按抽血多少而定),导针一端插入橡胶试管塞,橡胶管塞塞住玻璃试管,确保负压在一定时间内不致大量丧失,包装时将导针轻置于橡胶试管塞盲孔内。
本实用新型优点:在抽真空前可预先放入各种用途的抗凝剂,使静脉血直接进入试管后,即和抗凝剂混合,运用该负压试管抽血时血液是由静脉中直接流入试管,防止了血液成份的变化和外界污染,采血后,拨去导针即是一附带瓩塞的玻璃试管,可直接送至无菌室进行检验操作,本设计主体部分是玻璃试管和管塞,在一次性使用的前提下做到一品两用,提高了材料利用率,降低了成本(仅为塑料一次性注射器的40%左右),由于采血过程是在密封条件下一次由血管到试管直接完成,避免了象以往那样用针管抽血再注入试管的操作方法所带来的不良后果。

下面结合附图对本实用新型作进一步描述:
选用适当的玻璃试管,经消毒后放入抗凝剂,使血液经静脉血管流出后,直接与其混合,保证血液标本质量。由针头1,塑料导管2,导针3组成的穿刺部分,有着穿刺方便,回血清楚的优点,在采血时,当针头刺入静脉,即可在塑料导管2前端看到回血,这时将垂直固结于导针3上的挡片6,沿玻璃试管5方向按入,即完成了采血工作。用无毒橡胶制成橡胶试管塞4,在橡胶试管塞上端中间开有盲孔,可将导针置入,橡胶试管塞下部开有缺口,采血后废弃穿刺部分,留下已用橡胶试管塞密封的玻璃试管和管内的血液标本,即可送入无菌室进行检验。
本产品在设计时,主要考虑到使用上的“一次性”和尽量减少标本与外界的接触,所以  该产品可使血液由静脉血管直接流入试管,并做到一品两用降低了成本,提高了市场竞争力。

Claims (3)

1、一种由针头,针管组成的玻璃负压试管,其特征是针头与导针通过塑料导管牢固连接,导针一端插入橡胶试管塞,橡胶试管塞塞住玻璃试管。
2、根据权利要求1所述的玻璃负压试管,其特征是橡胶试管塞上端中间开有盲孔,下部开有缺口。
3、根据权利要求1所述的玻璃负压试管,其特征是挡片垂直固结于导针上。
