Abstract
本实用新型公开了一种RGB软条灯公母接头,其包括插拔连接的公接头和母接头,所述母接头包括:用于连接导线的第一铜端子,第一铜端子的外侧包覆有一次注塑成型的第一软外皮,第一软外皮的外表面沿端部向中部延伸开设有螺纹,该端部还开设有连接第一铜端子的插孔;所述的公接头包括:用于连接导线的第二铜端子,该第二铜端子的外侧包覆有一次注塑成型的第二软外皮,第二软外皮的表面设有安装防水装置的凹槽。本实用新型的公母接头具有软性外皮的公接头和母接头,透明材质的接头材质使连接比较方便,便于运输和安装。公接头上的凹槽内具有防水胶圈,该胶圈具有良好的防水效果。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种灯串之间的连接接头,特别是一种用于组装式高低压灯串的接头。
背景技术
灯饰(如圣诞灯、照明产品等)是人们在日常生活中随处可见的物品之一。当夜幕来临之时,各类灯饰的灯头发出的五颜六色的光芒可对周围环境起到强烈的衬托和装饰效果。正因为灯饰具有这样的作用,许多生产厂家都在努力推出结构更为简单、使用效果更为良好的灯饰以占领市场。
高低压灯串是一种广泛使用与各种装饰照明场所的灯具,由于使用的环境不同,灯串需要满足各种长度的要求。灯串与灯串之间或者与电源线之间的连接通常采用首尾连接,电线打上铜端子,然后通过注塑成型。现有的接头使用不方便。
实用新型内容
本实用新型要解决的技术问题是一种RGB软条灯公母接头,具有防水效果,且使用方便。
为了解决上述技术问题,本实用新型提供了一种RGB软条灯公母接头,其包括插拔连接的公接头和母接头,其特征在于,所述母接头包括:用于连接导线的第一铜端子,第一铜端子的外侧包覆有一次注塑成型的第一软外皮,第一软外皮的外表面沿端部向中部延伸开设有螺纹,该端部还开设有连接第一铜端子的插孔;所述的公接头包括:用于连接导线的第二铜端子,该第二铜端子的外侧包覆有一次注塑成型的第二软外皮,第二软外皮的表面设有安装防水装置的凹槽。
进一步,所述公母接头的外侧还配合连接有螺母。
进一步,所述防水装置为防水胶圈。
进一步,所述第一、第二软外皮的材质为透明材质。
进一步,所述第一铜端子和第二铜端子形状和结构相适应且配合连接。
进一步,所述插孔沿水平方向呈一字排列。
本实用新型的技术效果在于:本实用新型的公母接头具有软性外皮的公接头和母接头,透明材质的接头材质使连接比较方便,便于运输和安装。公接头上的凹槽内具有防水胶圈,该胶圈具有良好的防水效果。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和具体实施例对本实用新型作进一步说明,以使本领域的技术人员可以更好的理解本实用新型并能予以实施,但所举实施例不作为对本实用新型的限定。
如图1-图7所示,为本实用新型的本实用新型RGB软条灯公母接头的结构示意图;一种RGB软条灯公母接头,其包括插拔连接的公接头2和母接头1,母接头1包括:用于连接导线的第一铜端子12,第一铜端子12的外侧包覆有一次注塑成型的第一软外皮13,第一软外皮13的外表面沿端部15向中部延伸开设有螺纹14,该端部15还开设有连接第一铜端子的插孔11,在本实施例中,插孔11沿水平方向呈一字排列,也可以根据实际工程的需要,插孔11选择方形等排列方式。
公接头2包括用于连接导线的第二铜端子21,该第二铜端子21的外侧包覆有一次注塑成型的第二软外皮22,第二软外皮22的表面设有安装防水装置的凹槽23。其中,所述第一、第二软外皮的材质为透明材质。
使用本实用新型的软条公母接头时,第一铜端子12和第二铜端子21插入连接后,公母螺母内外侧相配合连接,在公母螺母外侧还配合连接有螺母3,螺母3和母接头上的螺纹14螺接后,将公母接头紧密结合在一起,由于本实用新型的公母接头还具有防水装置,本实施例中,该防水装置为防水胶圈8,防水胶圈8放置于公接头2的凹槽23内,因此本实用性的公母接头还具有良好的防水效果,适合用于潮湿氧化易生锈的场地。

1.一种RGB软条灯公母接头,其包括插拔连接的公接头和母接头,其特征在于,所述母接头包括:用于连接导线的第一铜端子,第一铜端子的外侧包覆有一次注塑成型的第一软外皮,第一软外皮的外表面沿端部向中部延伸开设有螺纹,该端部还开设有连接第一铜端子的插孔;所述的公接头包括:用于连接导线的第二铜端子,该第二铜端子的外侧包覆有一次注塑成型的第二软外皮,第二软外皮的表面设有安装防水装置的凹槽。
2.根据权利要求1所述的RGB软条灯公母接头,其特征在于,所述公母接头的外侧还配合连接有螺母。
3.根据权利要求1所述的RGB软条灯公母接头,其特征在于,所述防水装置为防水胶圈。
4.根据权利要求1所述的RGB软条灯公母接头,其特征在于,所述第一、第二软外皮的材质为透明材质。
5.根据权利要求1所述的RGB软条灯公母接头,其特征在于,所述第一铜端子和第二铜端子形状和结构相适应且配合连接。
6.根据权利要求1所述的RGB软条灯公母接头,其特征在于,所述插孔沿水平方向呈一字排列。
