Abstract
本实用新型公开了一种华夫机，包括卡件、自动螺钉、上锅炉电热管、突跳式温控器和电源线，所述卡件上设有卡件弹簧，卡件的底部设置卡件压板，自动螺钉穿过卡件和卡件压板将卡件固定安装在顶盖的内部，卡件上的卡件弹簧与顶盖紧密接触；所述上锅炉电热管安装在上锅炉的内部，上锅炉电热管的表面设置上云母隔热板，上云母隔热板通过自攻螺钉与上锅炉固定连接。本华夫机，设置有突跳式温控器对温度起到控制作用，当温度达到指定温度时，突跳式温控器断开切断电路，避免过度加热而使华夫饼烤糊；脚垫采用黑色的硅胶材质制成，经久耐用，具有良好的减震效果，本体的底部设有四支脚垫，提高了华夫机的整体稳定性。

本实用新型涉及华夫饼加工设备应用技术领域，具体是一种华夫机。
背景技术
随着人们生活水平的不断提高，人们已不仅仅满足于能够温饱的生活，而慢慢开始于对生活品质的关注；现在有不少人喜欢在家中自己制作甜点、饼干等食物，自己制作食物既可以保证食品的卫生安全，还可以将其培养成一种兴趣爱好，增添生活的乐趣；华夫饼干，由于其外形好看、味道可口，得到很多人尤其是小朋友的喜爱，现在人们在家中做华夫饼干时，多采用饼干模具，然后用烤箱烤制，这样不仅工序复杂，而且不易操作。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种华夫机，以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的，本实用新型提供如下技术方案：
一种华夫机，包括卡件、自动螺钉、上锅炉电热管、突跳式温控器和电源线，所述卡件上设有卡件弹簧，卡件的底部设置卡件压板，自动螺钉穿过卡件和卡件压板将卡件固定安装在顶盖的内部，卡件上的卡件弹簧与顶盖紧密接触；所述上锅炉电热管安装在上锅炉的内部，上锅炉电热管的表面设置上云母隔热板，上云母隔热板通过自攻螺钉与上锅炉固定连接，上锅炉的内部设置有转轴，上锅炉上设有卡片，卡片通过自攻螺钉固定，卡片与上锅炉之间设置有平片；所述上锅炉固定安装在下锅炉的内部，上锅炉与下锅炉通过螺钉固定连接；所述下锅炉的内部设有下锅炉电热管，突跳式温控器固定安装在下锅炉的内部，上锅炉电热管与下锅炉电热管均与突跳式温控器电性连接，下锅炉电热管的表面设有下云母隔热板，下云母隔热板通过自攻螺钉固定在下锅炉的底部；所述上锅炉和下锅炉均安装在本体的内部，本体的一侧设有灯罩，上锅炉的外侧通过顶盖包裹，并与本体铰接；所述电源线伸入本体的内部，并与突跳式温控器固定连接，电源线与本体之间设有电源线压板，电源线压板通过自攻螺钉固定在本体上；所述本体的底部安装有脚垫，脚垫与本体通过自攻螺钉固定连接。
作为本实用新型进一步的方案：所述脚垫采用黑色的硅胶材质制成，本体的底部设有四支脚垫。
作为本实用新型进一步的方案：所述上锅炉电热管和下锅炉电热管均采用铁管制成，铁管的表面经过镀铜处理，为无端子结构，电压和功率分别为115V与300W。
作为本实用新型进一步的方案：所述上云母隔热板和下云母隔热板均为云母板，两者的厚度均为0.3mm。
作为本实用新型进一步的方案：所述顶盖、本体和底盖均采用黑色PF材质注塑成型。
与现有技术相比，本实用新型有益效果：
本华夫机，设置有突跳式温控器对温度起到控制作用，当温度达到指定温度时，突跳式温控器断开切断电路，避免过度加热而使华夫饼烤糊；脚垫采用黑色的硅胶材质制成，经久耐用，具有良好的减震效果，本体的底部设有四支脚垫，提高了华夫机的整体稳定性；上锅炉电热管和下锅炉电热管均采用铁管制成，加热性能优良，铁管的表面经过镀铜处理，为无端子结构，电压和功率分别为115V与300W，对电热管起到了保护作用，延长了电热管的使用寿命；上云母隔热板和下云母隔热板均为云母板，两者的厚度均为0.3mm，起到了隔热与保温效果，降低了热量的散失，从而降低了电能的消耗，节约了资源；顶盖、本体和底盖均采用黑色PF材质注塑成型，抗震防摔，整体质量轻，易于组装与拆卸。

请参阅图1-3，本实用新型实施例中，一种华夫机，包括卡件3、自动螺钉5、上锅炉电热管11、突跳式温控器15和电源线18，卡件3上设有卡件弹簧2，卡件3的底部设置卡件压板4，自动螺钉5穿过卡件3和卡件压板4将卡件3固定安装在顶盖1的内部，卡件上的卡件弹簧2与顶盖1紧密接触；卡件3控制顶盖1的开合，上锅炉电热管11安装在上锅炉12的内部，上锅炉电热管11的表面设置上云母隔热板10，上云母隔热板10通过自攻螺钉5与上锅炉12固定连接，上锅炉12的内部设置有转轴6，上锅炉12上设有卡片7，卡片7通过自攻螺钉5固定，卡片7与上锅炉12之间设置有平片8；上锅炉12固定安装在下锅炉13的内部，上锅炉12与下锅炉13通过螺钉9固定连接；下锅炉13的内部设有下锅炉电热管14，突跳式温控器15固定安装在下锅炉13的内部，突跳式温控器15对温度起到控制作用，当温度达到指定温度时，突跳式温控器15断开切断电路，避免过度加热而使华夫饼烤糊；上锅炉电热管11与下锅炉电热管14均与突跳式温控器15电性连接，上锅炉电热管11和下锅炉电热管14均采用铁管制成，加热性能优良，铁管的表面经过镀铜处理，为无端子结构，电压和功率分别为115V与300W，对电热管起到了保护作用，延长了电热管的使用寿命；下锅炉电热管14的表面设有下云母隔热板16，下云母隔热板16通过自攻螺钉5固定在下锅炉13的底部；上云母隔热板10和下云母隔热板16均为云母板，两者的厚度均为0.3mm，起到了隔热与保温效果，降低了热量的散失，从而降低了电能的消耗，节约了资源；上锅炉12和下锅炉13均安装在本体17的内部，本体17的一侧设有灯罩19，上锅炉12的外侧通过顶盖包裹，并与本体17铰接；电源线18伸入本体17的内部，并与突跳式温控器15固定连接，电源线18与本体17之间设有电源线压板20，电源线压板20通过自攻螺钉5固定在本体17上；顶盖、本体17和底盖21均采用黑色PF材质注塑成型，抗震防摔，整体质量轻，易于组装与拆卸；本体17的底部安装有脚垫22，脚垫22与本体17通过自攻螺钉5固定连接，脚垫22采用黑色的硅胶材质制成，经久耐用，具有良好的减震效果，本体17的底部设有四支脚垫22，提高了华夫机的整体稳定性。

1.一种华夫机，包括卡件(3)、自动螺钉(5)、上锅炉电热管(11)、突跳式温控器(15)和电源线(18)，其特征在于：所述卡件(3)上设有卡件弹簧(2)，卡件(3)的底部设置卡件压板(4)，自动螺钉(5)穿过卡件(3)和卡件压板(4)将卡件(3)固定安装在顶盖(1)的内部，卡件(3)上的卡件弹簧(2)与顶盖(1)紧密接触；所述上锅炉电热管(11)安装在上锅炉(12)的内部，上锅炉电热管(11)的表面设置上云母隔热板(10)，上云母隔热板(10)通过自攻螺钉(5)与上锅炉(12)固定连接，上锅炉(12)的内部设置有转轴(6)，上锅炉(12)上设有卡片(7)，卡片(7)通过自攻螺钉(5)固定，卡片(7)与上锅炉(12)之间设置有平片(8)；所述上锅炉(12)固定安装在下锅炉(13)的内部，上锅炉(12)与下锅炉(13)通过螺钉(9)固定连接；所述下锅炉(13)的内部设有下锅炉电热管(14)，突跳式温控器(15)固定安装在下锅炉(13)的内部，上锅炉电热管(11)与下锅炉电热管(14)均与突跳式温控器(15)电性连接，下锅炉电热管(14)的表面设有下云母隔热板(16)，下云母隔热板(16)通过自攻螺钉(5)固定在下锅炉(13)的底部；所述上锅炉(12)和下锅炉(13)均安装在本体(17)的内部，本体(17)的一侧设有灯罩(19)，上锅炉(12)的外侧通过顶盖(1)包裹，并与本体(17)铰接；所述电源线(18)伸入本体(17)的内部，并与突跳式温控器(15)固定连接，电源线(18)与本体(17)之间设有电源线压板(22)，电源线压板(22)通过自攻螺钉(5)固定在本体(17)上；所述本体(17)的底部安装有脚垫(22)，脚垫(22)与本体(17)通过自攻螺钉(5)固定连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种华夫机，其特征在于：所述脚垫(22)采用黑色的硅胶材质制成，本体(17)的底部设有四支脚垫(22)。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种华夫机，其特征在于：所述上锅炉电热管(11)和下锅炉电热管(14)均采用铁管制成，铁管的表面经过镀铜处理，为无端子结构，电压和功率分别为115V与300W。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种华夫机，其特征在于：所述上云母隔热板(10)和下云母隔热板(16)均为云母板，两者的厚度均为0.3mm。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种华夫机，其特征在于：所述顶盖(1)、本体(17)和底盖(21)均采用黑色PF材质注塑成型。
