本实用新型公开了一种改良型曲面显示器导光板,从下至上依次包括第一折弯玻璃基材层、反射层、遮光层,所述第一折弯玻璃基材层靠近反射层的一侧面上设置有印刷网点层,所述第一折弯玻璃基材层远离印刷网点层的一侧设置有扩散粒子层。本实用新型的有益效果是:所述导光板设置折弯玻璃基材层,通过折弯导光板自身起到支撑显示器整机结构的目;另外,在第一折弯玻璃基材层远离印刷网点层的一侧设置有扩散粒子层,通过扩散粒子层代替传统技术中的扩散板,一方面可以提高导光板的亮度,使发光更加的均匀,光强损失小,另一方面降低了导光板的厚度,因而,本实用新型可直接省略支撑背板以及扩散板,从而实现轻薄化。

Description

一种改良型曲面显示器导光板
技术领域
本实用新型涉及导光板领域,特别是涉及一种改良型的应用于曲面显示器上的导光板。
背景技术
随着显示技术的不断发展,近年来曲面显示器成为显示技术领域的一个研究热点。曲面显示器具有一定的弧度,能够给观看者提供更好的视觉体验,这是由于一方面人的眼球是凸起有弧度的,曲面显示器的弧度能够保证眼睛到屏幕的距离均等,另一方面弧度的存在能够使屏幕的两端向观看者弯曲,从而使曲面显示器两端的观赏视角与中央位置基本相同。
目前制造曲面显示器较常用的一种方法是将背板或者固定机构进行折弯处理,但是传统的导光板不进行折弯,这种情况下,导光板会随着背板折弯变形的情况而发生变形,从而实现曲面显示的视角效果。但是,这种依靠背板支持的产品厚度比较厚,厚度一般会在3.93mm以上,不符合显示器轻薄化的市场需求。
另外,导光板能够起到光扩散的功能,但是单独的导光板对光扩散的作用优先,还需要配合一光扩散板来进行,现有的做法是在在导光板的面上再铺上一层光扩散板,由于光扩散板的透光率不够好,受热容易发热导致变形,加上光扩散板与导光板之间有间隙,所以光强损失比较大,同时光扩散板具有一定的厚度,无法满足轻薄化要求,生产成本也比较高。
发明内容
为了解决上述现有技术所存在的缺陷,本实用新型的目的在于提供一种改良型曲面显示器导光板,导光板中的玻璃基层设置为折弯玻璃基板层,并且在出光面设置扩散粒子层,一方面通过折弯导光板自身起到支撑显示器整机结构的目的,省去了旧有技术中的背板,另一方面省掉了旧有技术中的扩散片,使曲面显示器更加的轻薄。
本实用新型采用的技术方案为:
一种改良型曲面显示器导光板,从下至上依次包括第一折弯玻璃基材层、反射层、遮光层,所述第一折弯玻璃基材层靠近反射层的一侧面上设置有印刷网点层,所述第一折弯玻璃基材层远离印刷网点层的一侧设置有扩散粒子层。
作为优选方式,所述第一折弯玻璃基材层的厚度为0.5-10mm。
作为优选方式,所述反射层设置为PET膜层、PC膜层、黑色油墨层中的任一种。
作为优选方式,所述第一折弯玻璃基材层的折弯半径为4000-5000mm。
作为优选方式,所述扩散粒子层的厚度设置为5-80um。
作为优选方式,所述第一折弯玻璃基材层的前端面设置为入光面,所述入光面上设置有量子粉层。
作为优选方式,所述第一折弯玻璃基材层的左、右端面设置为入光面,所述入光面上设置有量子粉层。
本实用新型的有益效果是:
第一、所述导光板设置折弯玻璃基材层,通过折弯导光板自身起到支撑显示器整机结构的目;另外,在第一折弯玻璃基材层远离印刷网点层的一侧设置有扩散粒子层,通过扩散粒子层代替传统技术中的扩散板,一方面可以提高导光板的亮度,使发光更加的均匀,光强损失小,另一方面降低了导光板的厚度,因而,本实用新型可直接省略支撑背板以及扩散板,从而实现轻薄化;
第二、在第一折弯玻璃基材层的入光面上设置量子粉层,减少LED光源与入光面之间的间隙从而降低光损。

具体实施方式
以下所述仅为本实用新型的较佳实施例,并不因此而限定本实用新型的保护范围。
参照图1所示,本实用新型第一种实施方式的一种改良型曲面显示器导光板,从下至上依次包括第一折弯玻璃基材层1、反射层3、遮光层4,所述第一折弯玻璃基材层1靠近反射层3的一侧面上设置有印刷网点层2,所述第一折弯玻璃基材层1远离印刷网点层2的一侧设置有扩散粒子层6。其中,第一折弯玻璃基材层1的厚度为0.5-10mm,反射层3设置为PET膜层、PC膜层、黑色油墨层中的任一种,第一折弯玻璃基材层1的折弯半径为4000-5000mm,扩散粒子层6的厚度设置为5-80um。
第一折弯玻璃基材层1与遮光层4设置反射层3,第一折弯玻璃基材层1靠近反射层3的一侧面上设置有印刷网点层2,将印刷网点层2和反射层3严密覆盖住,使这些功能层与外界隔绝,从而提升导光板的抗折性能,也降低反射层的老化速度,背光面光泽度高,使用寿命长。
导光板设置折弯玻璃基材层,通过折弯导光板自身起到支撑显示器整机结构的目,适用于单边长边进光、双边长边进光、单边短边进光以及双边短边进光的显示器结构设计。
在第一折弯玻璃基材层远离印刷网点层的一侧通过喷涂或者印刷的方式设置扩散粒子层,通过扩散粒子层代替传统技术中的扩散板,一方面可以提高导光板的亮度,使发光更加的均匀,光强损失小,而且不易因为受热而发生变形,另一方面降低了导光板的厚度,因而,本实用新型可直接省略支撑背板以及扩散板,从而实现轻薄化。
参照图2所示,本实用新型第二种实施方式的一种改良型曲面显示器导光板,本实施例的主要结构与实施例一相同,这里不再赘述,其不同之处在于:所述第一折弯玻璃基材层1的前端面设置为入光面8,入光面上设置有量子粉层7,量子粉层7可采用喷绘的方式喷绘到入光面8的外表面,入光面8的前端设置有LED光源5,LED光源5设置的距离控制在0.5mm内,实际使用时,与现有技术采用量子管的方式相比,实现减少LED光源5与入光面8之间的间隙从而降低光损。
参照图3所示,本实用新型第三种实施方式的一种改良型曲面显示器导光板,本实施例的主要结构与实施例一相同,这里不再赘述,其不同之处在于:所述第一折弯玻璃基材层1的左、右端面设置为入光面8,入光面上设置有量子粉层7,量子粉层7可采用喷绘的方式喷绘到入光面8的外表面,入光面8的前端设置有LED光源5,LED光源5设置的距离控制在0.5mm内,实际使用时,与现有技术采用量子管的方式相比,实现减少LED光源5与入光面8之间的间隙从而降低光损。
上述实施例仅是显示和描述了本实用新型的基本原理、主要特征和优点。本行业的技术人员应该了解,本实用新型不受上述实施例的限制,上述实施例和说明书中描述的只是说明本实用新型的原理,在不脱离本实用新型精神和范围的前提下,本实用新型还会有各种变化和改进,这些变化和改进都落入要求保护的本实用新型范围内。

Claims (7)

1.一种改良型曲面显示器导光板,其特征在于:从下至上依次包括第一折弯玻璃基材层(1)、反射层(3)、遮光层(4),所述第一折弯玻璃基材层(1)靠近反射层(3)的一侧面上设置有印刷网点层(2),所述第一折弯玻璃基材层(1)远离印刷网点层(2)的一侧设置有扩散粒子层(6)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种改良型曲面显示器导光板,其特征在于:所述第一折弯玻璃基材层(1)的厚度为0.5-10mm。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种改良型曲面显示器导光板,其特征在于:所述反射层(3)设置为PET膜层、PC膜层、黑色油墨层中的任一种。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种改良型曲面显示器导光板,其特征在于:所述第一折弯玻璃基材层(1)的折弯半径为4000-5000mm。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种改良型曲面显示器导光板,其特征在于:所述扩散粒子层(6)的厚度设置为5-80um。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种改良型曲面显示器导光板,其特征在于:所述第一折弯玻璃基材层(1)的前端面设置为入光面(8),所述入光面上设置有量子粉层(7)。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种改良型曲面显示器导光板,其特征在于:所述第一折弯玻璃基材层(1)的左、右端面设置为入光面(8),所述入光面上设置有量子粉层(7)。
