Abstract
本实用新型涉及一种可自动或手动伸缩翻转的显示屏机构,包括底座、驱动模块和显示屏,底座上设有齿条和导轨,驱动模块包括支架、伸缩单元和翻转单元,支架设在底座的导轨上,伸缩单元和翻转单元平行设置在支架上,伸缩单元包括依次连接的伸缩电机、第一减速器和伸缩扭矩限制器,伸缩扭矩限制器的输出端连接齿轮轴,齿轮轴的另一端装有齿轮,齿轮与底座上的齿条配合,驱动支架沿导轨滑动,翻转单元包括依次连接的翻转电机、第二减速器、翻转扭矩限制器和第三减速器,第三减速器的输出端与显示屏连接,带动显示屏旋转。与现有技术相比,本实用新型提供了一种结构紧凑,可在空间小的环境中使用并可手动操作伸缩翻转的显示屏机构。
Description
技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种显示屏驱动设备,尤其是涉及一种可自动或手动伸缩翻转的显示屏机构。
背景技术
在一些移动设备如飞机、汽车上,需安装监视器以监控周围环境状态,同时在飞机驾驶舱或汽车驾驶室内安装一块显示屏用于显示监视器传回的信号。为了节约空间,显示屏平时收放在一个立方体的底座内,只有在使用时才展开。因此,需要一个能够完成显示屏收放和展开的驱动机构,在使用时只需按下一个按钮,显示屏即可自动展开。由于受空间限制,该驱动机构必须结构紧凑,重量轻;基于高可靠性的要求,当驱动电机失效时,该机构也必须能手动完成显示屏的伸缩翻转。
中国实用新型专利CN203381547U公开了一种汽车音响面板伸缩翻转机构,能够完成汽车音响面板的伸缩与翻转,但该实用新型结构不够紧凑且不具有手动驱动功能,不适用于空间狭小且能手动操作的场合,应用范围不广泛。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的就是为了解决上述问题而提供一种结构紧凑,可在空间小的环境中使用并可手动操作的显示屏机构。
本实用新型的目的可以通过以下技术方案实现:
一种可自动或手动伸缩翻转的显示屏机构,包括底座、驱动模块和显示屏,所述的底座上设有齿条和导轨,所述的驱动模块包括支架、伸缩单元和翻转单元,所述的支架设在底座的导轨上,伸缩单元和翻转单元平行设置在支架上,
所述的伸缩单元包括依次连接的伸缩电机、第一减速器和伸缩扭矩限制器,所述的伸缩扭矩限制器的输出端连接齿轮轴,该齿轮轴的另一端装有齿轮,所述的齿轮与底座上的齿条配合,驱动支架沿导轨滑动,
所述的翻转单元包括依次连接的翻转电机、第二减速器、翻转扭矩限制器和第三减速器,第三减速器的输出端与显示屏连接,带动显示屏旋转。
所述的底座由矩形的底面和三个矩形侧面护栏组成,所述的齿条靠近导轨并与导轨平行设置。
所述的导轨为平行的双导轨结构,导轨设置在两个平行的侧面护栏内侧面的中间位置。
所述的支架上设有滑块,所述的滑块与导轨对应设置,支架通过滑块安装在底座的导轨上。
所述的翻转单元轴线两端的支架上设有第二轴承座,所述的显示屏设有与第二轴承座相匹配的悬臂销,显示屏通过悬臂销安装在支架的第二轴承座上。
所述的伸缩电机输入端设有第一制动器,所述的翻转电机输入端设有第二制动器。
所述伸缩单元的齿轮轴上设有第一轴承座,所述的第一轴承座、第一减速器、第二减速器和第三减速器与支架螺栓固定。
所述的支架上还设有分别与显示屏的收回工位、伸出工位、翻转后工位和翻转前工位对应的限位开关,限位开关连接控制芯片,控制芯片控制机构整体的驱动。
所述的第一减速器、第二减速器与第三减速器均采用行星齿轮减速器。
所述的导轨末端还设有限定显示屏伸出位置的限位块。
所述的翻转扭矩限制器与伸缩扭矩限制器的工作原理为,当两端传递的扭矩小于其限定扭矩时,其作用相当于一个刚性联轴器,其输入轴和输出轴转速相同;当其两端传递的扭矩大于其限定扭矩时,扭矩限制器内部的离合机构脱离啮合,其输入轴和输出轴可相对自由转动。
与现有技术相比,本实用新型由于采用了结构紧凑、减速比大的行星齿轮减速器以及两个驱动电机平行布置的方式,整个机构的尺寸更小,满足了结构紧凑的要求;另一方面,安装了扭矩限制器之后,若电机失效不能转动,可通过手动的方式完成显示屏的伸缩和翻转,只需要手动力矩大于伸缩扭矩限制器的限定扭矩,显示屏就可以伸出或缩回,当手动力矩大于翻转扭矩限制器的限定扭矩之后,显示屏即可相对于驱动模块翻转,达到了机构即可电机驱动,也可手动的要求,使用更加方便。本实用新型适用于空间狭小且能手动操作的场合,应用范围更广泛。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和具体实施例对本实用新型进行详细说明。
实施例1
一种可自动或手动伸缩翻转的显示屏机构,如图1-7所示,包括底座1、驱动模块和显示屏2,底座1上设有齿条11和导轨12,驱动模块包括支架5、伸缩单元3和翻转单元4,支架5设在底座1的导轨12上,伸缩单元3和翻转单元4平行设置在支架5上;
安装在显示屏2上的悬臂销21与安装在支架5上的第二轴承座52相配合,使显示屏2能绕着驱动模块转动,在此转动轴线上安装了图6所示的翻转单元,翻转电机42的一端装有第二制动器41,第二制动器41在断电时制动,电机另一端与第二减速器43相连,第二减速器43通过螺栓固定在支架5上,其输出端与翻转扭矩限制器44相连,翻转扭矩限制器44输出端与第三减速器45相连,第三减速器45固定在支架5上,其输出端与显示屏2相连,可带动显示屏2转动。
底座1的两侧装有导轨12,支架5上装有滑块51,导轨12与滑块51可相对滑动,在支架5上平行于翻转单元的轴线安装有图5所示的伸缩单元,在伸缩电机32的一端装有第一制动器31,其可在断电时制动,伸缩电机32的输出端与第一减速器33相连,第一减速器33通过螺栓固定在支架5上,其输出端与伸缩扭矩限制器34相连,伸缩扭矩限制器34输出端接齿轮轴,齿轮轴与第一轴承座35相配合,可自由转动,第一轴承座35固定在支架5上,齿轮轴的另一端装有齿轮36,齿轮36与底座上的齿条11啮合,伸缩电机32启动后可带动齿轮36转动,从而推动整个驱动模块和显示屏2相对于底座1滑动,减速器采用行星齿轮减速器。
如图7所示,支架5上装有四个限位开关53,分别对应显示屏的收回工位,伸出工位,翻转后工位和翻转前工位,当显示屏2达到相应工位后,启动对应的限位开关53,向控制芯片发送信号,从而控制电机做出相应动作。导轨12末端分别安装了限位块13用于限定显示屏2伸出位置,支架5上也有相应的结构用于限制显示屏2翻转角度。
本实用新型的电动伸缩翻转过程具体为,初始位置时,显示屏2收放在底座1内,处于收回工位,控制芯片在得到展开信号之后,向驱动模块通电,第一制动器31松开,伸缩电机32动作,经第一减速器33,伸缩扭矩限制器34,带动齿轮36旋转,在齿条11的作用下推动驱动模块和显示屏2向外伸出,当滑块51碰到限位块13时到达伸出工位,此时限位开关53动作,传递信号给控制芯片,从而伸缩电机32断电,停止伸出,第一制动器31制动,使机构保持在伸出工位;同时,翻转电机42通电,第二制动器41松开,经减速器,扭矩限制器带动显示屏2翻转,当显示屏2达到翻转后工位后,限位开关53动作,控制芯片给翻转电机44断电,停止动作,第二制动器41制动,使得显示屏2保持在相应角度,至此完成显示屏2的展开动作,显示屏收回过程与展开过程类似,不再赘述。
本实用新型的手动伸缩翻转过程具体为,当电机失效时,保持伸缩电机32断电,第一制动器31制动,此时手动将显示屏2往外拉,只需拉动的力矩大于伸缩扭矩限制器34的限定扭矩,其输入和输出两端即可脱离啮合,齿轮36即可转动,显示屏2即可伸出,到达伸出工位后,手动力矩消失,此时扭矩限制器恢复啮合,显示屏2即可保持在相应位置。同样,翻转电机42断电,第二制动器41制动,手动将显示屏2向上翻起,只要翻转力矩经减速器按一定比例缩小后大于扭矩限制器44的限定扭矩,显示屏2即可翻起,到达相应位置后,手动扭矩消失,扭矩限制器44恢复啮合,显示屏2即可保持在相应角度,以上即完成了显示屏的手动展开过程,手动收回过程与展开类似,不再赘述。
Claims (10)
1.一种可自动或手动伸缩翻转的显示屏机构,包括底座、驱动模块和显示屏,其特征在于,所述的底座上设有齿条和导轨,所述的驱动模块包括支架、伸缩单元和翻转单元,所述的支架设在底座的导轨上,伸缩单元和翻转单元平行设置在支架上,
所述的伸缩单元包括依次连接的伸缩电机、第一减速器和伸缩扭矩限制器,所述的伸缩扭矩限制器的输出端连接齿轮轴,该齿轮轴的另一端装有齿轮,所述的齿轮与底座上的齿条配合,驱动支架沿导轨滑动,
所述的翻转单元包括依次连接的翻转电机、第二减速器、翻转扭矩限制器和第三减速器,第三减速器的输出端与显示屏连接,带动显示屏旋转。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种可自动或手动伸缩翻转的显示屏机构,其特征在于,所述的底座由矩形的底面和三个矩形侧面护栏组成,所述的齿条靠近导轨并与导轨平行设置。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种可自动或手动伸缩翻转的显示屏机构,其特征在于,所述的导轨为平行的双导轨结构,导轨设置在两个平行的侧面护栏内侧面的中间位置。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种可自动或手动伸缩翻转的显示屏机构,其特征在于,所述的支架上设有滑块,所述的滑块与导轨对应设置,支架通过滑块安装在底座的导轨上。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种可自动或手动伸缩翻转的显示屏机构,其特征在于,所述的翻转单元轴线两端的支架上设有第二轴承座,所述的显示屏设有与第二轴承座相匹配的悬臂销,显示屏通过悬臂销安装在支架的第二轴承座上。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种可自动或手动伸缩翻转的显示屏机构,其特征在于,所述的伸缩电机输入端设有第一制动器,所述的翻转电机输入端设有第二制动器。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种可自动或手动伸缩翻转的显示屏机构,其特征在于,所述伸缩单元的齿轮轴上设有第一轴承座,所述的第一轴承座、第一减速器、第二减速器和第三减速器与支架螺栓固定。
8.根据权利要求1所述的一种可自动或手动伸缩翻转的显示屏机构,其特征在于,所述的支架上还设有分别与显示屏的收回工位、伸出工位、翻转后工位和翻转前工位对应的限位开关,限位开关连接控制芯片,控制芯片控制机构整体的驱动。
9.根据权利要求1所述的一种可自动或手动伸缩翻转的显示屏机构,其特征在于,所述的第一减速器、第二减速器与第三减速器均采用行星齿轮减速器。
10.根据权利要求1所述的一种可自动或手动伸缩翻转的显示屏机构,其特征在于,所述的导轨末端还设有限定显示屏伸出位置的限位块。
