本实用新型涉及一种无切屑加工技术，特别是一种辊光工具。
背景技术：
薄臂件内孔加工，当表面光洁度要求高时，经数控机膛孔原的孔面光度不能达到要求，通常对数控机膛孔的孔面，采用辊光来实现，这就要增加辊光设备及工具，导致成本增加。
发明内容：
本实用新型的目的是提供一种成本低的辊光工具。
本实用新型的技术方案是，一种辊光工具，包括刀杆，其特征在于：所述刀杆的一端表面上设有与衬套相配的槽，所述衬套设有与钢球紧配的盲孔，所述钢球外露于衬套孔口部分小于钢球直径的1／2。所述衬套的材料为聚四氟乙烯材料或工程塑料。
本实用新型与现有技术比较具有不需要增加辊工设备即可达到光度要求因而成本低的显著优点。

具体实施方式：
本实用新型采用图1所示的工具，在力杆的端头设置一槽与抵套2相配，该抵套中设有一盲孔，钢球3压在此盲孔中，此钢球的外露部分＜钢球直径1／2，钢球与衬套孔间的过盈量满足钢球不会从孔中脱离，且在对工件孔辊动过程中钢球能转动。钢球应具有高的抗磨性能，衬套采用聚四氟乙烯材料或工程塑料，刀杆为常规力杆。本实用新型辊光工具的使用方法，将待辊光薄壁工件4安装于数控机床的卡盘上，使本实用新型的辊光工具对薄壁工件的孔壁进行辊光，钢球将孔壁上力纹的顶尖进行辊压，仅而提高孔壁的光洁度，使用这种辊光工具节省了辊光设备，因而成本低。

1. 一种辊光工具，包括刀杆，其特征在于：所述刀杆的一端表面上设有与衬套相配的槽，所述衬套设有与钢球紧配的盲孔，所述钢球外露于衬套孔口部分小于钢球直径的1／2。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种辊光工具，其特征在于：所述衬套的材料为聚四氟乙烯材料或工程塑料。
