本实用新型属于机械制造工艺装备，特别涉及一种自重力锁紧式H型钢专用吊具。
背景技术
钢结构大都采用H型的结构设计，在生产制造过程中由于H型钢结构大都采用通用吊具的钳口夹紧构件，由于钢结构件重量大，以及吊装过程中稳定性等方面的影响，经常发生钳口对材料表面的损伤，影响外观质量，特别是对完成油漆涂装的产品卡紧后，直接损坏油漆表面。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于克服上述技术不足，提供一种结构简单，能够避免自身重量引起对吊点部位的损伤，起吊方便的自重力锁紧式H型钢专用吊具。
本实用新型解决技术问题采用的技术方案是：自重力锁紧式H型钢专用吊具包括吊耳、连接销轴、吊钩板，其特点是吊耳左、右两侧分别用连接销轴铰接两组吊钩板，每组吊钩板分别由多个定位块固定连接两个吊钩板组成，每组吊钩板下端的弯钩处内侧装有软质垫，软质垫用固定螺钉固定在挡板上，挡板分别固定在每组吊钩板之间。
本实用新型的有益效果是：自重力锁紧式H型钢专用吊具结构简单，起吊方便，能够避免吊钩在承载过程中变形导致脱钩，吊钩上的弧面设计和软质垫可以增加接触面积，降低吊点处的压强，可以防止构件本身自重引起对吊点部位的损伤，适用于多种规格的H型梁、柱及H型钢构件的吊装，安全可靠。

实施例，参照附图1、2，自重力锁紧式H型钢专用吊具的吊耳1左、右两侧分别用连接销轴2铰接两组吊钩板3。每组吊钩板3分别由四个定位块4固定连接两个吊钩板3组成，每组吊钩板3下端的弯钩处内侧装有软质垫6，软质垫6用固定螺钉7固定在挡板5上，挡板5分别固定在每组吊钩板3之间。

1.一种自重力锁紧式H型钢专用吊具，包括吊耳（1）、连接销轴（2）、吊钩板（3），其特征在于吊耳（1）左、右两侧分别用连接销轴（2）铰接两组吊钩板（3），每组吊钩板（3）分别由多个定位块（4）固定连接两个吊钩板（3）组成，每组吊钩板（3）下端的弯钩处内侧装有软质垫（6），软质垫（6）用固定螺钉（7）固定在挡板（5）上，挡板（5）分别固定在每组吊钩板（3）之间。
