技术领域
本实用新型涉及汽车门板模具，特别是涉及汽车门板模具的音响网孔二次顶出机构。
背景技术
在汽车的内侧门板上通常会制有音响网孔，音响网孔排列密集，且各个孔之间间隙小，因此当该汽车门板注塑成型后，汽车门板位于音响网孔位置只能采用细小的顶针（直径为0.6mm—1mm）顶出，已有技术是将该顶针设置在顶针板上，顶针板距离汽车门板距离较远，因此该顶针需要设计的较长，而由于其过于细长，顶出时容易变形、折断，导致顶针使用寿命短，并影响产品顶出。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是为了克服已有技术存在的缺点，提供一种缩短顶针长度，保证顶针使用寿命，使汽车门板顺利顶出的汽车门板模具的音响网孔二次顶出机构。
本实用新型汽车门板模具的音响网孔二次顶出机构的技术方案是：包括下复板，下复板上设置模脚和顶针板，顶针板上设置顶针，模脚上设置型芯，型芯上有汽车门板，汽车门板上开有音响孔，其特征在于：所述的下复板中设置固定板，固定板上设置推板，推板上设置推杆，推板上端与顶针板下端相接触，推板与固定板之间设置弹簧，在型芯下开有安装槽，安装槽中设置二次上顶板、二次下顶板和挡板，二次上、下顶板上设置二次顶针，二次顶针穿过型芯与各音响孔之间的汽车门板相接触，挡板经紧固件与型芯相固定，在挡板中开有穿孔，推杆穿过穿孔与二次下顶板相接触。
