Abstract

本实用新型公开一种电连接器,用于将芯片模块连接到电路板,所述电连接器包括若干本体单元和用于承载所述若干本体单元的固持框架,所述每一本体单元内设置有导电端子且具有临近相邻本体单元的第一边沿及与所述第一边沿相对的边缘部,所述固持框架包括外框及设置于所述外框内的支撑架,所述每一本体单元的所述第一边沿固定于所述支撑架,所述边缘部则固定于所述外框。本实用新型每一本体单元的第一边沿固定于所述支撑架,边缘部则固定于所述外框,可使本体单元的组装方便且有利于若干本体单元组合后具有较佳的平面度。

【技术领域】
本实用新型涉及一种电连接器,尤其涉及一种具有若干本体单元的电连接器。
【背景技术】
中国大陆实用新型专利公告第CN201112688Y揭示一种电连接器,所述电连接器用于将芯片模块连接到电路板,所述电连接器包括若干本体单元和用于承载本体单元的固持框架,其中每一本体单元内均收容有若干导电端子,所述固持框架呈“口”状结构,各本体单元的边缘部安装于所述固持框架上,并通过边缘部上设置的若干凸柱与固持框架上对应的通孔配合而相固定。然而所述凸柱需一一对应安装于所述通孔,组装困难,且不容易掌控若干本体单元固定至固持框架后的平面度。
【实用新型内容】
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题在于提供一种组装方便、平面度较佳的电连接器。
为解决上述技术问题,本实用新型可采用如下技术方案:
一种电连接器,用于将芯片模块连接到电路板,所述电连接器包括若干本体单元和用于承载所述若干本体单元的固持框架,所述每一本体单元内设置有导电端子且具有临近相邻本体单元的第一边沿及与所述第一边沿相对的边缘部,所述固持框架包括外框及设置于所述外框内的支撑架,所述每一本体单元的所述第一边沿固定于所述支撑架,所述边缘部则固定于所述外框。
与现有技术相比,本实用新型每一本体单元的第一边沿固定于所述支撑架,边缘部则固定于所述外框,可使本体单元的组装方便且有利于若干本体单元组合后具有较佳的平面度。

如下具体实施方式将结合上述附图进一步说明本实用新型。
【具体实施方式】
请参阅图1和图2,本实用新型公开了一种电连接器100,用于将芯片模块(未图示)连接到电路板(未图示),所述电连接器100包括若干本体单元10和用于承载所述若干本体单元10的固持框架20。在本实施方式中,所述若干本体单元10包括四块,各所述本体单元10的形状相同,所述固持框架20呈“田”状结构。当然,在其它实施方式中,本体单元10的数量可根据实际需要来设定,固持框架20的结构可根据本体单元10的数量及排布方式来确定。
请参阅图3至图5,每一所述本体单元10内设置有导电端子30且具有临近相邻本体单元10的第一边沿15及与所述第一边沿15相对的边缘部16。所述四个本体单元10依次组装于所述固持框架20。所述若干本体单元10包括第一本体单元11、第二本体单元12、第三本体单元13及第四本体单元14。所述第一本体单元11与所述第三本体单元13沿对角线设置,所述第二本体单元12与所述第四本体单元14沿对角线设置。
所述固持框架20包括外框21及设置于所述外框21内的支撑架23。每一所述本体单元10的所述第一边沿15固定于所述支撑架23,所述边缘部16则固定于所述外框21。所述第一、第二、第三、第四本体单元11、12、13、14的边缘部16均设有嵌入槽17,所述固持框架20的外框21嵌设固定于所述嵌入槽17,方便将第一、第二、第三、第四本体单元11、12、13、14组装在一起。所述第一边沿15进一步设有配合部19,所述配合部19为间隔设置的凸伸片。所述若干本体单元10固定于所述固持框架20后,相邻两本体单元的所述凸伸片19交替排布。每一本体单元10的所述配合部支撑于所述支撑架23且与相邻本体单元10的第一边沿15的配合部咬合,使得所述第一、第二、第三、第四本体单元11、12、13、14稳定地组合在一起。所述嵌入槽17设有相对设置的两干涉面171及连接所述两干涉面171的连接面172,所述干涉面171设有第一干涉部173,所述外框21设有与所述第一干涉部173配合的第二干涉部22。所述支撑架23设有第四干涉部24,所述第一边沿15设有与所述支撑架23的第四干涉部24干涉固定的第三干涉部18。所述凸伸片与所述第三干涉部18自所述第一边沿15的不同高度处凸设形成。所述第一干涉部173配合于所述第二干涉部22,所述第三干涉部18配合于所述第四干涉部24,使得所述第一、第二、第三、第四本体单元11、12、13、14稳定地组装于所述固持框架20。所述固持框架20内的支撑架23用于支撑所述第一、第二、第三、第四本体单元11、12、13、14,进一步保证所述第一、第二、第三、第四本体单元11、12、13、14组合后的平面度。
请参阅图6,每一本体单元10的所述导电端子30贯穿所述本体单元10。每一所述导电端子30均设有延伸超出所述本体单元10上端面的弹性的接触部31及延伸超出所述本体单元下端面的焊接部(未图示)。所述弹性的接触部31与所述芯片模块配合,所述焊接部通过锡球32与所述电路板配合。沿对角线设置的两个本体单元10内的导电端子30的接触部31对向延伸。
上述实施例为本实用新型的较佳实施方式,而非全部的实施方式,定义对接方向为前后方向,比如,本实用新型也适用竖直型的电连接器。本领域普通技术人员通过阅读本实用新型说明书而对本实用新型技术方案采取的任何等效的变化,均为本实用新型的权利要求所涵盖。

Claims (10)

1.一种电连接器,用于将芯片模块连接到电路板,所述电连接器包括若干本体单元和用于承载所述若干本体单元的固持框架,每一所述本体单元内设置有导电端子且具有临近相邻本体单元的第一边沿及与所述第一边沿相对的边缘部,其特征在于:所述固持框架包括外框及设置于所述外框内的支撑架,每一所述本体单元的所述第一边沿固定于所述支撑架,所述边缘部则固定于所述外框。
2.如权利要求1所述的电连接器,其特征在于:所述边缘部设有嵌入槽,所述外框嵌设固定于所述嵌入槽。
3.如权利要求2所述的电连接器,其特征在于:所述嵌入槽设有相对设置的两干涉面及连接所述两干涉面的连接面,所述干涉面设有第一干涉部,所述外框设有与所述第一干涉部配合的第二干涉部。
4.如权利要求1所述的电连接器,其特征在于:所述第一边沿设有与所述支撑架干涉固定的第三干涉部。
5.如权利要求4所述的电连接器,其特征在于:所述第一边沿进一步设有配合部,所述配合部支撑于所述支撑架且与相邻本体单元的第一边沿的配合部咬合。
6.如权利要求5所述的电连接器,其特征在于:所述配合部为间隔设置的凸伸片,所述若干本体单元固定于所述固持框架后,相邻两本体单元的所述凸伸片交替排布。
7.如权利要求6所述的电连接器,其特征在于:所述第三干涉部与所述凸伸片自所述第一边沿的不同高度处凸设形成。
8.如权利要求1所述的电连接器,其特征在于:各所述本体单元的形状相同。
9.如权利要求1所述的电连接器,其特征在于:所述导电端子贯穿所述本体单元,每一所述导电端子均设有延伸超出所述本体单元上端面的接触部及延伸超出所述本体单元下端面的焊接部。
10.如权利要求9所述的电连接器,其特征在于:所述若干本体单元包括四块,所述固持框架呈“田”状结构,所述沿对角线设置的两个本体单元内的导电端子的接触部对向延伸。
