Abstract
本实用新型提供的基于DSP的嵌入式高速水泵震动数据采集系统,包括设置于水泵的采集单元、用于数据通信的通信单元以及服务器;所述采集单元包括采集水泵震动数据的加速度震动传感器,与加速度震动传感器连接的用于对传感器采集的数据进行采集的高速采集模块;本实用新型成本低廉、工作效率高,可以大大提高水泵群运行的可靠性,做到水泵故障预先察觉,提高水泵维护维修计划性,避免因为水泵突然发生故障而产生的生产损失。同时应用该系统对水泵震动数据进行监测可以大大降低水泵震动监测的成本,提高供水生产的效益。
Description
技术领域
本实用新型涉及自动化领域,尤其涉及一种基于DSP的嵌入式高速水泵震动数据采集系统。
背景技术
水泵是输送液体或使液体增压的机械,它将原动机的机械能或其他外部能量传送给液体,使液体能量增加,主要用来输送液体包括水、油、酸碱液、乳化液、悬乳液和液态金属等,也可输送液体、气体混合物以及含悬浮固体物的液体,是供水企业最常见也是最重要的生产设备,其运行状态的好坏直接关系到供水企业的生产安全。水泵属于高速运转的机械装置,其震动状态的正常与否直接反应了设备的运行是否正常。由于水泵的震动状态是一个高速变化的数据量,当前采集监测的方式主要是采用工业计算机配置采集数据卡对安装在水泵上的加速度传感器输出的模拟量进行A/D采样,将采样后的数字化信息进行分析和存储。此方法要求必须在每个水泵机房采集点都配置工业计算机和相应的数据采集卡,采集成本较高且对机房的环境要求较高。二次供水泵房数量巨大且机房环境阴暗潮湿,采用传统方法采集不仅耗资巨大且采集设备运行稳定性得不到保障。因此亟需一种成本低廉、运行可靠的高速震动数据采集系统来对供水企业水泵震动数据进行有效、可靠的采集、监测。
实用新型内容
有鉴于此,本实用新型提供一种基于DSP的嵌入式高速水泵震动数据采集系统,以解决上述问题。
本实用新型提供的基于DSP的嵌入式高速水泵震动数据采集系统,包括设置于水泵的采集单元、用于数据通信的通信单元以及服务器;
所述采集单元包括采集水泵震动数据的加速度震动传感器,与加速度震动传感器连接的用于对传感器采集的数据进行采集的高速采集模块;
所述采集模块的输出端与数据处理模块的输入端连接,所述数据处理模块与通信模块连接,所述通信模块与服务器连接。
进一步,所述服务器包括用于进行数据存储的存储模块、用于分析并获取每台水泵的运行震动曲线的分析模块以及用于将运行震动曲线与预设的经验曲线进行对比,判断水泵的运行状态是否正常的判断模块。
进一步,所述高速采集模块包括用于进行采样和模数转换后获取数字信号的模数转换采样子模块、用于对所述数字信号进行处理的前端处理子模块和用于传输数字信号的传输接口子模块,所述模数转换采样子模块与前端处理子模块连接,前端处理子模块与传输接口子模块连接。
进一步,还包括用于根据判断模块的判断结果对水泵的故障缺陷提供预先报警的预警模块。
进一步,所述通信单元包括无线通信模块和与无线通信模块连接的用于将数据进行现场存储的现场集中器,所述传输接口子模块与现场集中器连接。
进一步,所述加速度震动传感器和与加速度震动传感器连接的高速采集模块的数量为多个,所述现场集中器设置于每个水泵机房内,每个水泵机房内的多个加速度震动传感器和高速采集模块分别与对应机房内的现场集中器连接。
进一步,所述无线通信模块包括GPRS、3G或4G模块。

本实用新型的有益效果:本实用新型与传统的工控机加采集卡的方式相比,无须每个水泵机房采集点都配置工业计算机和相应的数据采集卡,具有处理速度快、灵活、精确、体积小的优点,通过高速数字信号处理器,受环境因素影响小,可靠性得到提高,本实用新型成本低廉、工作效率高,可以大大提高水泵群运行的可靠性,做到水泵故障预先察觉,提高水泵维护维修计划性,避免因为水泵突然发生故障而产生的生产损失。同时应用该系统对水泵震动数据进行监测可以大大降低水泵震动监测的成本,提高供水生产的效益。

如图1所示,本实施例中的基于DSP的嵌入式高速水泵震动数据采集系统,包括设置于水泵的采集单元、用于数据通信的通信单元以及服务器;所述采集单元包括采集水泵震动数据的加速度震动传感器,与加速度震动传感器连接的用于对传感器采集的数据进行采集的高速采集模块;所述采集模块的输出端与数据处理模块的输入端连接,所述数据处理模块与通信模块连接,所述通信模块与服务器连接。本实施例中的基于DSP的嵌入式高速水泵震动数据采集系统可以用于多个水泵机房,通过设置于每个水泵机房的多个水泵设备的加速度震动传感器和高速采集模块进行数据采集。
在本实施例中,通过采集单元采集水泵震动传感器传来的模拟量信号,并将此模拟量信号进行采样和模数转换后得到数字量信号,得到有效数据。本实施例中的基于DSP的嵌入式高速水泵震动数据采集系统的前端采集设备为嵌入式DSP高速采集模块。与传统的工控机加采集卡的方式相比,成本大幅度降低。通过嵌入式DSP高速采集模块因为采用专业的高速数字信号处理器(DSP),与传统的工控机加采集卡的方式相比,受环境因素影响小,可靠性得到提高。
在本实施例中,服务器包括用于进行数据存储的存储模块、用于分析并获取每台水泵的运行震动曲线的分析模块以及用于将运行震动曲线与预设的经验曲线进行对比,判断水泵的运行状态是否正常的判断模块。在本实施例中通过服务器对前端各个水泵的震动数据进行存储、分析得到每台水泵的运行震动曲线,通过与专家数据库中的经验曲线进行对比得出水泵的运行状态是否正常的判断信息,从而对水泵的故障缺陷提供预先报警。通过这样的水泵震动数据采集、分析,可以大大提高水泵群运行的可靠性,做到水泵故障预先察觉,提高水泵维护维修计划性,避免因为水泵突然发生故障而产生的生产损失。同时应用该系统对水泵震动数据进行监测可以大大降低水泵震动监测的成本,提高供水生产的效益。
在本实施例中,高速采集模块包括用于进行采样和模数转换后获取数字信号的模数转换采样子模块、用于对所述数字信号进行处理的前端处理子模块和用于传输数字信号的传输接口子模块,所述模数转换采样子模块与前端处理子模块连接,前端处理子模块与传输接口子模块连接。通过A/D采样子模块将接收水泵震动传感器传来的模拟量信号并将此模拟量信号进行采样和模数转换后得到数字量信号。通过前端处理子模块将A/D采样子模块传输的数字量信号进行滤波、前端处理,得到有效数据。通过传输接口子模块将数字化的震动数据通过各种传输方式传输到现场采集器。
在本实施例中,还包括用于根据判断模块的判断结果对水泵的故障缺陷提供预先报警的预警模块,通过与专家数据库中的经验曲线进行对比得出水泵的运行状态是否正常的判断信息,通过预警模块对水泵的故障缺陷提供预先报警。
在本实施例中,通信单元包括无线通信模块和与无线通信模块连接的用于将数据进行现场存储的现场集中器,所述传输接口子模块与现场集中器连接。现场集中器通过网络。
在本实施例中,所述加速度震动传感器和与加速度震动传感器连接的高速采集模块的数量为多个,所述现场集中器设置于每个水泵机房内,每个水泵机房内的多个加速度震动传感器和高速采集模块分别与对应机房内的现场集中器连接。如图1所示,本实施例可以应用于多个水泵机房以及设置于每个水泵机房的多个水泵设备,通过现场集中器对数字化数据进行现场存储后上传至后台中心服务器,无线通信模块包括GPRS、3G或4G模块等远距离无线传输模块,也可以根据现场的实际情况,选择WIFI、有线以太网、ZIGBEE、蓝牙等方式进行现场集中器与传输接口子模块之间的通信。现场集中器在存储数据的同时将数据通过无线通信模块传输到位于监测中心的后台中心服务器进行存储、显示、分析、报警。优选地,可以通过移动终端与服务器连接,对检测的结果进行显示、查询和报警接收,移动终端可以选用安装有相应APP程序的智能手机或平板电脑等移动设备,用户可以通过服务器进行登陆,对监控检测的结果进行查询,为了确保数据的安全,服务器可以设置鉴权单元,通过鉴权单元对操作的用户进行权限管理,服务器可以通过预警模块向用户的手机发送带有预警信息的短信或语音呼叫,使用户能够第一时间获取预警信息,及时做出应对,提高了工作效率。
在本实施例中,还包括用于与外部设备对接的外部接口单元,通过外部接口单元可以实现高速采集模块的外部扩展功能,实现与其他设备的对接。

Claims (8)
1.一种基于DSP的嵌入式高速水泵震动数据采集系统,其特征在于:包括设置于水泵的采集单元、用于数据通信的通信单元以及服务器;
所述采集单元包括采集水泵震动数据的加速度震动传感器,与加速度震动传感器连接的用于对传感器采集的数据进行采集的高速采集模块;
所述采集模块的输出端与数据处理模块的输入端连接,所述数据处理模块与通信模块连接,所述通信模块与服务器连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的基于DSP的嵌入式高速水泵震动数据采集系统,其特征在于:所述服务器包括用于进行数据存储的存储模块、用于分析并获取每台水泵的运行震动曲线的分析模块以及用于将运行震动曲线与预设的经验曲线进行对比,判断水泵的运行状态是否正常的判断模块。
3.根据权利要求1所述的基于DSP的嵌入式高速水泵震动数据采集系统,其特征在于:所述高速采集模块包括用于进行采样和模数转换后获取数字信号的模数转换采样子模块、用于对所述数字信号进行处理的前端处理子模块和用于传输数字信号的传输接口子模块,所述模数转换采样子模块与前端处理子模块连接,前端处理子模块与传输接口子模块连接。
4.根据权利要求2所述的基于DSP的嵌入式高速水泵震动数据采集系统,其特征在于:还包括用于根据判断模块的判断结果对水泵的故障缺陷提供预先报警的预警模块。
5.根据权利要求3所述的基于DSP的嵌入式高速水泵震动数据采集系统,其特征在于:所述通信单元包括无线通信模块和与无线通信模块连接的用于将数据进行现场存储的现场集中器,所述传输接口子模块与现场集中器连接。
6.根据权利要求5所述的基于DSP的嵌入式高速水泵震动数据采集系统,其特征在于:所述加速度震动传感器和与加速度震动传感器连接的高速采集模块的数量为多个,所述现场集中器设置于每个水泵机房内,每个水泵机房内的多个加速度震动传感器和高速采集模块分别与对应机房内的现场集中器连接。
7.根据权利要求5所述的基于DSP的嵌入式高速水泵震动数据采集系统,其特征在于:所述无线通信模块包括GPRS、3G或4G模块。
8.根据权利要求1所述的基于DSP的嵌入式高速水泵震动数据采集系统,其特征在于:还包括用于与外部设备对接的外部接口单元。
