烟筒水雾接引盘,包括一个环形槽的结构,环形槽的内壁套在烟筒上,环形槽的内壁的高度大于外壁的高度,槽底开有孔,设有管道将槽底的孔连接至地面。本实用新型布置在烟筒口外壁,将溢流到烟筒的外壁的水引到地面进行处理,全方位的消除对环境污染的影响。本实用新型几何结构规整,外形美观,不会造成景观上的负作用。

本实用新型涉及环保技术领域,特别是涉及一种烟筒烟气和雾水排放的承接装置。
背景技术
电厂或化工工厂的各种燃煤锅炉烟气均需要在排放前进行处理,处理烟尘及脱硫脱硝是主要的任务。氨法与钙法脱硫是最广泛采用的技术,由于采用喷洒化学溶液的的方法,在烟筒出口需要采用除雾器分离塔中气体夹带的液滴,有效去除气体中的雾滴。由于除雾器在分离气液的同时,其液滴中的杂质会吸附在除雾器叶片上,因此需要增加冲洗装置,将吸附在除雾器叶片上的杂质冲掉。现有的除雾器采用从除雾器上端或下端喷水的方式对除雾器叶片进行冲洗,除雾器叶片为不规则的弧形板。随着烟气排放导致雾和水汽的排放,容易在烟筒口产生水的溢流,影响到烟筒的外壁,并对环境造成污染。
发明内容
本实用新型目的是,提出一种烟筒水雾接引盘,布置在烟筒口收集烟筒口脱硫处理漂洒的水,并将溢流到烟筒的外壁的水引到地面进行处理,消除对环境污染的影响。
本实用新型的技术方案是:烟筒水雾接引盘,包括一个环形槽的结构,环形槽的内壁套在烟筒上,环形槽的内壁的高度大于外壁的高度,槽底开有孔,设有管道将槽底孔连接至地面。
进一步的,环形槽的内壁空腔是圆台形,与烟筒的圆台锥度相同。
槽底孔至少开有三个,在实际应用时,可以塞住两个,留一个低位的孔引出管道。
本实用新型的有益效果:提出一种烟筒用水雾接引盘,布置在烟筒口外壁,将溢流到烟筒的外壁的水引到地面进行处理,全方位的消除对环境污染的影响。本实用新型几何结构规整,外形美观,不会造成景观上的负作用。

具体实施方式
烟筒水雾接引盘由金属板或薄塑料板成型制备是一个环形槽的结构,环形槽底部3的圆周上均匀位置至少设有三个底孔4,三个底孔上均设有密封盖,在安装时使用可以塞住两个,留一个引管。环形槽的深度15-30cm;环形槽的宽度15-30cm;环形槽的内、外壁1、2的高度为25-35cm,内壁的高度高于外壁的高度。
环形槽的内壁空腔是圆台形,与烟筒的圆台锥度相同。紧贴在烟筒外壁,可以将溢流到烟筒的外壁的水先引到烟筒用水雾接引盘即环形槽内。再通过槽底孔和管道将水引至地面进行处理,消除烟筒除雾后水珠造成的环境污染。

1.烟筒水雾接引盘,其特征是包括一个环形槽的结构,环形槽的内壁套在烟筒上,环形槽的内壁的高度大于外壁的高度,槽底开有孔,设有管道将槽底的孔连接至地面。
2.根据权利要求1所述的烟筒水雾接引盘,其特征是环形槽的内壁空腔是圆台形,与烟筒的圆台锥度相同。
3.根据权利要求1所述的烟筒水雾接引盘,其特征是在槽底圆周均匀位置开有三个孔。
