皮带运输机在矿山特别是氰化车间广泛使用，它们分别用于氰渣和泡沫矿的压滤运输。现有的皮带运输机的托辊为槽式三联托辊，该三联托辊托辊轴承极易损坏，托辊停滞不转后还会造成运输带损坏，其主要原因是由于压滤厂房环境潮湿、运输的物料为颗粒状，且物料中的液体含有少量氰化物，具备一定的腐蚀性，所以物料对托辊的磨损大，托辊轴承需经常更换，给维修带来不便和造成运行成本较高。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供了一种结构简单、使用和维护方便，使用寿命长的皮带运输机托辊。
下面对本实用新型一种矿用皮带运输机托辊的技术方案进行详细的阐述：
一种矿用皮带运输机托辊，它包括托辊、托辊轴，轴承座和轴承，其中托辊包括直辊和两个喇叭口，喇叭口固定在直辊两侧；托辊固定在托辊轴上；托辊轴两端使用轴承固定在轴承座上，轴承座固定在皮带运输机的皮带架上。

如图所示，一种矿用皮带运输机托辊，工作时，托辊轴2带动托辊转动，托辊带动皮带运动，把矿渣运输出去。
