枕头是人们日常生活中必不可少的生活用品，随着人们生活水平的提高，对枕头的要求也越来越高。由于生活和学习节奏的加快，一天繁忙的工作和学习下来，往往感到很疲劳，如果回到家能够躺倒舒适的枕头上睡觉，一觉醒来觉得浑身舒适，缓解疲劳，那将是人们不错的选择。市面上出售的一些保健枕，有些材料含有化学成分，长期使用不利于人们的身体健康。

本实用新型的目的在于克服现有技术中的缺陷，而提供一种结构简单，取材天然，无毒副作用，健康环保的保健枕。
本实用新型的目的是这样实现的：包括枕套和枕芯，所述的枕芯内设有大填充袋和小填充袋，小填充袋设在大填充袋的上部，大填充袋内填充有扁柏树块，小填充袋内填充有艾叶。
所述的扁柏树块的形状为正方体、长方体、球体、圆柱体、圆台体、棱体其中之一。
所述的扁柏树块的体积不大于8立方厘米。
本实用新型采用扁柏树块作为主要填充物，是因为我国传统中医认为，扁柏树发出的芳香气体具有清热解毒，燥湿杀虫的作用，可祛病抗邪，培养人体正气。据测试主要成分为崧萜，柠檬萜，这些天然物质不仅能杀灭细菌、病毒和净化空气，还具有松弛精神，稳定情绪的作用。人体吸入扁柏树的香味后，可使血压下降，大脑血流量减少，抑郁情绪得到缓解。扁柏树块体积不大于8立方厘米，可起到按摩头部的作用。

具体实施方式
如图1所示，本实用新型为一种保健枕，包括枕套和枕芯，所述的枕芯内设有大填充袋1和小填充袋2，小填充袋2设在大填充袋1的上部，大填充袋1内填充有扁柏树块3，小填充袋2内填充有艾叶4。
所述的扁柏树块3的形状为正方体、长方体、球体、圆柱体、圆台体、棱体其中之一。
所述的扁柏树块3的体积不大于8立方厘米。
目前，世界上有些国家开展森林疗法，让癌症的病人到扁柏树林中去休闲娱乐，多数患者精神状态改善，有的还消除了化疗引起的恶心呕吐反应，扁柏树中弥漫的大量负氧离子，能提高人体机能及免疫力，调节呼吸和中枢神经系统的功能，有空气维生素之称。
扁柏树的香味主要来自于挥发油，包括茴香酮、樟脑等，并含有桧酸槲皮素、杨黄黄素、山柰素、扁柏双黄酮、蜡质等。叶中富含K、Na、P、Ca、Mg、Mn、和Zn等微量元素，还含有鞣质，树脂，维生素C等。
临床试验表明扁柏树叶煎水服用能明显缩短凝血时间，这归功于桧酸槲皮素和鞣质的作用。此外，扁柏还具有止咳、化痰、平喘的功效。生物实验结果显示，扁柏提取物对革兰氏阳性菌具有较强的杀灭作用。
本实用新型的枕芯内填充有扁柏树块3及艾叶4，人们长期使用可有效改善睡眠、血压、提高人体免疫力及舒缓疲劳的作用。
