本实用新型公开了一种带有链传动的驱动装置,包括有底座,底座上分别安装有电机和减速机,电机的输入轴与减速机的输入轴之间连接有联轴器,减速机的输出轴为空心轴,底座上在减速机输出轴的一侧安装有轴承座,包括有链轮轴,链轮轴的一端插入减速机的输出轴内,链轮轴的另一端通过轴承安装在轴承座内,链轮轴上安装有传动链轮。本实用新型采用空心轴减速机取代实心轴减速机,传动链轮安装在减速机和轴承座之间,受力方式改变和径向力减小后能够避免减速机机箱开裂,适用于输送机械的驱动装置,例如用于斗式提升机、螺旋输送机、埋刮板链式输送机、板式给料机等驱动装置中。

技术领域
    本实用新型涉及非直联式驱动装置领域,具体是一种带有链传动的驱动装置。
背景技术
输送机械的驱动装置由电机和减速机等部件组成。输送机械的驱动装置可分为直联式与非直联式。直联式是指仅有电机+减速机与输送机主轴连接的组合,电机与减速机、减速机与输送机主轴之间通过同一轴线的联轴器连接;非直联式是指除电机+减速机外,在到输送机主轴的连接中,还连接着其它传动,最典型的为皮带传动和链传动。含有链传动的驱动装置拥有诸多优点,体积小、重量轻、布置方便灵活,能够向输送机械及减速机提供更多的设备安全保护。采用多级减速圆柱齿轮减速机后,驱动装置能够传递较大功率。
当采用多级减速的圆柱齿轮减速机时,目前公知做法是选用输出轴为实心轴的减速机,传动链轮安装在实心轴输出端上。但是,实心轴的输出端悬置于减速机箱体之外,传动链轮安装到输出端后,在链传动的作用下,实心轴上要承受传递动力的扭矩和由链传动产生的径向力。特别是这种悬臂式的受力状态下,轴端受到的径向力往往大于减速机所允许的径向力,这容易造成减速机损坏,这种损坏较多表现为减速机机箱开裂。有时仅仅是为了提高减速机输出轴的径向承载能力,在选择减速机型号时需要加大1~3个机座号,这就会造成减速机选型偏大和资源浪费。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的为了弥补已有技术不足,是提供一种带有链传动的驱动装置,通过改变减速机输出轴端的受力方式,能够有效地减少减速机输出轴上受到的径向力,受力方式改变和径向力减小后就能够避免减速机机箱开裂。
本实用新型的技术方案如下:
一种带有链传动的驱动装置,包括有底座,所述的底座上分别安装有电机和减速机,所述电机的输入轴与所述减速机的输入轴之间连接有联轴器,所述减速机的输出轴为空心轴,其特征在于:所述的底座上在所述减速机输出轴的一侧安装有轴承座,包括有链轮轴,所述链轮轴的一端插入所述减速机的输出轴内,链轮轴的另一端通过轴承安装在所述的轴承座内,链轮轴上安装有传动链轮。
所述的带有链传动的驱动装置,其特征在于:所述减速机的输出轴上具有键联接部,所述链轮轴的一端插入所述减速机的输出轴内后与所述的键联接部相联接。
本实用新型的有益效果:
1、链传动产生的径向力由减速机和轴承座共同承担,作用到减速机上的径向力就能够减少到原来的二分之一。
2、传动链轮的安装方式简单可靠。
3、本实用新型承载径向力能力提高后,减速机规格型号按其承载能力选择即可,不需要为提高径向承载能力加大机座号,这使减速机选型更加合理。

具体实施方式
参见图1、2,一种带有链传动的驱动装置,包括有底座5,底座5上分别安装有电机1和减速机3,电机1的输入轴与减速机3的输入轴之间连接有联轴器2,减速机3的输出轴为空心轴,底座5上在减速机3的输出轴的一侧安装有轴承座4,包括有链轮轴6,链轮轴6的一端插入减速机3的输出轴内,链轮轴6的另一端通过轴承安装在轴承座4内,链轮轴上安装有传动链轮7。
本实用新型中,减速机3的输出轴内具有键槽,链轮轴6的一端插入减速机3的输出轴内后用键相互联接。

1.一种带有链传动的驱动装置,包括有底座,所述的底座上分别安装有电机和减速机,所述电机的输入轴与所述减速机的输入轴之间连接有联轴器,所述减速机的输出轴为空心轴,其特征在于:所述的底座上在所述减速机输出轴的一侧安装有轴承座,包括有链轮轴,所述链轮轴的一端插入所述减速机的输出轴内,链轮轴的另一端通过轴承安装在所述的轴承座内,链轮轴上安装有传动链轮。
2.根据权利要求1所述的带有链传动的驱动装置,其特征在于:所述减速机的输出轴内具有键槽,所述链轮轴的一端插入所述减速机的输出轴内后用键相互联接。
