本实用新型提供了一种食用菌菇房,包括菇房本体,所述菇房本体包括房顶和外墙,所述菇房本体内设有菌包架,所述房顶的下方设有顶板,所述顶板的四个侧边通过网格板与房顶相固定,所述网格板与顶板之间形成闭合的容物腔,所述容物腔内设有空调,所述空调的两侧设有加湿器,所述外墙的下部设有与外界相连通的通气孔。本实用新型空调产生的冷风可向四周水平吹出,使得室内温度场均匀分布,防止了局部过冷对食用菌生长造成影响;室内空气可通过通气孔排出于室外,从而在室内由房顶到地面形成稳定气流,实现菇房内的持续换气。

本实用新型属于食用菌生产领域,涉及一种食用菌菇房。
背景技术
食用菌生长对环境有着较高的要求,既要使菇房内的废气及时排出,又能使外界新鲜空气迅速进入茹房,而且温度和湿度都要适宜,特别是温度不能出现较大的波动,以免影响食用菌的正常生长。现有食用菌菇房为保证室内良好的通风和温度条件,夏季一般都采用空调进行控温和换气,但空调出风口产生的气流很容易直接吹向邻近食用菌菌包,导致空调附近的菌包过冷,影响产量。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于针对现有技术存在的问题,提供一种室内温度均匀而且通风柔和的食用菌菇房。
为此,本实用新型采用如下技术方案:
一种食用菌菇房,包括菇房本体,所述菇房本体包括房顶和外墙,所述菇房本体内设有菌包架,所述房顶的下方设有顶板,所述顶板的四个侧边通过网格板与房顶相固定,所述网格板与顶板之间形成闭合的容物腔,所述容物腔内设有空调,所述空调的两侧设有加湿器,所述外墙的下部设有与外界相连通的通气孔。
进一步地,所述菌包架上设有上下分布的隔层,所述隔层由筛网构成。
本实用新型的有益效果在于:空调产生的冷风可向四周水平吹出,使得室内温度场均匀分布,防止了局部过冷对食用菌生长造成影响;室内空气可通过通气孔排出于室外,从而在室内由房顶到地面形成稳定气流,实现菇房内的持续换气;同时空调产生的气流可将加湿器产生的湿气带向菇房内各角落,保证了室内湿度的均匀。

具体实施方式
   如图1所示,一种食用菌菇房,包括菇房本体1,菇房本体包括房顶2和外墙3,菇房本体1内设有菌包架4,菌包架4上设有上下分布的隔层5,隔层5由筛网构成,房顶2的下方设有顶板6,顶板6的四个侧边通过网格板7与房顶2相固定,网格板7与顶板6之间形成闭合的容物腔11,容物腔11内设有空调8,空调8的两侧设有加湿器9,外墙3的下部设有与外界相连通的通气孔10。
     使用时,在菌包架4的隔层5上放置食用菌菌包,开启空调8,空调8吹出的冷风可经网格板7水平吹出,而且网格板7可对冷风进行均化,使冷风均匀吹出。气流经外墙3折射后再吹向菌包架4,保证了室内温度的均匀,由于隔层5由筛网构成,因而冷风可对隔层5上的菌包进行均匀降温,经过换热的气流最后由通气孔10排出,从而在房顶2与地面之间形成稳定的气流,使菇房本体1内的空气得到持续更换。同时,加湿器9产生的湿气可随空调8产生的气流流向室内各处,进而保持了室内湿度的均匀。

1. 一种食用菌菇房,包括菇房本体,所述菇房本体包括房顶和外墙,其特征在于,所述菇房本体内设有菌包架,所述房顶的下方设有顶板,所述顶板的四个侧边通过网格板与房顶相固定,所述网格板与顶板之间形成闭合的容物腔,所述容物腔内设有空调,所述空调的两侧设有加湿器,所述外墙的下部设有与外界相连通的通气孔。
