背景技术
现有技术中的木质板材都是合成板或拼接板，存在强度不足，容易变形，导致产品质量下降。
发明内容
本实用新型主要是解决现有技术中存在的不足，提供一种结构紧凑度高，防止木材变形的防木材变形的加固装置。
本实用新型的上述技术问题主要是通过下述技术方案得以解决的：
一种防木材变形的加固装置，包括木质板材，所述的木质板材的单面设有呈错位分布的加固装置，所述的加固装置包括加固槽，所述的加固槽中设有木质白胶层。
作为优选，所述的加固槽的底部与木质板材底部间的间距为1-2mm，所述的加固槽的宽度为3-4mm。
作为优选，二个相邻水平分布的加固槽间的间距为10cm，二个相邻错位分布的加固槽间的间距为5cm。
加固槽把木材的木筋给破坏掉，防止木材变形。加固装置设在木材的单面。
因此，本实用新型的防木材变形的加固装置，结构紧凑，使木材不易变形，提高产品品质。

实施例1：如图1和图2所示，一种防木材变形的加固装置，包括木质板材1，所述的木质板材1的单面设有呈错位分布的加固装置，所述的加固装置包括加固槽2，所述的加固槽2中设有木质白胶层3。
所述的加固槽2的底部与木质板材1底部间的间距为1-2mm，所述的加固槽2的宽度为3-4mm。
二个相邻水平分布的加固槽2间的间距为10cm，二个相邻错位分布的加固槽2间的间距为5cm。

1.一种防木材变形的加固装置，包括木质板材(1)，其特征在于：所述的木质板材(1)的单面设有呈错位分布的加固装置，所述的加固装置包括加固槽(2)，所述的加固槽(2)中设有木质白胶层(3)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的防木材变形的加固装置，其特征在于：所述的加固槽(2)的底部与木质板材(1)底部间的间距为1-2mm，所述的加固槽(2)的宽度为3-4mm。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的防木材变形的加固装置，其特征在于：二个相邻水平分布的加固槽(2)间的间距为10cm，二个相邻错位分布的加固槽(2)间的间距为5cm。
