本实用新型公开了散热器整体片头,包括由铝质材料压铸的片头整体;所述片头整体一侧压制为凸出;对应的另一侧压制为凹陷;所述凸出和凹陷处焊接有螺纹管;所述片头整体底部一体制成有与散热管配合焊接的角柱;所述螺纹管、角柱与片头整体内侧形成一空腔。本实用新型的散热器整体片头,通过将片头向一侧倾斜,安装时,能够更好地与相邻整体片头贴合;使突出和凹陷相嵌;整体美观,保热性好;通过角柱定位,在很大程度上减轻了焊接难度,同时增加了储水空间,加热效果更好。

本实用新型涉及散热器整体片头,属于暖气组件技术领域。 
背景技术
散热器是暖气供暖组成的必备组件;整个供暖过程是利用壁挂炉或者锅炉加热循环水,再通过管材链接到暖气片,最终通过暖气片将适宜的温度输出,形成室内温差,最后进行热循环使整个室内温度均匀上升;对于散热器核心部位是整体片头;其直接与供热管安装;现有的散热器整体片头一般都是通过钢铁压铸而成;其工作只需要热水经过一根直通的管子,不需要热水在整个片体中循环;此种暖气片用水少,得到了人们广泛的认可;但对于比较大的空间,其是整体供暖不足;另外其防腐蚀性和散热性都比较差;另外对于整体片头和散热管焊接技术要求高,对位焊接比较困难。 
发明内容
(一)要解决的技术问题 
为解决上述问题,本实用新型提出了一种焊接简单、供暖效果好,且耐腐蚀的散热器整体片头。 
(二)技术方案 
本实用新型的散热器整体片头,包括由铝质材料压铸的片头整体;所述片头整体一侧压制为凸出;对应的另一侧压制为凹陷;所述凸出和凹陷处焊接有螺纹管;所述片头整体底部一体制成有与散热管配合焊接的角柱;所述螺纹管、角柱与片头整体内侧形成一空腔。 
进一步地,所述散热管顶部压制有与角柱配合的凹陷。 
进一步地,所述角柱为不规则状;可以更好地与散热管进行定位。 
进一步地,所述凹陷和凸出的中部开设有通孔;所述螺纹管直接焊接螺孔外侧。 
(三)有益效果 
与现有技术相比,本实用新型的散热器整体片头,通过将片头向一侧倾斜,安装时,能够更好地与相邻整体片头贴合;使突出和凹陷相嵌;整体美观,保热性好;通过角柱定位,在很大程度上减轻了焊接难度,同时增加了储水空间,加热效果更好。
