本实用新型提供一种可调扭力棒，其包括表面具有条纹的柱状空心的外壳、可以放置在所述空心中的数个内芯；所述外壳与所述内芯均具有弹性，所述外壳采用天然橡胶制成。本实用新型的可调扭力棒外壳采用天然橡胶，使用者不会出现使用过敏现象；其中，采用多根可以更换的内芯，使得该可调扭力棒能够适应一个锻炼者不同的锻炼时期，通过更换内芯该扭力棒能够表现出不同的最大扭力，通用性比较强；外壳表面设置的条纹能够增加手握时的摩擦力，从而不容易脱落。

本实用新型涉及健身器械，尤其涉及一种可调扭力棒。
背景技术
本产品是一款健身运动用品。主要是涉及一种扭力棒。扭力棒是柔性、耐用、天然干橡胶制成的抗阻训练工具，使用者双手抓握扭力棒的两端可以通过弯曲、扭转、振动来改善握力和上肢的稳定性。能够有效促进手、腕关节、前臂和肩关节康复并增强肌力。
传统的扭力棒通常为扭力固定设置好的，就是说每一个扭力棒均只有一个扭力参数，只适用于特定时期的锻炼。当达到一定的锻炼阶段后，就需要重新购买，其实用性比较差。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种可调扭力棒，该可调扭力棒可通过更换不同的内芯从而调整扭力棒所能承受的最大的扭力。。
为实现上述目的本实用新型提供一种可调扭力棒，包括表面具有条纹的柱状空心的外壳、可以放置在所述空心中的数个内芯；所述外壳与所述内芯均具有弹性，所述外壳采用天然橡胶制成。
所述内芯的一端设置有固定结构，所述固定结构用于将该内芯固定在所述外壳上；所述外壳在固定结构相应的位置设置有固定槽，所述固定槽用于容纳于固定结构。
所述数个内芯彼此颜色不同，每个内芯所承受的最大弹力不相同。
本实用新型的有益效果：本实用新型的可调扭力棒外壳采用天然橡胶，使用者不会出现使用过敏现象；其中，采用多根可以更换的内芯，使得该可调扭力棒能够适应一个锻炼者不同的锻炼时期，通过更换内芯该扭力棒能够表现出不同的最大扭力，通用性比较强；外壳表面设置的条纹能够增加手握时的摩擦力，从而不容易脱落。

为更进一步阐述本实用新型所采取的技术手段及其效果，以下结合本实用新型的优选实施例及其附图进行详细描述。
参阅图1，本实用新型提供一种可调扭力棒，该可调扭力棒是由外壳1以及内芯2组成的。
其中，外壳1采用天然橡胶制成，为具有空心的柱状结构，在该外壳1的外表面上设置有条纹11，该条纹11主要用于增加手握时候的摩擦力，从而不容易脱落。该外壳1的一个端部设置有固定槽12，该固定槽12是用于固定内芯2的。
所述内芯2具有多个，每一个的最大扭力是不同的，且不同的内芯2采用不同的颜色，本实施方式中优选的具有3个，依所能承受的扭力从小到大依次是2.27公斤(5磅)、4.5公斤(10磅)、6.8公斤(15磅)，颜色依次采用黄色、绿色及蓝色，长度均为31厘米。
在所述内芯2的一端端部设置有固定结构21，该固定结构21的形状与所述固定槽12的结构基本相同，可以插入该所述固定槽12从而将该内芯2固定在该外壳1上。

1.一种可调扭力棒，其特征在于，包括表面具有条纹的柱状空心的外壳、可以放置在所述空心中彼此替换的数个内芯；所述外壳与所述内芯均具有弹性，所述外壳采用天然橡胶制成。
2.根据权利要求1所述的可调扭力棒，其特征是：所述内芯的一端设置有固定结构，所述固定结构用于将该内芯固定在所述外壳上；所述外壳在固定结构相应的位置设置有固定槽，所述固定槽用于容纳于固定结构。
3.根据权利要求2所述的可调扭力棒，其特征是：所述数个内芯彼此颜色不同，每个内芯所承受的最大弹力不相同。
