传统的的胶带卷一般有三层，分别为基膜层、防粘层和压敏层(专利号：200920193713.9)，这种胶带由于防粘层的加入，增加了胶带厚度以及成本。并且防粘层会导致胶带粘度增加，从而使用时会有粘连，不方便使用。

本实用新型的目的在于正对现有技术的缺陷提供一种聚乙烯胶带卷。
为达到上述目的，本实用新型采用以下技术方案：
本实用新型一种聚乙烯胶带卷，由基膜层和压敏层构成，其特征在于对基膜层进行电晕处理后，将压敏胶层均匀涂布在基膜层的表面，压敏层的厚度为10-18μm，最后将所得成品卷制成胶带卷。
本实用新型由于减少了防粘层，使得工艺简单，避免了粘连的问题，降低了胶带的厚度，减少了成本。

如图1所示，本实用新型所述的地毯保护用聚乙烯保护膜由基膜层1和压敏层2组成。其中，基膜层1由厚度为30μm-100μm的聚乙烯薄膜制备而成；压敏层2由聚丙烯酸脂压敏胶制备而成(成分是：丙烯酸丁酯30，丙烯酸异辛酯20，丙烯酸10，醋酸乙酯40)。本实用新型通过将压敏胶层1均匀涂布在基膜层2的表面，压敏层1的厚度为10-18μm，最后将所得成品卷制成胶带卷。
