背景技术
冬天没有供暖设施的农村及城镇，居民大多数利用煤炉取暖，但取暖后的余热直接外排，浪费能源又造成二次污染。如何将直接外排的余热收集并加以利用也是节能减排的一个方向。
实用新型内容
本实用新型提供一种民用火床，非常适合无供暖设施的农村、城镇居民的生产生活需求，环保、节能、热效率高。
为此，采用如下技术方案：
一种民用火床，床板下方依次设置上保温隔热防火层、散热器和下保温隔热防火层；该散热器的一端通过水平管道和煤炉的烟囱出口水平连通，散热器的另一端接出口烟囱，出口烟囱上端安装风机。
本实用新型专为无取暖设施的地区提供的一种和火炉相配套使用的取暖设备，利用煤炉烟道排放的余热给床上供热，不仅起到电褥子的作用，同时提高室内温度。非常适合农村、城镇居民的生产生活需求，环保、节能、热效率高。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本实用新型做进一步说明。
参照图1，一种民用火床，床板1下方依次设置上保温隔热防火层2、散热器6和下保温隔热防火层；该散热器6的一端通过水平管道8和煤炉9的烟囱出口水平连通，散热器6的另一端接出口烟囱4，出口烟囱4上端安装风机3。所述的床板1、上保温隔热防火层2、散热器6和下保温隔热防火层均放置在床边框5上，所述风机3也可安装在煤炉10上其促进燃烧的作用，具体根据现场情况而定。
本实用新型将原来煤炉竖直安装的烟囱改变为水平方向和散热器3连接，使烟囱排烟的速度降低而降低煤炉炉腔内燃料燃烧的速度，加大煤炭的利用率，提高热效率。对同一个煤炉9来说，当其只单纯炊事时，一天需要15公斤煤炭，室温只有14-16度，而将其排烟烟囱水平接入床下的散热器中后，一天燃煤只需7公斤，而室温却达到20度以上。并且当连接煤炉和散热器6的水平管道8中的烟尘进入散热器3时，由于空间突然变大，流速就变慢，颗粒灰尘沉淀在其底部，所以散热器3不仅散热而且起到过滤器的作用，将外排的烟尘进一步净化，减少环境污染。
本实用新型专为无取暖设施的地区使用。利用煤炉相配套使用的取暖设备，能快速提高房间温度，环保、干净、舒适。

1.一种民用火床，其特征在于：床板（1）下方依次设置上保温隔热防火层（2）、散热器（6）和下保温隔热防火层；该散热器（6）的一端通过水平管道（8）和煤炉的烟囱出口水平连通，散热器（6）的另一端接出口烟囱（4），出口烟囱（4）上端安装风机（3）。
