本实用新型公开了一种防水屋面结构，包括承重梁，所述承重梁上架设有轻质复合板，所述轻质复合板与承重梁之间通过紧固螺栓固定连接，在所述轻质复合板上铺设有防水底层，在所述防水底层上铺设有防水沥青纸，在所述防水沥青纸上铺设有屋面瓦。本实用新型结构简单，通过设置多层防水结构层，其防水效果好，不仅有效解决了屋顶渗漏问题，同时具有隔热、保温、连接面平整、耐高温、耐持久等优点。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种屋面，更具体地说，尤其涉及一种防水屋面结构。
背景技术
住宅的屋面，就其形状而言有平面屋面和拱形屋面之分，拱形屋面的表面多覆盖有瓦片，加之其蓄水性能差，其防漏性能一般都能得到保证；而平面屋面是由多块屋面板拼接而成，其屋面防漏主要借助于在屋面板之间的接缝处涂敷高粘度的沥青来实现。由于平面屋面是直接裸露在外界，沥青在外界的侵蚀作用下，长时间过后会因老化而出现龟裂现象，雨水会从这些裂缝处渗入到室内。因此，采用这种涂敷沥青的方法并不能完全满足平面屋面的长久防漏要求，需要经常对屋面的防水层进行维修。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于针对上述现有技术的不足，提供一种结构简单、防水效果好的防水屋面结构，解决屋顶渗漏问题。
为实现上述目的，本实用新型所提供的轻质复合板材，包括承重梁，所述承重梁上架设有轻质复合板，所述轻质复合板与承重梁之间通过紧固螺栓固定连接，在所述轻质复合板上铺设有防水底层，在所述防水底层上铺设有防水沥青纸，在所述防水沥青纸上铺设有屋面瓦。
本实用新型结构简单，通过设置多层防水结构层，其防水效果好，不仅有效解决了屋顶渗漏问题，同时具有隔热、保温、连接面平整、耐高温、耐持久等优点。

下面结合附图中的实施例对本实用新型作进一步的详细说明，但并不构成对本实用新型的任何限制。
参阅图1所示，本实用新型所提供的一种防水屋面结构，包括承重梁1，所述承重梁1上架设有轻质复合板2，所述轻质复合板2与承重梁1之间通过紧固螺栓5固定连接，在所述轻质复合板2上铺设有防水底层3，在所述防水底层3上铺设有防水沥青纸4，在所述防水沥青纸4上铺设有屋面瓦5。
在本实施例中，所述承重梁1选用抗弯能力强的H型钢，所述轻质复合板2是由多块复合板拼接而成，相邻复合板之间通过胶粘剂7粘接在一起。
更进一步地，所述轻质复合板2的两相对侧面上分别设有便于拼接的凹槽21及与凹槽21相配合的凸肋22，安装时，前一块复合板的凸肋22与后一块复合板的凹槽21相互插接，操作方便，使板材与板材之间能够实现快速拼接。
本实用新型结构简单，通过设置多层防水结构层，其防水效果好，不仅有效解决了屋顶渗漏问题，同时具有隔热、保温、连接面平整、耐高温、耐持久等优点，其轻质高强的特性减少了屋顶梁柱的应用，降低了耗材、增加了安全性。
Claims (4)
1.一种防水屋面结构，其特征在于：包括承重梁，所述承重梁上架设有轻质复合板，所述轻质复合板与承重梁之间通过紧固螺栓固定连接，在所述轻质复合板上铺设有防水底层，在所述防水底层上铺设有防水沥青纸，在所述防水沥青纸上铺设有屋面瓦。
2.根据权利要求1所述的防水屋面结构，其特征在于：所述轻质复合板是由多块复合板拼接而成，相邻复合板之间通过胶粘剂粘接在一起。
3.根据权利要求2所述的防水屋面结构，其特征在于：所述轻质复合板的两相对侧面上分别设有便于拼接的凹槽及与凹槽相配合的凸肋。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的防水屋面结构，其特征在于：所述承重梁为H型钢。
