Abstract

本发明涉及运行人工呼吸系统的方法和装置,该人工呼吸系统(3)得以利用简单的装置迅速实现,借助呼吸气流传感器(1),利用呼吸气流传感器专用的、有关患者的和/或有关治疗的运行数据来运行人工呼吸系统(3),其方式是存在于人工呼吸系统(3)中的读单元读出与呼吸气流传感器(1)相连接的应答器(2)的内容,以致人工呼吸系统(3)在读出该运行数据之后才可使用。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种人工呼吸系统。 
背景技术
在DE 201 13 789 U1中说明了一种医疗仪器,该医疗仪器具有基本单元、控制单元和至少一个可替换地与基本单元相连接的附加设备,其中,该基本单元包括至少一个用于与附加设备中的应答器进行无线通信的应答器询问设备,该应答器根据该询问设备的请求将关于附加设备的信息传送给询问设备。基本单元将该信息用于确定基本单元的运行参数。 
在运行人工呼吸系统时,需要快速和尽可能非手动地将呼吸气流传感器专用的数据以及必要时将患者和治疗专用的数据接收到人工呼吸系统中,以致人工呼吸与相应的具体情况相匹配。 
发明内容
因此,本发明的任务在于提供一种方法和一种所属的装置,该方法和装置利用简单的装置迅速实现了,利用当前的和与运行相关的运行数据来运行人工呼吸系统。 
利用根据本发明的人工呼吸系统获得了该任务的解决方案。 
根据本发明提供一种人工呼吸系统,其中,该人工呼吸系统装备了读单元并装备了写单元;而呼吸气流传感器装备了所分配的、可无线读出的、用于存储所述人工呼吸系统的运行数据的装置,其中所述读单元无线地读出所述用于存储所述人工呼吸系统的运行数据的装置的内容,以致所述人工呼吸系统在读出所述运行数据之后才可使用。

以下借助唯一的附图来阐述实施例,该附图示意性地示出了一种用于执行本方法的装置,该装置在用于给患者进行人工呼吸的呼吸气体管道中具有呼吸气流传感器1,其中,呼吸气流传感器1特定地被构造为本身公知的热线式风速计并且在传感器外壳上装备了例如在外部粘贴的应答器2。 
具体实施方式
人工呼吸系统3(例如麻醉仪)装备了具有天线和具有读单元和写单元5的应答器通信单元4,该应答器通信单元4与人工呼吸系统3的运行电子装置(Betriebselektronik)相连接,以致专门由人工呼吸系统3通过应答器通信单元4可以无线读出和接收应答器2的呼吸气流传感器专用的运行数据并且可以在呼吸气流传感器1中存储人工呼吸系统3的当前的运行数据。通过操作或处理器单元6,例如从中央工作位置出发来控制人工呼吸系统3。如果操作或处理器单元6与上级的数据和信息系统进行通信,则所检测到的和所传送的运行数据可被包括在整个医院范围的文档系统内或者在呼吸气流传感器1的相应的投入运行时间或运行状态之后被包括在预订过程(Bestellvorgaenge)中。 
在通过操作或处理器单元6起动人工呼吸系统3之后,由操作人员选择某种针对借助人工呼吸系统3进行呼吸的患者的人工呼吸模式。读单元和写单元5于是通过应答器通信单元4来动用人工呼吸系统3的呼吸气流传感器1的、有关患者和/或治疗的数据和识别数据(包括与当前的质量相关的数据在内),以致此后在人工呼吸系统3中存在所有必需的信息,以便开始或优化人工呼吸,这些数据和识别数据被寄存在呼吸气流传感器1中的应答器2中。 
在未允许的或未接受的呼吸气流传感器1中,不开始人工呼吸,并且在人工呼吸系统3上实现相应的报警或显示。 
在人工呼吸结束之后,在预定的时间间隔之后,或者按照人工呼吸系统3的操作人员的相应的命令,通过读单元和写单元5以及通过应答器通信单元4,分别将人工呼吸系统3的当前的运行数据传输到应答器2的数据存储器中。 
可替换于在该实例中所采用的具有RFI D应答器/RFID标签(Tag)和RFID读取器的RFID(无线电射频识别(Radio Frequency Identification))系统的是具有条形码和用于读出的光学扫描仪的系统、相应的磁性系统以及其它本身公知的无线感应或容性系统。 
呼吸气流传感器专用的运行数据也包括实际释放数据(Ist-Freigabedaten),该实际释放数据被存储在应答器2的数据存储器中并按照询问来提供给人工呼吸系统3使用。如果针对测量值根 据实际释放数据实现呼吸气流传感器专用的修正,则通过这些实际释放数据提高了传感器测量数据的质量,以致例如也利用被准确限定地在呼吸气流传感器1的预定的公差带之外的测量数据。选择允许的测量值是特别重要的,因为这些测量值介入人工呼吸系统3的调节循环中。 

Claims (10)

1.人工呼吸系统,其中,该人工呼吸系统(3)装备了读单元并装备了写单元(5);而呼吸气流传感器(1)装备了所分配的、可无线读出的、用于存储所述人工呼吸系统的运行数据的装置,其中所述读单元无线地读出所述用于存储所述人工呼吸系统(3)的运行数据的装置的内容,以致所述人工呼吸系统(3)在读出所述运行数据之后才可使用。
2.按权利要求1所述的人工呼吸系统,其特征在于,所述运行数据包括针对所述人工呼吸系统(3)的呼吸气流传感器(1)的识别数据,由所述人工呼吸系统(3)将这些识别数据与在那里寄存的识别数据进行比较,以致所述人工呼吸系统(3)只有在所比较的识别数据一致时才可使用。
3.按权利要求2所述的人工呼吸系统,其特征在于,所述针对所述人工呼吸系统(3)的呼吸气流传感器(1)的识别数据包括针对所述人工呼吸系统(3)的呼吸气流传感器(1)的质量数据。
4.按权利要求1或2所述的人工呼吸系统,其特征在于,所述人工呼吸系统(3)在运行之后分别将所述人工呼吸系统(3)的当前的运行数据无线传输到与所述呼吸气流传感器(1)相连接的、用于存储运行数据的装置中,并且存储在该装置中。
5.按权利要求1或2所述的人工呼吸系统,其特征在于,所述运行数据包括有关患者的和/或有关治疗的数据。
6.按权利要求1或2所述的人工呼吸系统,其特征在于,所述运行数据包括呼吸气流传感器专用的数据,以致所述人工呼吸系统(3)中的呼吸气流传感器(1)的测量值针对该人工呼吸系统(3)的运行相应修正地被应用。
7.按权利要求6所述的人工呼吸系统,其特征在于,所述呼吸气流传感器专用的数据是实际释放数据。
8.按权利要求1或2所述的人工呼吸系统,其特征在于,与所述呼吸气流传感器(1)相连接的、用于存储运行数据的装置是可写入和/或可读出的应答器(2),并且存在于所述人工呼吸系统(3)中的读单元与所述应答器(2)的写单元相结合。
9.按权利要求1或2所述的人工呼吸系统,其特征在于,所述呼吸气流传感器(1)是其传感器外壳由塑料制成的热线式风速计,并且所述用于存储运行数据的装置利用粘合剂与所述传感器外壳相连接。
10.按权利要求1或2所述的人工呼吸系统,其特征在于,所述人工呼吸系统(3)是麻醉仪或者人工呼吸仪器。
