Abstract
本发明涉及铜合金,特别是一种汽车电器用高导电率铜镁合金。它是在纯铜中加入微量合金元素镁和磷,按照重量百分比,产品中含有0.001-0.1%磷,0.4-0.8%镁,余量为铜。该铜镁合金的相关技术参数是:抗拉强度Ra:460MPa-520MPa,伸长率A50mm≥6%,维氏硬度Hv:140-165,导电率≥62%IACS。它广泛用于要求在高温度和大电负荷下仍有高强度、耐磨、不软化、不氧化的场合。如汽车电器、引线框架、轨道交通电力滑接线、电缆等。填补了我国在高温、高导电率、高强度铜合金生产方面的空白。
Description
技术领域:
本发明涉及铜合金,特别是一种汽车电器用高导电率铜镁合金。
背景技术:
长期以来,铜可通过与不同元素的合金提高强度。除了个别情况之外,添加物在增加了强度的同时不成比例地降低了电导率。峰值拉伸强度约为421.86×105kg/m2(60ksi)的纯铜具有100%IACS的导电率。因此,纯铜的强度×电导率的系数为6,000(60×100)单位。作为一种古老的铜合金,黄铜的强度高达731.22×105kg/m2(104ksi),但电导率急剧降低。弹壳黄铜是一种最常用的黄铜,其强度×电导率的系数低于3,000单位。其它合金诸如青铜和铜-镍合金的强度×导电率系数远低于纯铜。
日本专利53-19920涉及一种铜合金,其含有0.04-0.04%磷,0.01-0.20%的一种或一种以上的镁、硅、锰、砷和锌,以及余量铜。此类合金具有80-90%IACS电导率,但是其硬度较低。
美国专利4,605,532公开了一种合金,其组成基本如下:约0.3-1.6重量%的铁,最多一半的铁含量由镍、锰、钴以及其混合物来代替,月0.01-0.2重量%的镁,约0.10-0.40重量%的磷,最高约0.5重量%锡或锑以及其混合物,和余量的铜。该合金基于高磷镁比,其至少为1.5∶1,并且优选高于2.5∶1。其结果就是,尽管合金中的所有镁都将与磷结合,象铁和钴的其它元素将大量留在溶体中。导电率因此将受到损害。合金也含有1-3微米的粗颗粒。因此,合金延展性、可成形性、耐软化性较差,且强度×电导率系数低。
发明内容:
本发明的目的是要提供一种汽车电器用高导电率铜镁合金,能克服上述现有技术产品中的缺陷。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明是这样实现的:
一种汽车电器用高导电率铜镁合金,在纯铜中加入微量合金元素镁和磷,其特征在于:按照重量百分比,产品中含有0.001-0.1%磷,0.4-0.8%镁,余量为铜。
该铜镁合金的相关技术参数是:抗拉强度Ra:460MPa-520MPa,伸长率A50mm≥6%,维氏硬度Hv:140-165,导电率≥62%IACS。
藉由上述技术方案,本发明具有的优点是:
本发明高导电率铜镁合金是在纯铜中加入微量合金元素镁和磷,它充分利用了纯铜优良的导电、导热和耐蚀性,克服了纯铜强度低、耐磨性差、高温下易氧化、易软化的缺点;抗拉强度Ra:460MPa-520MPa,伸长率A50mm≥6%,维氏硬度Hv:140-165,导电率≥62%IACS。它广泛用于要求在高温度和大电负荷下仍有高强度、耐磨、不软化、不氧化的场合。如汽车电器、引线框架、轨道交通电力滑接线、电缆等。填补了我国在高温、高导电率、高强度铜合金生产方面的空白。
具体实施方式:
实施例1:
一种汽车电器用高导电率铜镁合金,按照重量百分比,产品中含有0.001%磷,0.8%镁,余量为铜。
该铜镁合金的相关技术参数是:抗拉强度Ra:460MPaMPa,伸长率A50mm:6.2%,维氏硬度Hv:155,导电率:64%IACS。
实施例2:
一种汽车电器用高导电率铜镁合金,按照重量百分比,产品中含有0.1%磷,0.5%镁,余量为铜。
该铜镁合金的相关技术参数是:抗拉强度Ra:4720MPa,伸长率A50mm:6.0%,维氏硬度Hv:140,导电率:63%IACS。
实施例3:
一种汽车电器用高导电率铜镁合金,按照重量百分比,产品中含有0.005%磷,0.4镁,余量为铜。
该铜镁合金的相关技术参数是:抗拉强度Ra:500MPa,伸长率A50mm:6.3%,维氏硬度Hv:162,导电率:62.5%IACS。
实施例4:
一种汽车电器用高导电率铜镁合金,按照重量百分比,产品中含有0.1%磷,0.8%镁,余量为铜。
该铜镁合金的相关技术参数是:抗拉强度Ra:520MPa,伸长率A50mm6.8%,维氏硬度Hv:165,导电率63.8%IACS。
实施例5:
一种汽车电器用高导电率铜镁合金,按照重量百分比,产品中含有0.001%磷,0.4%镁,余量为铜。
该铜镁合金的相关技术参数是:抗拉强度Ra:460MPa MPa,伸长率A50mm:6%,维氏硬度Hv:140,导电率:62%IACS。
综上所述仅为本发明的较佳实施例而已,并非用来限定本发明的实施范围。即凡依本发明申请专利范围的内容所作的等效变化与修饰,都应为本发明的技术范畴。
Claims (2)
1、一种汽车电器用高导电率铜镁合金,在纯铜中加入微量合金元素镁和磷,其特征在于:按照重量百分比,产品中含有0.001-0.1%磷,0.4-0.8%镁,余量为铜。
2、根据权利要求1所述的汽车电器用高导电率铜镁合金,其特征在于:该铜镁合金的相关技术参数是:抗拉强度Ra:460MPa-520MPa,伸长率A50mm≥6%,维氏硬度Hv:140-165,导电率≥62%IACS。
