Abstract

【技术领域】
本发明涉及一种背光模组,特别是一种直下式背光模组。
【背景技术】
背光模组是液晶显示器的关键零组件,其可提供亮度充足的光源,使液晶面板能正常显示,而背光模组按结构大致分为侧光式与直下式两种。随着液晶显示装置尺寸增大及亮度需求提高,侧光式背光模组无法提供足够的亮度,因此直下式背光模组得到广泛应用,其可以通过增加灯管数量以提高亮度。
图1是一种现有技术的直下式背光模组的结构示意图。该直下式背光模组200包括一框架210、一线性光源220、一反射板230和一扩散板240,该框架210大致为矩形盒体结构,其与该扩散板240构成一封闭的容置空间,以收容该线性光源220和该反射板230。该框架210包括四内侧面212及一底面214,该四内侧面212两两相对设置且皆与该底面214垂直相连。该线性光源220抵置于该框架210的两个相对内侧面212上,且平行于该扩散板240,该反射板230则设置于该框架210的底面214。
该线性光源220发出光线后,一部分光线直接射向该扩散板240,经该扩散板240扩散后出射,另一部分光线射向该反射板230,经该反射板230反射后再射向该扩散板240,经该扩散板240扩散后出射。
然而,该光源220会向四周斜射光线,使得部分光线扩散后向四周散逸,从而降低该背光模组200的出光亮度。
【发明内容】
为解决现有技术背光模组出光亮度较低的问题,有必要提供一种具有较高出光亮度的直下式背光模组。
一种直下式背光模组,其包括一框架、一光源和一扩散板,该扩散板与该框架构成一封闭空间,以收容该光源。该框架包括一底面和与该底面相连之多个内侧面,该内侧面为反射聚光结构。
上述直下式背光模组的内侧面为反射聚光结构,可反射自光源斜射向四周的光线,使光线往中间方向集中对称,可提高该直下式背光模组的出光亮度与均匀性。

【具体实施方式】
请参阅图2,是本发明直下式背光模组第一实施方式的结构示意图。该直下式背光模组300包括一框架310、一光源320、一反射板330和一扩散板340。该框架310大致为具有一开口的矩形盒体结构,其一般为塑料材质,其包括四内侧面312和一底面314,该四内侧面312两两相对设置且与该底面314相连。该扩散板340设置于该框架310的开口上,与该框架310构成一封闭空间,以收容该光源320和反射板330。该光源320是线性光源,如冷阴极射线管(cold cathode fluorescent lamp,CCFL),其抵置于该框架310的两个相对内侧面312,且平行于该扩散板240。该反射板330位于该框架310的底面314,且平行于该光源320,其材质通常为具有高反射率的金属,如铝、银等。
该内侧面312大致为内凹的“<”形,其弯折角为θ1,其与该底面314之间所夹角度为θ2,该两角度满足以下条件:77℃≤θ1≤90℃,123℃≤θ2≤139℃。另,该内侧面具有反射涂层(未标号)。
该光源320发出光线后,一部分光线直接射向该扩散板340,经由该扩散板320扩散后出射,另一部分光线射向该反射板330,经该反射板330反射后再射向该扩散板340,经该扩散板340扩散后出射,又一部分光线射向弯折之内侧面312,被内侧面312反射向该光源320表面或者反射板330,最后反射向该扩散板340,经该扩散板340扩散后出射。
该直下式背光模组300的内侧面312为“<”形,并且具有反射涂层,可反射自该光源320斜射向四周的光线,使光线往中间方向集中对称,可提高该直下式背光模组30的出光亮度与均匀性。
请参阅图3,是本发明直下式背光模组第二实施方式的结构示意图。该直下式背光模组400与第一实施方式的直下式背光模组300基本相同,其区别在于:该直下式背光模组400的光源420是采用点光源,如发光二极管(light emitting diode,LED)。
请参阅图4,是本发明直下式背光模组第三实施方式的结构示意图。该直下式背光模组500与第二实施方式的直下式背光模组400基本相同,其区别在于:该直下式背光模组500框架的内侧面512为连续的“<”形,即锯齿状。
请参阅图5,是本发明直下式背光模组第四实施方式的结构示意图。该直下式背光模组600与第二实施方式的直下式背光模组400基本相同,其区别在于:该直下式背光模组600框架的内侧面612为内凹的半圆形。
本发明背光模组还有其它多种实施方式,例如该框架还可以是金属材质。
Claims (10)
1.一种直下式背光模组,其包括一框架、一光源和一扩散板,该框架包括一底面和与该底面相连的多个内侧面,该扩散板与该框架构成一封闭空间,以收容该光源,其特征在于:该内侧面为反射聚光结构。
2.如权利要求1所述的直下式背光模组,其特征在于:该内侧面为内凹的“<”形结构。
3.如权利要求2所述的直下式背光模组,其特征在于:该内侧面的弯折角θ1的大小范围为:77℃≤θ1≤90℃,该内侧面与底面间的夹角θ2的大小范围为:123℃≤θ2≤139℃。
4.如权利要求1所述的直下式背光模组,其特征在于:该内侧面为锯齿状。
5.如权利要求1所述的直下式背光模组,其特征在于:该内侧面为内凹的半圆形。
6.如权利要求1所述的直下式背光模组,其特征在于:该内侧面具有反射涂层。
7.如权利要求1所述的直下式背光模组,其特征在于:该光源是冷阴极射线管。
8.如权利要求1所述的直下式背光模组,其特征在于:该光源是发光二极管。
9.如权利要求1所述的直下式背光模组,其特征在于:该框架的材质是塑料或金属。
10.如权利要求1所述的直下式背光模组,其特征在于:该直下式背光模组进一步包括一反射板,该反射板设置于该底面。
