Description

Information pushing device and method
Technical Field
The present invention relates to a communication technology, and more particularly, to an information transmission technology in a mobile communication system and an IPTV system.
Background
At present, the way for users to obtain information through a mobile communication system (such as PHS system, GSM system, CDMA system, 3G system, etc.) or IPTV system is mainly real-time online, downloading and using. For example, when a user accesses internet to obtain internet information through a mobile terminal by using WAP or watches video information through an IPTV system, a real-time online and downloading-while-using method is adopted. These video-related services, such as IPTV and mobile tv, have obvious streaming media characteristics, i.e. continuity, strict timing sequence and real-time. However, the quality of service is not guaranteed due to instability of network resources and limitations of network bandwidth, etc. The services with large data volume and long network resource occupation time can cause users to feel that the video effect is poor and the experience feeling is poor due to defects of jitter, delay, mosaic and the like.
In addition, both the mobile communication system and the IPTV system are designed and constructed according to traffic models of users in busy hours. When the existing information pushing system pushes information, the situation that the use of network resources is unbalanced due to different time periods of a day is not considered, and even a network system which is busy originally may be more busy.
Fig. 1 shows the trend of the whole network traffic of a certain PHS network with 24 hours a day. As can be seen from the figure, the use of network resources by users is unbalanced throughout the day. During some periods, the entire system resources are idle or underutilized, and thus, during these periods, the usage of network resources is low.
Meanwhile, because the construction costs of various communication systems are different, the network communication fees charged by each communication system operator are different according to the construction costs of the communication systems. Therefore, the user cannot freely select a communication system which is considered as economical and reasonable by the user according to the level of the network communication fee.
Disclosure of Invention
In view of the above-mentioned drawbacks of the mobile communication system, the present invention provides a service push technology that uses the network idle resources of the communication system to enable the user to use and enjoy the downloaded information stored in the user terminal.
According to an aspect of the present invention, there is provided a communication system capable of selecting a mobile communication network or an IPTV network for information push, comprising: a mobile communication network or an IPTV network; the service pushing platform is coupled with the mobile communication network or the IPTV network and is used for receiving information from an external information source, judging the use state of the mobile communication network, determining the time period for pushing the resources of the mobile communication network and pushing the service; the network condition collecting and feedback system is used for collecting network conditions from the service pushing platform and feeding the collected conditions of the mobile communication network back to the service pushing platform, so that a time period to be pushed is selected when service pushing is carried out; and the user terminal interacts information with the service pushing platform, receives the information pushed by the service pushing platform and stores the information.
According to still another aspect of the present invention, there is provided a communication system capable of selecting a mobile communication network or an IPTV network for information push, comprising: a mobile communication network or an IPTV network; the service pushing platform is coupled with the mobile communication network or the IPTV network and is used for receiving information from an external information source, judging the use state of the mobile communication network, determining the time period for pushing the resources of the mobile communication network and pushing the service; the network condition collecting and feedback system is used for collecting network conditions from the service pushing platform and feeding the collected conditions of the mobile communication network back to the service pushing platform, so that a time period to be pushed is selected when service pushing is carried out; an intermediate bridge device; and a user terminal, and a control unit,
one end of the intermediate bridging device is coupled with the mobile communication network, and the other end of the intermediate bridging device is coupled with the user terminal, so that the user terminal and the mobile communication network can work cooperatively when the user terminal and the mobile communication network respectively adopt different modes, and therefore the intermediate bridging device interacts information with the service push platform, receives information pushed by the service push platform and stores the information.
According to another aspect of the present invention, there is provided a method for pushing information by using a communication system capable of selecting a mobile communication network or an IPTV network to push information, wherein the communication system comprises the mobile communication network or the IPTV network; the service pushing platform is coupled with the mobile communication network or the IPTV network and is used for receiving information from an external information source, judging the use state of the mobile communication network, determining the time period for pushing the resources of the mobile communication network and pushing the service; the network condition collecting and feedback system is used for collecting network conditions from the service pushing platform and feeding the collected conditions of the mobile communication network back to the service pushing platform, so that a time period to be pushed is selected when service pushing is carried out; and the user terminal interacts information with the service pushing platform, receives the information pushed by the service pushing platform and stores the information. The method of the invention comprises the following steps: inputting external information to a service pushing platform; enabling a user terminal to interact with a service push platform; a network condition collecting and feedback system is adopted to feed back the idle or busy state of the network resource to a service pushing platform; and the service pushing platform updates the service list according to the change of the external information source and the change of the service thereof, and pushes the service list according to the user behavior analysis of the user preference.
According to another aspect of the present invention, there is provided a method for pushing information by using a communication system capable of selecting a mobile communication network or an IPTV network to push information, wherein the communication system comprises the mobile communication network or the IPTV network; the service pushing platform is coupled with the mobile communication network or the IPTV network and is used for receiving information from an external information source, judging the use state of the mobile communication network, determining the time period for pushing the resources of the mobile communication network and pushing the service; the network condition collecting and feedback system is used for collecting network conditions from the service pushing platform and feeding the collected conditions of the mobile communication network back to the service pushing platform, so that a time period to be pushed is selected when service pushing is carried out; an intermediate bridge device; and the user terminal is used for enabling the user terminal to work with the mobile communication network in a matching way when the user terminal and the mobile communication network respectively adopt different modes, so as to interact information with the service push platform, receive the information pushed by the service push platform and store the information. The method comprises the following steps: inputting external information to a service pushing platform; enabling a user terminal to interact with a service push platform through intermediate bridging equipment; a network condition collecting and feedback system is adopted to feed back the idle or busy state of the network resource to a service pushing platform; and the service pushing platform updates the service list according to the change of the external information source and the change of the service thereof, and pushes the service list according to the user behavior analysis of the user preference.
The method and the system of the invention overcome the defects in the prior art and ensure that the communication resources can be fully and reasonably utilized.

Detailed Description
Various embodiments of the present invention are described in further detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
Fig. 2 shows a communication system for pushing information by using network idle resources according to a first embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 2, the communication system for pushing information by using network idle resources of this embodiment includes a mobile communication network or an IPTV network, a service pushing platform, a network status collecting and feeding back system, and a user terminal.
Wherein,
the service push platform is a logic entity for pushing service, and is connected with various external information sources. It selects proper network from current mobile communication network (PHS, GSM, CDMA, G3) or IPTV network according to the requirement of user to network speed and communication fee, judges the use state of the network, determines proper network resource and push time section, and pushes the external information to user terminal.
The network state collecting and feedback system is used for collecting the network state when the service pushing platform is used as a pushing channel, and feeding the collected network state back to the service pushing platform for selecting the time period to be pushed when the service pushing platform pushes the service.
The user terminal is used for supporting service push, performs message interaction with the service push platform, and then receives and stores various information pushed by the service push platform. It can exchange information with other mobile terminals through other wireless technologies.
The following describes in detail the operation process of the communication system for pushing information by using network idle resources according to the first embodiment of the present invention with reference to fig. 3:
(1) and inputting the external information into the service push platform.
Various information such as text, pictures, audio, video and other signals with different formats are input to the service push platform from an external information source. Of course, the service push platform can also obtain information in real time through message interaction between the service push platform and the service push platform.
(2) And the user terminal and the service push platform interact messages.
This includes registration of the user terminal, user subscription messages, push and download of subscribed messages, active push information of the service push platform, etc.
(3) And the network condition collecting and feedback system feeds back the idle or busy state of the network resource to the service pushing platform.
The traffic push platform needs to know the idleness or busyness of the network and only use idle network resources. The idleness or busyness of network resources may be obtained through a network condition collection feedback system.
(4) And the service pushing platform updates the service list according to the change of the external information source and the change of the service thereof so as to facilitate the user to check and order. Meanwhile, the service pushing platform actively pushes the service list according to user behavior analysis such as user preference.
Fig. 4 shows a communication system for pushing information by using network idle resources according to a second embodiment of the present invention. Different from the first embodiment shown in fig. 2, the communication system for pushing information by using network idle resources according to the second embodiment of the present invention may be used when the user terminal and the mobile communication network respectively adopt different standards (for example, the mobile communication network adopts one of PHS, GSM, CDMA, or 3G, and the user terminal adopts a standard different from that adopted by the mobile communication network), and fig. 4 specifically shows a case when the mobile communication network is PHS and the user terminal is not PHS.
As shown in fig. 4, in addition to the service push platform, the network condition collection and feedback system, the mobile communication network and the user terminal shown in fig. 2, the communication system for pushing information by using network idle resources according to the second embodiment of the present invention further includes an intermediate bridge device, where the intermediate bridge device is used to couple the user terminal and the mobile communication network to operate as the first embodiment shown in fig. 2 when the user terminal and the mobile communication network respectively use different standards.
In particular, the service push platform makes a selection of the communication network to push information and transmits the pushed information to the intermediate bridge device so that the user terminal can use the pushed information and data using its built-in push service application.
The following describes in detail the operation process of the communication system for pushing information by using network idle resources according to the second embodiment of the present invention with reference to fig. 5:
(1) a user uses a user terminal with a built-in push service application program, such as a GSM terminal, a CDMA terminal or a 3G terminal, to couple with the intermediate bridging device through a wireless transmission technology and communicate with the intermediate bridging device;
(2) the intermediate bridge device is connected to the service push platform through a network (such as a PHS network) selected by the user terminal;
(3) the user terminal and the service push platform carry out information interaction, and the intermediate bridging device carries out information transparent transmission. The message interaction comprises user terminal registration, user ordering messages, pushing and downloading of the ordering messages, active information pushing of a service pushing platform and the like;
(4) after a user orders a service, a service pushing platform pushes ordered information to an intermediate bridge device through a mobile communication network, the intermediate bridge device stores the pushed information, and meanwhile, the service pushing platform also pushes some information to the intermediate bridge device actively and stores the information;
(5) if the user wants to use the saved information, the user terminal (such as a GSM terminal, a CDMA terminal, a 3G terminal, etc.) may be connected to the intermediate bridge device to obtain the information saved on the intermediate bridge device and use it.

Claims (14)

1. A communication system capable of selecting a mobile communication network for information push, comprising:
a mobile communication network;
a service push platform coupled with the mobile communication network for receiving information from an external information source, selecting a communication network according to the requirements of a user on network speed and communication fee, judging the use state of the mobile communication network, determining the time period for pushing the resources of the mobile communication network, and pushing a service, wherein the service push is to actively push a service list according to the user behavior analysis preferred by the user;
a network status collecting and feedback system for collecting network status from the service push platform and feeding back the collected status of the mobile communication network to the service push platform, thereby selecting a time period to be pushed when pushing a service, and
a user terminal coupled to the mobile communication network for interacting information with the service push platform, receiving and storing the information pushed by the service push platform, and ordering a service list,
the interactive message of the user terminal and the service push platform comprises registration of the user terminal and/or user order message and/or push and download of the order message and/or push information of the service push platform.
2. The communication system of claim 1, wherein the service push platform further selects an appropriate mobile communication network according to the network speed and the communication fee of the mobile communication network.
3. The communication system of claim 1, wherein the mobile communication network is PHS, GSM, CDMA, or 3G.
4. A communication system capable of selecting a mobile communication network for information push, comprising:
a mobile communication network;
a service push platform coupled with the mobile communication network for receiving information from an external information source, selecting a communication network according to the requirements of a user on network speed and communication fee, judging the use state of the mobile communication network, determining the time period for pushing the resources of the mobile communication network, and pushing a service, wherein the service push is to actively push a service list according to the user behavior analysis preferred by the user;
a network status collecting and feedback system for collecting network status from the service push platform and feeding back the collected status of the mobile communication network to the service push platform, so as to select a time period to be pushed when pushing service,
an intermediate bridge device; and
the user terminal is connected to the network via a network,
wherein, one end of the middle bridging device is coupled with the mobile communication network, and the other end is coupled with the user terminal, so as to enable the user terminal to work with the mobile communication network when the user terminal and the mobile communication network respectively adopt different standards, thereby interacting information with the service push platform, receiving and storing the information pushed by the service push platform and ordering a service list,
the interactive message of the user terminal and the service push platform comprises registration of the user terminal and/or user order message and/or push and download of the order message and/or push information of the service push platform.
5. The communication system of claim 4, wherein the service push platform further selects an appropriate mobile communication network according to the network speed and the communication fee of the mobile communication network.
6. The communication system of claim 4, wherein the mobile communication network is PHS, GSM, CDMA, or 3G.
7. A method for pushing information by adopting a communication system capable of selecting a mobile communication network to push information, wherein the communication system comprises the mobile communication network; a service push platform coupled with the mobile communication network for receiving information from an external information source, selecting a communication network according to the requirements of a user on network speed and communication fee, judging the use state of the mobile communication network, determining the time period for pushing the resources of the mobile communication network, and pushing the service; a network status collecting and feedback system for collecting network status from the service push platform and feeding back the collected status of the mobile communication network to the service push platform, thereby selecting a time period to be pushed when pushing a service, and a user terminal for interacting information with the service push platform, receiving and storing the information pushed by the service push platform and ordering a service list,
wherein, the interactive message between the user terminal and the service push platform comprises the registration of the user terminal and/or the user order message and/or the push and download of the order message and/or the push information of the service push platform,
characterized in that the method comprises:
inputting external information to a service pushing platform;
enabling a user terminal to interact with the service push platform for information;
a network condition collecting and feedback system is adopted to feed back the idle or busy state of the network resource to a service pushing platform; and

A method of pushing information using a communication system capable of selecting a mobile communication network for pushing information, the communication system comprising a mobile communication network; a service push platform coupled with the mobile communication network for receiving information from an external information source, selecting a communication network according to the requirements of a user on network speed and communication fee, judging the use state of the mobile communication network, determining the time period for pushing the resources of the mobile communication network, and pushing the service; a network status collecting and feedback system for collecting network status from the service push platform and feeding back the collected status of the mobile communication network to the service push platform, thereby selecting a time period to be pushed when pushing service; an intermediate bridge device; and a user terminal, wherein one end of the intermediate bridge device is coupled to the mobile communication network, and the other end of the intermediate bridge device is coupled to the user terminal, so that when the user terminal and the mobile communication network respectively adopt different standards, the user terminal and the mobile communication network can cooperate to interact information with the service push platform, receive and store information pushed by the service push platform, and order a service list, wherein the user terminal and the service push platform interaction information includes registration of the user terminal and/or user order information and/or push and download of the order information and/or the service push platform push information,
characterized in that the method comprises:
inputting external information to a service pushing platform;
enabling a user terminal to interact with the service push platform through the intermediate bridge equipment;

The method of claim 9, wherein the enabling a user terminal to interact with the service push platform through the intermediate bridge device comprises: when a user subscribes to a service, the service pushing platform pushes the subscribed message to the intermediate bridge device through the mobile communication network, and the intermediate bridge device stores the pushed message.
12. The method of claim 9, further comprising connecting the user terminal to the intermediate bridge device to obtain information stored on the intermediate bridge device when the user uses the stored information.
