Abstract
本发明涉及一种以植物雌激素为主要成分的化妆品及其制备方法,本发明将具有弱雌激素样生物学作用的两种物质:大豆异黄酮中的金雀异黄酮和苦荞麦类黄酮中的槲皮素作为主要功效成分进行配伍使用,增强了其雌激素样作用,强化了对皮肤的保水保湿作用。大豆胶原多肽在上述二种成分作用下,可以补充真皮层中减少和松弛的胶原纤维,改善皮肤松驰和皱纹产生。维生素C和总维生素E可以对抗使胶原纤维分解和老化的物质:自由基,保持皮肤的弹性和韧性,防止和延缓皮肤老化。
Description
技术领域:本发明涉及一种以植物雌激素为主要成分的化妆品及其制备方法。
背景技术:皮肤的衰老是伴随人体衰老同时发生的。其原因在于:(一)人类皮肤上有雌激素受体。在青年时期,体内雌激素水平正常。随着年龄的增大,体内雌激素水平逐渐下降,致更年期降到最低限并维持终生。雌激素能维持女性第二性征,并能刺激胶原纤维的产生、抑制已有的胶原纤维断裂,避免皮肤松驰、色泽变差、产生皱纹和下垂。(二)皮肤的色斑形成是因为导致衰老的元凶自由基与细胞膜中的不饱和脂肪酸产生脂质过氧化。其产物丙二醛与含氨基的生物大分子交联形成难于清除的SCHIFF碱,并沉积于细胞内形成褐斑。随着人年龄的增长,体内雌激素水平逐渐下降。清除自由基能力随之减弱。维生素C和维生素E也有清除自由基的作用,所以对皮肤补充维生素C维生素E也可以防止皮肤衰老。(三)人类表皮经常暴露于干燥的环境中,皮肤细胞内水分的蒸发导致细胞脱水,而使皮肤失去弹性和光泽。(四)皮肤在强烈日光照射下常导致紫外线性光损伤和光老化。也是皮肤衰老的原因之一。
发明内容:本发明的目的是提供一种具有活性功能,保养皮肤弹性水分和光泽的化妆品。本发明的目的是通过以下方式实现的:本发明的重量配比是:该产品中组合的重量配比是:大豆异黄酮中的金雀异黄酮4.0—8.0克,苦荞麦类黄酮中的槲皮素6.0-9.0克,大豆胶原多肽8.0-12.0克。本发明所述方法为:A、将液体石蜡30g、硬脂酸6.0g、单硬酯酸甘油酯2g加热至80℃并且完全溶解,保温放置;B、将吐温-80 2克、甘油7.0g和纯化水940克加到水相锅内,加热至80℃至完全溶解,保温放置;C、将步骤A保温放的原料缓缓加入到步骤B所得混合物中,搅拌均匀,加入金雀异黄酮6.0g,苦槲皮素酮7.5g和大豆胶原多肽12g三者的超微混合粉和维生素E 4.0g、维生素C 6.0g,再经过乳化均质30分钟,继续搅拌降温至25℃即得成品。
本发明中以大豆异黄酮中的金雀异黄酮和苦荞麦类黄酮中的槲皮素为主要成分,使这两种具有弱雌素活性的天然成分互为协同,增强其生物学效应。由于上述二种成分的化学分子结构和人体内雌激素极为相似,所以能够在人体缺乏雌激素的情况下代替雌激素发挥作用。(一)二种成分协同作用用过雌激素样作用能够与皮肤上的雌激素受体结合,促进胶原和透明质酸合成增加,使皮肤细腻,洁白,富有弹性和光泽。(二)二种成分可以通过抑制酪氨酸蛋白激酶的活性,从而抑制皮肤的胶原纤维分解,促进合成量增加来增强皮肤的弹性和韧性。在成分中加入了大豆胶原多肽,给皮肤提供了丰富的合成胶原纤维蛋白的原料。胶原多肽在体内经肽链再交联就可以形成大量胶原纤维蛋白。维生素E和维生素C是自然界存在的良好的抗氧化剂,可以有效阻止自由基与皮肤细胞膜中的不饱合脂肪酸发生反应产生脂质过氧化形成难于清除的SCHIFF碱沉积在细胞的形成脂肪褐斑。另外产品中辅料的作用为:
硬脂酸:为常用的乳化剂,主要作用是润滑成型;单硬脂酸甘油酯:主脂溶性表面活性剂,具有增加有效成分的溶解性和增加吸收作用;液状石碏、甘油:主要作用是调节粘度,保湿,增加光洁度的作用;土温-80:主要作用为增溶、乳化使产品成乳状。
具体实施方式:
本发明为一种以植物雌激素为主要成分的化妆品,该产品中组合的重量配比是:大豆异黄酮中的金雀异黄酮4.0-8.0克,苦荞麦类黄酮中的槲皮素6.0-9.0克,大豆胶原多肽8.0-12.0克。该产品中组合的重量配比还可以包括:维生素E 4.0-5.0克,维生素C 6.0-8.0克,硬酯酸5.0-7.0克,单硬脂酸甘油酯1.0-3.0克,液体石蜡25-35克,甘油5-10克吐温-80 2.0-3.0克纯化水929~952克。
本发明所述方法为:A、将液体石蜡30g、硬脂酸6.0g、单硬酯酸甘油酯2g加热至80℃并且完全溶解,保温放置;B、将吐温-80 2克、甘油7.0g和纯化水940克加到水相锅内,加热至80℃至完全溶解,保温放置;C、将步骤A保温放的原料缓缓加入到步骤B所得混合物中,搅拌均匀,加入金雀异黄酮6.0g,苦槲皮素酮7.5g和大豆胶原多肽12g三者的超微混合粉和维生素E 4.0g、维生素C 6.0g,再经过乳化均质30分钟,继续搅拌降温至25℃即得成品。

1、一种以植物雌激素为主要成分的化妆品,其特征是:该产品中组合的重量配比是:大豆异黄酮中的金雀异黄酮4.0-8.0克,苦荞麦类黄酮中的槲皮素6.0-9.0克,大豆胶原多肽8.0-12.0克。
2、根据权利要求1所述的一种以植物雌激素为主要成分的化妆品,其特征是:该产品中组合的重量配比还可以包括:维生素E 4.0-5.0克,维生素C6.0-8.0克,硬酯酸5.0-7.0克,单硬脂酸甘油酯1.0-3.0克,液体石蜡25--35克,甘油5--10克 吐温-80 2.0-3.0克 纯化水929~952克。
3、按照权利要求1或2所述的一种以植物雌激素为主要成分的化妆品的制备方法,其特征是:A、将液体石蜡30g、硬脂酸6.0g、单硬酯酸甘油酯2g加热至80℃并且完全溶解,保温放置;B、将吐温-80 2克、甘油7.0g和纯化水940克加到水相锅内,加热至80℃至完全溶解,保温放置;C、将步骤A保温放的原料缓缓加入到步骤B所得混合物中,搅拌均匀,加入金雀异黄酮6.0g,苦槲皮素酮7.5g和大豆胶原多肽12g三者的超微混合粉和维生素E 4.0g、维生素C 6.0g,再经过乳化均质30分钟,继续搅拌降温至25℃即得成品。
