Abstract

一种真空吸尘器的灰尘分离装置,包括上游分离器和下游分离器;上游分离器包括上游旋风筒、位于所述的上游旋风筒内的导流管,上游旋风筒与导流管之间构成上游旋风室;下游分离器包括多个并列设置的下游旋风筒;上游旋风筒的外侧设置有外筒体,上游旋风筒的外壁与外筒体的内壁之间连接有至少两个隔板,隔板将上游旋风筒与外筒体之间的空间分隔为上游集尘室、下游集尘室和进风通道。上游旋风筒的下部具有进风口,上游旋风筒的侧壁上端部开有缺口,该缺口连通上游旋风室与上游集尘室。经过进风通道进入上游旋风室的气流向上绕导流管螺旋运动,运动到缺口处时,大颗粒灰尘即从缺口处被离心分离而甩出到上游集尘室内,其分离效率较高,可降低气压损失。

Description

真空吸尘器的灰尘分离装置
技术领域
本发明涉及一种应用于真空吸尘器上的灰尘分离装置。
背景技术
现有技术中,真空吸尘器的灰尘分离装置包括两级旋风分离器,上游旋风分离器为低效分离器,带尘气流从上游旋风分离器的进风口进入上游旋风分离室,在上游旋风分离室内进行旋风分离后,大颗粒的灰尘从气流中分离出并聚集到上游旋风分离室的底部,然后带有小灰尘的气流进入下游旋风分离器中,并在下游旋风分离器中进行高效分离,使得小灰尘从气流中分离出来。
由于上游旋风分离器的分离效率非常低,所以通常还需在上游旋风分离器与下游旋风分离器之间设置一挡灰板和网孔过滤板,使得大灰被进一步的分离,以减轻下游旋风分离器的工作负担。但设置挡灰板和网孔过滤板后,导致气压损失较多,并且灰尘还易堵塞网孔过滤板,使得吸尘器的整体工作效率降低。
发明内容
本发明目的是提供一种真空吸尘器的灰尘分离装置,其可在降低气压损失的前提下提高上游分离器的分离效率。
为达到上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案是:一种真空吸尘器的灰尘分离装置,包括上游分离器和下游分离器;
所述的上游分离器包括上游旋风筒、位于所述的上游旋风筒内的导流管,所述的上游旋风筒与导流管之间构成上游旋风室;
所述的下游分离器包括多个并列设置的呈截顶圆锥形的下游旋风筒;
所述的上游旋风筒的外侧设置有外筒体,所述的上游旋风筒的外壁与外筒体的内壁之间连接有至少两个隔板,所述的隔板将上游旋风筒与外筒体之间的空间分隔为上游集尘室、下游集尘室和进风通道。所述的各下游旋风筒的下口部位于下游集尘室内,所述的上游旋风筒的下部具有与进风通道相连通的进风口,所述的上游旋风筒的侧壁上端部开有缺口,该缺口连通所述的上游旋风室与上游集尘室。
所述的导流管从上游旋风筒的上口部插入上游旋风室内,所述的缺口的位置高于导流管的最下端。
所述的导流管的下侧部设置有可过滤灰尘的栅格,所述的栅格的外轮廓线构成倒圆锥形。
所述的下游旋风筒插入下游集尘室中,所述的多个下游旋风筒位于上游旋风筒的外侧且围绕所述的上游旋风筒分布。
由于上述技术方案运用,本发明与现有技术相比具有下列优点:通过隔板将外尘筒与上游旋风筒之间的空间隔开,即便于在上游旋风室的外侧设置上游集尘室、下游集尘室和进风通道,且使得整个灰尘分离装置的结构紧凑,而经过进风通道进入上游旋风室的气流绕导流管螺旋运动,运动到缺口处时,大颗粒灰尘即从缺口处被离心分离而甩出到上游集尘室内,其分离效率较高,可有效降低气压损失,并且可减轻下游分离器的工作负担,以提高整个分离装置的分离效率。

具体实施方式
参见附图1-附图9所示,一种真空吸尘器的灰尘分离装置,包括上游分离器、下游分离器,上游分离器具有进风口5,所述的下游分离器具有出风口3,带尘气流从进风口5进入上游分离器中,经过初级分离后,带有细尘的气流经过连通管5进入下游分离器中,并在下游分离器中进入二次分离,最终洁净气流量从出风口3中排出,然后进入吸尘器的真空电机室内。
所述的上游分离器为低效分离器,该上游分离器包括上游旋风筒4、位于所述的上游旋风筒4内的导流管8,所述的上游旋风筒4与导流管8之间构成上游旋风室10;所述的上游旋风筒4的外侧设置有外筒体1,所述的上游旋风筒4的外壁与外筒体1的内壁之间连接有至少两个隔板6,所述的隔板6将上游旋风筒4与外筒体1之间的空间分隔为上游集尘室11、下游集尘室13和进风通道2;进风通道2与进风口5相连通,所述的进风口5沿切向开设于上游旋风筒4的下部;所述的上游旋风筒4的侧壁上端部开有缺口12,该缺口12连通所述的上游旋风室10与上游集尘室11。
带尘气流经过进风口5沿切向进入上游旋风室10的底部,并螺旋向上绕导流管8转动,当气流运动到缺口12处时,由于上游旋风筒4的内侧壁对灰尘的作用力消失,导致气流中的灰尘所受到的向心力失去,大颗粒灰尘即会从缺口12中离心分离到上游集尘室11内,其分离效率较高,分离出大灰尘后的气流中仅含有少量小灰尘,携带有小灰尘的气流则会沿导流管8进入到下游分离器中。
所述的导流管8从上游旋风筒4的上口部插入上游旋风室10内,且导流管8的最下端位置需低于所述的缺口12所处的位置,以使气流中所携带的大灰尘先从缺口12处甩出,然后气流再从上游旋风筒4的顶部折回而进入导流管8中,可防止携带大灰尘的气流越过缺口12而直接旋入导流管8内。所述的导流管8的下侧部设置有可过滤灰尘的栅格9,以进一步分离气流中携带的灰尘,可减轻下游分离器的工作负担。并且,所述的栅格9的外轮廓线构成倒圆锥形,以保证气流作旋风运动。
在本发明所惯用的较佳实施例中,所述的下游分离器排布于上游分离器的上侧,以便于从上游分离器排出的气流经过最短的气路到达下游分离器中,且下游分离器的下游集尘室13与上游分离器的上游集尘室11采用隔板6隔开,使得上游集尘室11便于设置于上游旋风筒4的外侧,并且易于在上游旋风筒4上开缺口12,使得大颗粒灰尘可顺利地从缺口12中分离到上游旋风筒4外侧的上游集尘室11内。
下游分离器为高效分离器,所述的下游分离器包括多个并列设置的呈截顶圆锥形的下游旋风筒7,各下游旋风筒7的下口部位于下游集尘室13内,分离出大灰尘后的气流从导流管8中排出,后被分配到各下游旋风筒7中。在附图3、附图7-附图9中都可看到下游旋风筒7的位置分布状况,所述的下游旋风筒7插入被隔板6所隔出的下游集尘室13中,且所述的多个下游旋风筒7围绕上游旋风筒4沿一段圆弧排列,其可保证各上游旋风筒4的切向入口与导流管8的上端口之间的距离大致相等,使得气流均匀地分配到各下游旋风筒7中。在各下游旋风筒7中,气流作高速螺旋运动,气流中所携带的小灰尘便被分离出来并从下游旋风筒7的下口部落出到下游集尘室13内,各下游旋风筒7的上部均具有出风口,洁净气流便从下游旋风筒7的出风口3处排出并汇集,最终洁净气流进入吸尘器的真空电机室(吸尘器上的常用装置,故不采用附图详细描述)内。
参见附图5、附图7所示,所述的多个下游旋风筒7位于上游旋风筒4的外侧,其可有效利用上游旋风筒4与外筒体1之间的空间,以使整个灰尘分离装置的结构紧凑合理,从而减小整个装置的体积。

Claims (5)

1.一种真空吸尘器的灰尘分离装置,包括
上游分离器,所述的上游分离器包括上游旋风筒(4)、位于所述的上游旋风筒(4)内的导流管(8),所述的上游旋风筒(4)与导流管(8)之间构成上游旋风室(10);
下游分离器,所述的下游分离器包括多个并列设置的呈截顶圆锥形的下游旋风筒(7);其特征在于:
所述的上游旋风筒(4)的外侧设置有外筒体(1),所述的上游旋风筒(4)的外壁与外筒体(1)的内壁之间连接有至少两个隔板(6),所述的隔板(6)将上游旋风筒(4)与外筒体(1)之间的空间分隔为上游集尘室(11)、下游集尘室(13)和进风通道(2),所述的各下游旋风筒(7)的下口部位于下游集尘室(13)内,所述的上游旋风筒(4)的下部具有与进风通道(2)相连通的进风口(5),所述的上游旋风筒(4)的侧壁上端部开有缺口(12),该缺口(12)连通所述的上游旋风室(10)与上游集尘室(11)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的真空吸尘器的灰尘分离装置,其特征在于:所述的导流管(8)从上游旋风筒(4)的上口部插入上游旋风室(10)内,所述的缺口(12)的位置高于导流管(8)的最下端。
3.根据权利要求1所述的真空吸尘器的灰尘分离装置,其特征在于:所述的导流管(8)的下侧部设置有可过滤灰尘的栅格(9)。
4.根据权利要求3所述的真空吸尘器的灰尘分离装置,其特征在于:所述的栅格(9)的外轮廓线构成倒圆锥形。
5.根据权利要求1所述的真空吸尘器的灰尘分离装置,其特征在于:所述的下游旋风筒(7)插入下游集尘室(13)中,所述的多个下游旋风筒(7)位于上游旋风筒(4)的外侧且围绕所述的上游旋风筒(4)分布。
