Abstract
本发明公开了一种手术工具，特别公开了一种剥离针刀。一种剥离针刀，包括前端带有不锈钢刀的刀体和位于其末端的把手，其特殊之处在于：所述刀体的外围套有作为留置软管的软套管，软套管的外围设有固定板。所述软套管外游离有一与软套管尾部相适配的内堵帽。本发明具有埋线、针刺、针刀、药物封闭的多重刺激效应，且操作简便、费用低廉，故值得临床推广应用。

(一)所属技术领域
本发明涉及一种手术工具，特别涉及一种剥离针刀。
(二)背景技术
目前针刀疗法已广泛应用，针刀用于对粘连、挛缩、肥厚的软组织或骨性结构进行划切、削铲、松解、剥离等；传统的埋线疗法是羊肠线固定穴位里，以起到长时间刺激穴位的目的。目前的各种治疗器械功能比较单一，手术过程繁琐，容易造成软组织和血管损伤，给患者带来痛苦。
(三)发明内容
本发明为了弥补现有技术的不足，提供了一种集多种功能为一体的剥离针刀。
本发明是通过如下技术方案实现的：
一种剥离针刀，包括前端带有不锈钢刀的刀体和位于其末端的把手，其特殊之处在于：所述刀体的外围套有作为留置软管的软套管，软套管的外围设有固定板。
本发明的剥离针刀，所述软套管外游离有一与软套管尾部相适配的内堵帽。
本发明把小针刀、封闭、水针、埋线有机地结合起来，解除单一的治疗模式：小针刀治病机理是剥离粘连，舒畅气血，松解肌肉，镇痉止痛，再以病灶处封闭，既防止感染，又可减少渗出、防止粘连，达到止痛目的，二者合用，以倍增疗效。传统的埋线疗法是羊肠线固定穴位里，以起到长时间刺激穴位的目的，我们遵循这一原理，将软套管留置皮下，通过经络作用使气血运行通畅，阴阳平衡，自然平稳，而达“通则不痛”的止痛目的。从现代医学分析，套管作为一种非吸收导体埋入穴位，能持续刺激穴位的感受器，形成一种持久的非特异性的刺激冲动。众所周知，埋线一次相当于多次针灸的效果。
本发明具有埋线、针刺、针刀、药物封闭的多重刺激效应，且操作简便、费用低廉，故值得临床推广应用。

(五)具体实施方式
附图为本发明的一种具体实施例。该实施例包括前端带有不锈钢刀的刀体1和位于其末端的把手4，刀体1的外围套有作为留置软管的软套管2，套管外径1.6毫米，长度51毫米，软套管2的外围设有固定板3；软套管2外游离有一与软套管2尾部相适配的内堵帽5，用刀体1的前端不锈钢刀剥离粘连，支撑软套管2浅置于皮下疏松结缔组织内，用把手4拔出刀体1，通过软套管2推加药物，然后把内堵帽5堵在软套管2尾部，防止出血或溢液。

1.一种剥离针刀，包括前端带有不锈钢刀的刀体(1)和位于其末端的把手(4)，其特征在于：所述刀体(1)的外围套有作为留置软管的软套管(2)，软套管(2)的外围设有固定板(3)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的剥离针刀，其特征在于：所述软套管(2)外游离有一与软套管(2)尾部相适配的内堵帽(5)。
