Abstract
本发明公开了一种促进家禽生长的中兽药，按重量由下述组份组成：黄芪20～70份、肉桂50～150份、松针粉150～250份、小茴香25～75份、艾叶20～70份、黄柏20～70份，本发明由于具有天然性、毒副作用小、抗药性不显著以及多功能性等特点，可以解决长期以来使用抗生素造成的诸多危害，可促进家禽的生长。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种中药组合物，特别是涉及一种促进家禽生长的中兽药。
背景技术
在现代化的家禽饲养业中，由于长期使用抗生素、化学合成药和类固醇激素作为治疗剂和促生长剂间接地给人类健康带来的危害已引起了国内外家禽饲料生产者和家禽产品消费者的高度重视，许多国家已开始控制甚至禁止这些添加剂的使用。国内外学者们也在不断地探询既安全又有效的抗生素替代品。因而研制出无药残的促进家禽生长的中兽药就显得尤为重要。
发明内容
本发明的目的是克服现有技术中的不足，提供一种无药残的促进家禽生长的中兽药。
本发明的技术方案概述如下：
一种促进家禽生长的中兽药，按重量由下述组份组成：黄芪20～70份、肉桂50～150份、松针粉150～250份、小茴香25～75份、艾叶20～70份、黄柏20～70份。
优选地：所述黄芪为45份、肉桂为100份、松针粉为200份、小茴香为50份、艾叶为45份、黄柏为45份。
优选地：将所述各组份进行超微粉碎，过200目筛，制成一种促进家禽生长的中兽药。
本发明由于具有天然性、毒副作用小、抗药性不显著以及多功能性等特点，可以解决长期以来使用抗生素造成的诸多危害，它和微生态制剂、酶制剂一样皆可被称为是“绿色饲料”。
我们将本发明的一种促进家禽生长的中兽药命名为：“肉鸡乐散(速长3000)”。
具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施例对本发明作进一步的说明。
实施例1
一种促进家禽生长的中兽药，由下述组份组成：黄芪45g、肉桂100g、松针粉200g、小茴香50g、艾叶45g、黄柏45g。
实施例2
一种促进家禽生长的中兽药，由下述组份组成：黄芪20g、肉桂50g、松针粉250g、小茴香75g、艾叶70g、黄柏70g。
实施例3
一种促进家禽生长的中兽药，由下述组份组成：黄芪70g、肉桂150g、松针粉150g、小茴香25g、艾叶20g、黄柏20g。
上面三种实施例的组合物可以将各组份直接粉碎、混合均匀制成。也可以进行超微粉碎，过200目筛后混合均匀制成。
利用了超微粉碎技术进行中药的处理，能打破药材的细胞壁(破壁率能达到90％以上)，增加有效成分的利用度，加大与溶媒的接触面积，提高中药原料的综合利用度。同时，由于超微粉碎无局部过热的现象，且粉碎速度快，还能最大程度地保留中药材中生物活性物质及各种营养成分，具有明显的促进家禽生长的作用。
实施例4
用药效果：
临床实验
方法
1试验动物分组与处理 将120只健康1日龄肉仔鸡随机分成1、2、3和对照组CK 4个组，每组30只，组内设有3个重复的，每个重复10只，公母比例均等。1、2、3分别为2g/kg、1g/kg、0.5g/kg的添加剂量组。试验从1日龄起到56日龄为止。采用网上平养，试验组与对照组处于相同的环境和饲养条件下，24小时光照，自由采食饮水。舍内相湿度为(60±5)％。在整个试验期间进行常规防疫和卫生消毒。
2日粮 基础日粮为玉米-豆粕型粉状料，由石家庄正大饲料公司提供，符合AA肉鸡营养标准，试验期饲料供给分前期(1～21日龄)和后期(22～56日龄)两个阶段。每组分别按剂量将本发明(实施例1)与全价基础日粮混匀。为保证本发明的疗效，3d拌料一次。
3检测指标及方法
(1)体重及采食的测定 试验期第1、14、28、42、56天称量每组鸡的体重，每次采样5只，分别算出体重和增重数，同时测出每组耗料量，计算料肉比和饲料转换率。
(2)统计分析 对所有数据运用SPSS-10.0软件进行单因素方差分析。
结果与分析
日粮中添加一种促进家禽生长的中兽药对生产性能的影响
一种促进家禽生长的中兽药对肉鸡体重的影响 由表1可见，1日龄和14日龄各组与对照组体重差异不显著(p＞0.05)。28日龄时，添加本发明各组体重均高于对照组，其中方3组与对照组比差异显著(P＜0.05)，2组体重与对照组比差异极显著(P＜0.01)。
一种促进家禽生长的中兽药对肉鸡饲料转化率的影响(见表2)
由表2可见，1～14日龄时，各试验组料肉比无规律性变化，三个实验用药组料肉比均低于对照组，但差异不显著。15～28日龄，2g/kg、1g/kg的添加剂量组料肉比略低于对照组，0.5g/kg的添加剂量组略低于对照组，差异不明显。29～42日龄时三个实验用药组料肉比均低于对照组。43～56日龄时，对照组料肉比高于三个实验用药组，1～56日龄三个实验用药组转化率均高于对照组。
讨论
日粮中添加一种促进家禽生长的中兽药对肉鸡生产性能的影响
试验结果表明，本发明可以补脾养胃，增强食欲，促进消化和吸收，所以促生长效果较好。

试验结果表明，速长3000可提高肉鸡的生长速度，降低料肉比。

1.一种促进家禽生长的中兽药，其特征是按重量由下述组份组成：黄芪20～70份、肉桂50～150份、松针粉150～250份、小茴香25～75份、艾叶20～70份和黄柏20-70份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种促进家禽生长的中兽药，其特征是所述黄芪为45份、肉桂为100份、松针粉为200份、小茴香为50份、艾叶为45份、黄柏为45份。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种促进家禽生长的中兽药，其特征是将所述各组份进行超微粉碎，过200目筛，制成一种促进家禽生长的中兽药。
