Abstract
一种装置,具有一个尤其可旋转地安装在汽车转向轮上的触控板、用于测量所述触控板相对于参照系的旋转角的工具、以及用于通过考虑所测量的旋转角来处理对所述触控板的输入的工具。
Description
在2003年法兰克福国际汽车展上,西门子公司展示了一种被装在交通运输工具的中控台上的触控板,其识别驾驶员的笔迹,并转换成用于交通运输工具多媒体系统的指令。所述系统将一个圆形的触控板集成到一个触觉反馈按钮的表面中。
该解决方案的缺点是,在汽车中用于右转向的左手或在汽车中用于左转向的右手总是在错误的一侧去找到被布置在中控台上的触控板,因此输入实际上是不可能的。
本发明的任务是实现触控板的更灵活的布置。
该任务通过在独立权利要求中所给出的发明来解决。优选的扩展方案由从属权利要求给出。
据此,所述装置具有可旋转地安装的触控板、用于测量所述触控板相对于参照系的旋转角的工具、以及用于通过考虑所测量的旋转角来识别对所述触控板的输入的工具。
由此,所述触控板可以在交通运输工具内被布置在其转向轮上,而不会在打转向时提供一个错误信号并由此不能识别输入。在转向轮上的手写位置可以通过驾驶员在任何情况下容易地实现。
相对于机械地将触控板与转向轮脱离并同时将触控板居中地定位在转向轮的中心位置,所建议的解决方案更加便宜,而且在撞击保护和气囊方面具有更好的安全技术性。
因此,所述触控板被可旋转地安装,使得其被布置在该转向轮上。
尤其是,所述触控板被布置在所述转向轮的位于气囊上方的防撞盘(Pralltopf)上。
优选地,所述触控板被如此地布置在所述转向轮上,使得所述转向轴的假想的延长线穿过所述触控板。
所述触控板、也即尤其是其触敏面优选地是圆形的。在此,触控板、也即尤其是该圆形的中心点至少大致位于所述能围绕其进行旋转的轴上,而且触控板面的平面法线至少大致与该轴平行。
所述装置优选地具有用于手写识别的工具,其识别在所述触控板上的手写输入。尤其是,所述用于手写识别的工具具有用于字母识别的工具,其只识别单个的字母和符号。由此可以降低识别时的计算能力,而且触控板面在与单个字母和符号的输入相匹配的情况下被保持为小的。
通过所述触控板例如可以输入指令、地点、街道和/或名称,以便控制多媒体中心的立体设备和/或导航系统。
所述触控板可以具有用于输出触觉输出和/或反馈信号的工具。
替代地或补充地,所述触控板被构造为触摸屏,并具有用于输出光显示的显示工具。所述光显示是或者尤其也包含光反馈信号,例如用户手指在触控板上所经过的输入路径。尤其有利的是,通过考虑所测量的旋转角进行所述光显示的输出,以便例如使所述触控板上的显示即便在触控板旋转时也是不动的。
尤其有利的是,交通运输工具、尤其是汽车设有本发明的装置。如果所述交通运输工具已经设有电子转向器,那么其传感器同时可以被用作为用于测量所述触控板相对于所述交通运输工具的旋转角的工具。
方法的扩展方案可类似于所述装置的扩展方案地得出,反之亦然。

图2详细示出了在另一转向轮的防撞盘(Pralltopf)上的替代性触控板。
通过本发明,手写输入(例如通过手指)在被装在转向轮上的触控板(数字化区,垫板)上是可能的。在汽车中手写输入字母例如可以被用来输入导航时的目的地,或被用来书写例如SMS或电子邮件形式的消息。
借助于触控板,在时刻t把输入工具(也即例如手指)的位置转换成x(t)/y(t)坐标,也就是数字化,并且作为时间序列被输入一个分类系统。在用于手写符号的分类系统的情况下,该分类系统把一个坐标序列分配给某个符号类,该符号类又用作例如是导航设备和/或通信设备的下一设备的输入。
本发明规定在考虑打转向轮(Lenkradeinschlag)的情况下对所述的输入进行电子校正。为此连续地对转向轮位置进行电子提取。该信号被用来将数字化的坐标x(t)和y(t)换算成经过旋转位置校正的坐标x’(t)、y’(t),后者例如被输入到一个手写识别器中。
在图1中可以看到一个圆形的触控板11,其居中地、在转向轴的延长线上被布置在转向轮12的防撞盘上。
在图2中可以看到具有触控板21的一种替代性实施方案,所述触控板21被布置在转向轮的防撞盘22上。在触控板21上已用手指23书写一个字母“e”。在触控板21的相邻处,在转向轮的防撞盘22上布置了一个滚轮24和六个按压键25,利用它们可以补充触控板21以控制交通运输工具、多媒体系统和/或导航系统。
通过本发明达到了以下人机工程学和经济上的优点:
-容易够着的书写位置,
-对于左手和右手都适合,
-对于左转向或右转向不需要不同的方案,
-简单的机械学。
Claims (14)
1.装置,具有
-触控板(11、21),
-用于测量所述触控板(11、21)相对于参照系的旋转角的工具,
-用于通过考虑所测量的旋转角来识别对所述触控板(11、21)的输入的工具。
2.如权利要求1所述的装置,其特征在于:所述参照系是交通运输工具,尤其是汽车。
3.如上述权利要求之一所述的装置,其特征在于:所述装置具有一个转向轮(12),所述触控板(11)被布置在该转向轮上。
4.如权利要求3所述的装置,其特征在于:所述触控板(11、21)被布置在所述转向轮(12)的防撞盘(22)上。
5.如权利要求3所述的装置,其特征在于:所述触控板(11、21)被如此地布置在所述转向轮(12)上,使得转向轴的假想的延长线穿过所述触控板。
6.如上述权利要求之一所述的装置,其特征在于:所述触控板(11、21)是圆形的。

11.如权利要求10所述的装置,其特征在于:通过考虑所测量的旋转角进行所述光显示的输出。
12.具有如权利要求1-11中任一项所述的装置的交通运输工具。
13.具有如权利要求2和3所述的装置的交通运输工具,其特征在于:所述交通运输工具具有一种电子转向器,其包含有用于测量所述触控板(11、21)相对于所述交通运输工具的旋转角的工具。
