背景技术
本发明总体上涉及由动力驱动的传送带,特别是具有和塑料传送带模块构建为一体的侧挡板的模块化塑料传送带。为了防止传送的物料如集料、蔬菜和水果等从带的侧面掉落下来,侧挡板在带式传送机上经常被使用。特别是在每一个带列的两个侧面附近都放置一个侧挡板。侧挡板的前沿与后沿通常是横向偏离的。这样,拖尾列侧挡板的前沿不会与前列侧挡板的后沿相互干扰。在模块化塑料传送带中,侧挡板各沿之间通常成角度地放置,因此连续列的侧挡板像扇型互相重叠以形成一连续的侧挡板壁。当具有侧挡板的带向后弯曲时,例如这些互相重叠的连续的侧挡板进入一个斜面时,相应地在重叠的侧挡板间相互施加的力增加。为了承受向后弯曲时增加的力而不产生破坏,侧挡板通常被设计成薄的并且因此具有弹性。但是薄侧挡板容易被装置断裂,例如用于清洗的管子,其可能在带运行或维护时与侧挡板相接触。
在模块化塑料传送带中,侧挡板通常作为附件提供给传送带。侧挡板被咬入带结构中或连接到将带模块的连续列连在一起的铰接杆。但是这些连接经常相当松。虽然在连接处过多的间隙减轻了后弯曲问题,但是松动的连接阻止了连续侧挡板良好啮合,因此留下的空隙使传送物料脱落。而且,这些连接方式通常不够坚固来容纳不仅仅是薄、轻的侧挡板。

发明概述

详细说明
在图1中示出一种包括本发明特征的传送带模块。该模块10包括一模块本体12,该模块本体12具有顶面或传送平台14和一对置的底部表面15。该模块在纵向从第一端16延伸至第二端17。该模块在横向沿第一边18延伸至第二边19。第一和第二铰链环组20,21沿模块本体的第一和第二端间隔排列。通过铰链环的孔22允许一铰接杆互连各模块以形成一传送带,在模块的最外铰链环内的保持结构24能够被用来捕捉铰链销的头部并将它保持在位。
侧挡板26形式的直立结构沿平台向上延伸,并在模块的外边向内间隔的横向位置处形成一垂直壁。该侧挡板26是优选在铸塑过程中与模块本体成一体的。该模块优选由热塑性材料,例如聚丙烯、聚乙烯、乙缩醛或可能包括纤维或其它添加物的一种复合树脂模制而成。
该侧挡板的前沿和后沿28,29优选在铰链环20,21之一处垂直向上延伸。因此,从模块的侧面看,该侧挡板具有矩形外形并具有一平顶30。(为了使该模块在生产时容易地从模具中移出,该前沿和后沿优选和平台小角度偏离垂直面。)从图1A和1B中可以看出,从图2A和2B也一样,该前沿和后沿是横向偏离的。通过伸出到铰链环上至少直到杆孔22的中心线处,该侧挡板可与在传送带上各模块的前列和后列侧挡板形成一壁。该横向偏离使连续列的侧挡板之间的啮合不相互干扰。

另一种形式的具有一体的侧挡板的传送带模块在图5中示出传送带的一段。与图3中的一段传送带相同,图5中的传送带部分60包括短边模块48,长边模块49,和平顶的内部模块50。但该传送带还包括跨栏式内部模块62、跨栏式短边和长边模块64,65。跨栏式短边和长边模块具有一和模块本体模制为一体的跨栏66。该跨栏从模块的平台处向上延伸并且优选垂直地连接到侧挡板26的内壁。由这些模块构成的一种传送带,如图5中示出的,将该传送机分成一系列单独的移动间68,其由跨栏和侧挡板形成的壁在四个侧面围绕而成。

Claims (8)

1.一种塑料传送带,其包括:
