Abstract

技术领域
本发明涉及与断锯(chop saw)配套使用的除尘机械。
背景技术
断锯是具有转动地安装到基座或工作台上的锯组件的动力工具。然后用户可以在切断动作中向下移动该锯组件,以切断工件。有一种断锯为滑动式断锯,其具有滑动地连接到工作台上的锯组件,以使该锯组件能在水平方向上移动,增加该断锯的切割能力。
优选提供用于滑动式断锯的除尘机械,以便收集由该切断操作产生的任何灰尘。先前技术的解决方案包括把该除尘机械设置在工作台或基座上。这样除尘器在该工作台上保持静止,即使该滑动锯组件会朝向和远离该除尘器移动。
另一种先前技术的解决方案提出把除尘器设置在该滑动锯组件上,以便该除尘器相对于该锯组件保持静止。然而,由于在该滑动锯组件上的位置所限,典型的先前技术不能收集大量的灰尘。
发明内容
根据本发明,提供了一种锯,包括:
基座组件;
工作台,该工作台转动地连接在该基座组件上;
外壳,该外壳转动地连接在该工作台上;
第一轨道,该第一轨道滑动地连接到该外壳上;
锯组件,该锯组件设置在该第一轨道上,该锯组件包括马达和由该马达驱动的锯片;和
除尘器,该除尘器连接在该锯组件上,该除尘器具有延伸通过设置在该外壳上的通道的管;
所述管插入在所述通道内,其中所述通道适于连接于真空源。
优选地,该锯组件绕第一轴转动,并且该除尘器在低于该第一轴的位置上延伸通过该外壳。
优选地,该锯组件还包括至少部分覆盖该锯片的锯片防护板。
优选地,该除尘器包括:上输送管,具有限定开口区域的底部、入口和出口,所述入口在第一平面中,该第一平面基本上竖直,而所述开口区域在第二平面中,该第一平面和第二平面相交,和挠性下挡板,该挠性下挡板连接到该上输送管上,该下挡板部分地设置在该底部的下面,并且基本上覆盖该开口区域,使得所述挠性下挡板相对于设置在所述锯工件支撑部分上的工件的上表面是可弹性变形的,其中,该下挡板和该上输送管入口界定了比该上输送管出口大的除尘器入口。

参照图1,其展示了根据本发明的带有除尘器组件20的断锯10。本领域的技术人员应该认识到,图1图解了滑动式斜切锯(miter saw),但是他们还应认识到,本发明可以在任何其它类型的断锯和/或动力工具中实施。
滑动斜切锯10包括转动地设置在基座12上的工作台11。工作台11可以具有栅栏13。另外,支臂外壳14可以转动地连接到工作台11上。支臂外壳14可以滑动地容放至少一个滑动轨道15,滑动轨道15又连接到锯组件16上。该锯组件优选地包括上锯片防护板18、连接到该上锯片防护板18上的马达16M和由该马达驱动的锯片17。上锯片防护板18可以包括后防护板18R,其部分地覆盖在锯片17的后部。优选地,锯组件16绕枢轴P转动,允许用户在上位和下位之间移动该锯组件16,以切断设置在基座12和/或工作台11上的工件(workpiece)。
参照图1-2,斜切锯10也可以包括除尘组件20。这种除尘组件20揭示在美国专利第6,742,425号中,其在此按引用合并。除尘组件20可以包括用于连接该除尘组件20到上锯片防护板18上的柱22。柱22可以具有用于增加该柱22强度的筋(rib)22R。柱22优选连接到灰尘输送管21上。
优选地,灰尘输送管21由ABS或XENOY塑料,或任何其它合适的材料制造。灰尘输送管21可以具有用于容放由该切断操作产生的灰尘的入口21I和排放该灰尘的出口21O。
优选地,入口21I的横截面基本上为向下的U-型开口。另一方面,该出口21O的该横截面可以基本上为圆形且密闭。优选地,出口21O的直径约为35毫米。本领域的技术人员应该认识到,入口21I的宽度优选比该出口21O的该宽度窄。
灰尘垂下物(dust flap)23可以设置在灰尘输送管21的下面。灰尘垂下物23可以由弹性橡胶布,如涂有聚氯丁烯的尼龙制造。优选地,该灰尘垂下物由Reevecote 18403制造。
灰尘垂下物23可以设置在该入口21I的开口部分中,这导致基本上闭合的横截面21IA。横截面21IA的宽度和高度可以分别约为14毫米和150毫米。
该横截面21IA的面积可以至少为出口21O的截面积的约1.5倍。优选地,横截面21IA的面积约为出口21O的截面积的1.5至2倍。优选地,该横截面21IA的面积约为1568平方毫米,而出口21O的截面积约为960.2平方毫米。
本领域的技术人员将认识到,从该灰尘输送管21延伸的该折叠的灰尘垂下物23的形状基本上为三角形。
本领域的技术人员应该认识到,提供弹性材料的灰尘垂下物23,如橡胶布,使得当移动通过栅栏13时,允许该灰尘垂下物23沿工件滑动或折叠,然后基本上回到起始形式。
灰尘输送管21也可以具有用于保持该灰尘垂下物23打开的金属丝21W。如图2所示,优选地,该金属丝21W绕灰尘输送管21向下延伸,延伸通过灰尘垂下物23,然后绕灰尘输送管21内侧钩住。金属丝21W可以延伸通过灰尘垂下物23上的孔或槽23S。另外,金属丝21W可以通过吊钩部分21WH绕灰尘输送管21的内侧钩住。
本领域的技术人员将认识到,该金属丝21W可以形成为增加横截面21IA宽度的形状。因此,横截面21IA的面积可以至少为出口21O的截面积的1.5倍(并且优选约为3倍)。
本领域的技术人员将认识到,如果转动地连接到强真空源上的真空软管连接到该出口21O上,该灰尘垂下物23自身可以关闭或闭合。然而,该金属丝21W可以保持灰尘垂下物23打开,以便正常除尘。
管24可以连接到出口21O上。管24可以延伸通过臂壳体14。优选地,臂壳体14具有通道25。管24可以延伸通过通道25。通道25优选由设置在外壳14内的套25P形成。套25P可以由塑料制造。本领域的技术人员应该认识到,除尘袋和/或软管26(其可以连接到真空源上)可以连接到该套25P上。
优选地,管24嵌入套25P中。由于该软管26不直接连接到出口21O上,因此这样设置将会提供相对静止的软管26。
本领域的技术人员应该认识到,如果软管26没有连接到套25P上,管24和/或套25P可以形成为增加进入管24的空气速度的形状,从而产生文丘里效应并且移动该灰尘到除尘袋中。
参照图1至3,该锯10可以具有两个或多个轨道15。优选在该轨道15上提供接头15C,以便保持它们之间的距离相对一致。接头15C优选具有围绕轨道15的法兰15F。螺钉15S可以延伸通过法兰15F,并且螺纹地啮合接头15C以夹紧轨道15。本领域的技术人员将会认识到,接头15C优选具有足够的法兰15F来围绕每个轨道15。

Claims (15)
1.一种锯,包括:
基座组件;
工作台,该工作台转动地连接在该基座组件上;
外壳,该外壳转动地连接在该工作台上;
第一轨道,该第一轨道滑动地连接到该外壳上;
锯组件,该锯组件设置在该第一轨道上,该锯组件包括马达和由该马达驱动的锯片;和
除尘器,该除尘器连接在该锯组件上,
其特征在于,该除尘器具有延伸通过设置在该外壳上的通道的管,所述管插入在所述通道内,其中所述通道适于连接于真空源。
2.如权利要求1所述的锯,其特征在于,该锯组件绕第一轴转动,并且该除尘器在低于该第一轴的位置上延伸通过该外壳。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的锯,其特征在于,该锯组件还包括至少部分覆盖该锯片的锯片防护板。
