目前市场上销售的各种各样的保健茶也很好，如现有绿茶、有机茶、药物保健茶等，配方不太合理，功能比较单一，药效不太理想，不易保存，它们只能起到一些清热、提神、助消化的作用；对人体的保健作用效果不明显。
发明内容：
发明人针对上述不足之处，开发人们迫切需要的一种饮用方便，疗效好的保健茶；本发明人经过反复研究，并通过临床试验，反复验证，终于找到了一种成本低、配方合理、制备简单、易保存、四季皆宜、有病治病、无病保健、饮用非常方便、口感好；适合各类人群的保健，该保健茶具有润喉清咽之功效。
本发明的目的就是提供一种芦根保健茶。
本发明的药物选用芦根、桑叶、川芎、紫苏叶、橄榄进行组合，将这些药物组合使得各药物的功效产生协同的作用，从而能够实现有效的保健作用。其中选用芦根：性味；甘，寒；入肺、胃经；具有清热、除烦、生津、止呕。选用桑叶：性味；甘苦，寒；入肺、肝经；具有祛风清热、凉血明目。选用川芎：性味；辛，温；入肝、胆经；具有行气开郁、祛风燥湿。选用紫苏叶：性味；辛，温；入肺、脾经；具有发表、散寒、理气、和营。选用橄榄：性味；甘涩酸，平；入肺、胃经；具有清肺、利咽、生津、解毒。经过药理试验证实，本发明通过上述药物共同协作后具有润喉清咽的效果。
本发明药物组分的用量也是经过发明人进行大量实线摸索总结得出，各组分用量为在下述重量份范围都具有较好保健效果：
芦根1-14份、桑叶1-6份、川芎1-6份、紫苏叶1-6份、橄榄1-12份。
优选为：芦根12份、桑叶4份、川芎4份、紫苏叶4份、橄榄10份。
本发明制备方法是：首先将上述的芦根、桑叶、川芎、紫苏叶、橄榄分别单一碾成粉末，颗粒度控制在90-110目之间，将碾碎后的粉末按比例混合一起拌均匀，然后将所述的混合物粉末置于在封闭容器中，通以蒸汽100-140分钟，控制蒸汽压力在950-1200千帕斯之间，温度控制在90℃-120℃度之间，用低温真空干燥法将所有的混合物粉末置于干燥，将处理后的混合物按计量5克装入小过滤袋中，用纸制或其他材料制成的外包装袋，通过真空后密封即得成品。
一种芦根保健茶的饮用方法：可长期饮用，每天饮用5-20克，每次取一小滤袋，置于保温杯中，用沸水冲泡，盖闷5-20分钟后，代茶频频饮用，可反复冲泡，泡饮味淡为止。
