Abstract

技术领域
本发明涉及倒丁字形梁的改进型联接元件。
背景技术
众所周知,假平顶的结构元件包括倒丁字形横截面的梁,在所述梁的端部有钩,所述钩可以直接制造在丁字梁的中央立股上,或者单独制造成插头形并在制造时安装到各个梁上。
所述梁在立股上还设有切口,在所述切口中接合有跟它垂直的梁的联接元件,从而形成通常用钢丝绳或系杆从天花板上悬挂下来的格结构,以便在功能上以其水平法兰面支承形成假平顶所必需的那些板和条等等之类的物件。
已知的一种梁包括受压形成弹性带的元件,在所述带上通过切割和塑性变形限定至少一个齿,所述齿以其支承面朝向所述梁,以形成与设置在所述梁的立股上的切口之间的插入联接。
这种联接元件的缺点是在制造所述条以及使所述条从与其接合的切口中解脱方面都有一定程度的麻烦。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种改进型联接元件,它使附件能容易而又迅速地与所述切口相接合并从所述切口中解脱。
根据本发明通过如权利要求1所述的用于倒丁字梁的改进型联接元件,可以实现从下面的描述中很清楚的这一目的和其它目的。

具体实施方式
正如从附图中可以看到的那样,本发明的改进型联接元件2被安装于倒丁字形截面梁的中央立股4的端部,所述元件单独制造并在制造时安装于各个梁部分上。
所述联接元件包括用传统的铆接安装于所述中央立股端部的基本为长方形的第一部分8,所述第一部分8延伸进入高度低一些的第二部分10,所述第二部分10基本弯成具有部分12和另一部分14的V形,其中部分12与第一部分8同在一个平面内,另一部分14有一个以切割和塑性变形而形成的齿16,所述齿的自由端基本朝向第一部分8的端部。
中央立股4有一个基本上是长方形的切口17,在所述长方形的短边上有突出部20,长边的长度基本与联接元件的第二部分10相当。
这样,所述突出部20限定两个孔18,每个孔都适合与所述联接元件的相对部分接合。
作业人员为了组装这种格结构,把联接元件2的V形弯元件10插入中央立股4的孔18内,从而把第二部分10的两个部分12和14挤压到一起,直到所述齿16的自由端位于所述立股的另一侧为止,因而将其与第一部分8的端部保持在一起(见图2)。
当需要把梁互相解脱开时,作业人员压V形部分10的自由端14,从而使由所述齿16形成的底切部从孔18的边缘上解脱开,然后轴向地从那里拔出联接元件。
在图5和图6所示的实施例中,联接元件是在制造梁的过程中直接制得的。
从上面的说明中可以很清楚地看出根据本发明的改进型联接元件不仅有构造简单的优点,而且通过更好地接触要被挤压的附件而更容易解脱开联接元件,而无须特殊的操作。

Claims (3)

1、一种倒丁字梁的改进型联接元件,其特征在于:在所述梁的端部包括由不同高度的两部分(8,10)组成的附件(2),所述外部分(10)的高度低一些并弯成V形,其自由部(14)具有齿(16),在所述梁的中央立股(4)上至少有一个孔(18),其高度基本相当于所述外部分(10)的高度,以便所述部分通过所述齿与内部分(8)的边缘插入所述孔并稳定保持这一插入状态。
2、如权利要求1所述的联接元件,其特征在于:所述附件通过铆接固定于所述梁的端部。
3、如权利要求1所述的联接元件,其特征在于:所述附件与所述梁制成一个整体。
