Abstract
本发明公开了一种多层聚丙烯片材无胶粘剂复合工艺,所述复合工艺包括如下步骤:选用粒径较为均匀的聚丙烯塑料粒加热至210℃~220℃,使塑料粒处于熔融状态;将处于熔融态的聚丙烯经挤塑机挤出成片材基体;将上述步骤中的片材基体单侧或两侧敷上双向拉伸聚丙烯印刷膜在105℃~110℃温度下经双向夹辊挤压成多层聚丙烯复合片材。其中,所述片材基体包括1~3层聚丙烯片材。本发明的生产工艺,其过程中不添加任何胶粘剂和其他添加剂,全部为物理方法加工而成,所得产品安全、环保,且长时间使用也不会出现剥离的现象。

技术领域
本发明涉及材料加工工艺,特别涉及一种多层聚丙烯片材无胶粘剂复合工艺。
背景技术
多层聚丙烯片材是一种常用的化工材料,常规的多层聚丙烯片材的加工工艺是采用将各层聚丙烯片材用胶粘剂粘接而成,往往胶粘剂中含有大量的氰化物、甲苯等有机溶剂,并残留在片材表面,这种产品不适用于作为直接接触食品的外包装,且作它用也会释放出有害气体,对环境及生产操作人员都有极大的危害,长时间使用后,多层聚丙烯片材还会出现各层之间剥离的现象。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种多层聚丙烯片材无胶粘剂复合工艺,利用该工艺生产的多层聚丙烯片材,具有使用广泛、安全、环保的特点。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明所采取的技术方案是:一种多层聚丙烯片材无胶粘剂复合工艺,所述复合工艺包括如下步骤:
A、选用粒径较为均匀的聚丙烯塑料粒加热至210℃~220℃,使塑料粒处于熔融状态;
B、将处于熔融态的聚丙烯经挤塑机挤出成片材基体;
C、将上述步骤中的片材基体单侧或两侧敷上双向拉伸聚丙烯印刷膜在105℃~110℃温度下经双向夹辊挤压成多层聚丙烯复合片材。
其中,所述片材基体包括1~3层聚丙烯片材。
本发明所能达到的有益效果是:本发明的生产工艺,其过程中不添加任何胶粘剂和其他添加剂,全部为物理方法加工而成,所得产品安全、环保,且长时间使用也不会出现剥离的现象。
具体实施方式
多层聚丙烯片材无胶粘剂复合工艺,包括如下步骤:
A、选用粒径较为均匀的聚丙烯塑料粒加热至210℃~220℃,使塑料粒处于熔融状态;
B、将处于熔融态的聚丙烯经挤塑机挤出成片材基体,片材基体为2层聚丙烯片材;
C、将上述步骤中的片材基体两侧敷上双向拉伸聚丙烯印刷膜在105℃~110℃温度下经双向夹辊挤压成多层聚丙烯复合片材。

1、一种多层聚丙烯片材无胶粘剂复合工艺,其特征在于:所述复合工艺包括如下步骤:
A、选用粒径较为均匀的聚丙烯塑料粒加热至210℃~220℃,使塑料粒处于熔融状态;
B、将处于熔融态的聚丙烯经挤塑机挤出成片材基体;
C、将上述步骤中的片材基体单侧或两侧敷上双向拉伸聚丙烯印刷膜在105℃~110℃温度下经双向夹辊挤压成多层聚丙烯复合片材。
2、根据权利要求1所述的一种多层聚丙烯片材无胶粘剂复合工艺,其特征在于:步骤B中所述片材基体包括1~3层聚丙烯片材。
