Abstract

燃料喷嘴
本发明涉及一种燃料喷嘴,该燃料喷嘴带有布置在燃烧室侧的壳体端部区域中的冷却通道。
本发明的任务是,良好地冷却承受高的热负荷的喷嘴区域。
根据本发明这样解决该任务,即冷却通道与喷嘴孔的距离比与壳体外侧的距离小,并具有一个横截面,该横截面的宽度最多等于在喷嘴轴向上延伸的高度。
通过该措施强烈冷却了喷嘴的内部区域,因为冷却液可被输送到更靠近承受高的热负荷的部件。而且,由此有较大的冷却通道壁表面面向该部件。此外,避免了对壳体外侧的冷蚀。
有利的是冷却通道的宽度是高度的0.1到0.9倍。根据一个优选实施形式,冷却通道的宽度约为高度的0.25倍。
最好冷却通道在燃烧室侧一直延伸到喷嘴针阀座的高度。
在其余的从属权利要求和下面借助附图对实例的描述中给出了上述措施的有利设计方案和可取的改进方案。
附图中唯一的图示出了穿过喷嘴的根据本发明的重要部件的垂直剖面。
喷嘴具有壳体1,在该壳体内沿着其轴线A-A布置了带有喷嘴针阀座3的喷嘴针阀孔2。喷嘴针阀孔2过渡到燃料接收腔4,该燃料接收腔通向伸到未示出的燃烧室内的喷孔5。
在壳体1内布置了冷却通道6。该冷却通道的宽度在这里约为在轴线A-A方向上延伸的高度的0.25倍。对于冷却通道6来说,通常适宜的是,宽度最多等于高度。优选的是宽度在高度的0.1到0.9倍的范围内选择。这样构造的冷却通道可一直延伸到燃烧室附近并从而延伸到喷嘴的承受最高热负荷的端部区域。此外,对于向冷却水的传热,可以使用冷却通道6的面向喷嘴内部区域的大的壁表面8。
通过冷却介质输送管路向冷却通道6供给冷却介质。在此冷却通道6的横截面约为冷却介质输送管路7的横截面的二倍。由此获得更高的冷却介质流速并从而获得更高的排热。而且用该结构避免了死水区。
如上面实施方式所述,本发明不局限于所示实施例。

Claims (5)

1.燃料喷嘴,带有布置在燃烧室侧的壳体端部区域中的冷却通道,其特征在于,冷却通道(6)与喷嘴孔(2)的距离比与壳体(1)外侧的距离小,并具有一个横截面,该横截面的宽度最多等于在喷嘴轴向(A-A)上延伸的高度。
2.根据权利要求1的燃料喷嘴,其特征在于,冷却通道(6)的宽度为高度的0.1到0.9倍。
3.根据前述权利要求之一的燃料喷嘴,其特征在于,冷却通道(6)的宽度约为高度的0.25倍。
4.根据前述权利要求之一的燃料喷嘴,其特征在于,冷却通道(6)向燃烧室侧一直延伸到喷嘴针阀座(3)的高度。
5.根据前述权利要求之一的燃料喷嘴,其特征在于,冷却通道(6)的横截面约为冷却介质输送管路(7)的横截面的二倍。
