Abstract

本发明涉及一种利用车辆重力,在转动过程中能产生再生动力的车轮,其特征是轮辋由外周环形柱塞缸体、中心转动轴套、及两者间封闭环形液体介质箱组成;转动轴套中心轴作轮轴,外转动套作为轮辋中心轴套,两者间有转动连通的液流循环通道;中心轴循环液通道间串接有液压马达;轮辋外周各柱塞液压缸出液口与外转动套进液口相连,外转动套出液口及各柱塞液压缸进液口与环形液体介质箱相连。较已有技术,不仅结构简单,制作加工及装配要求低,可以直接作为车轮使用;而且可将车辆上各轮输出高压油合并集中供给一液压马达作功,制作车轮同规格通配互换性好,可以任意互换。以用于燃油机动车为例,输出高压液驱动液压马达,对车轮助力,可以节约燃油45-60%。

Description

能产生再生动力的车轮
技术领域
本发明是关于对轮式车辆车轮的改进,尤其涉及一种利用车辆重力,在转动过程中能产生再生动力的车轮。
背景技术
轮式车辆通过消耗燃料、电、人力等能量转换为驱动动力,而车辆负载重力是能量消耗的主要因素,负载越重,对车轮压力越大,移动所消耗能量也就越多。人们为充分利用车辆负载重力节约消耗能量,开展了多种利用研究。
中国专利00257350.4公开的车轮助力装置,由安装在轮毂上带一圈以上内齿的齿环、两个以上的传动齿轮、中心齿轮、轮毂、齿轮安装板等组成。利用车轮转动产生的冲击力转变成动力,通过齿轮推动车轮旋转,达到加快车轮转速助力。然而实际应用中,转动车轮产生冲击力有限,而且经过多级齿轮传动基本被消耗,因此实际并不会产生增速助力。
中国专利9216608.X公开的车轮助力装置,由安装板,安装板上环状设置的数个增压缸及相对应的助力缸、离合器、蓄油箱、进油管和出油管组成。车轮转动,环状设置的各增压缸相继因车轮接地而受压,推动与之相连的助力缸活塞,传递给离合器一个作用力,离合器再推动车轮加速转动。此结构不仅复杂,而且力传递经多次转换,损失较多,实际增力作用不明显;其次,柱塞往复运动,尤其是两个油缸联动难以实现高速运动,因而在高速状态下难以实现增力效果;再就是,蓄油箱偏置外挂,会造成车轮转动平衡性降低,并且连接管路多,也会降低可靠性。
中国专利99205764.7公开的车轮液压助力装置,其结构由油箱、油泵、单向阀、蓄能器、开关、安全阀、油管和一个以上环形助力器组成。环形助力器由数个环状排列与轮轴垂线呈夹角的油缸、偏心盘及油管组成,设置在车轮轮毂上,偏心盘固定在轮轴上。利用车辆重力及偏心盘阻挡,活塞反推油缸造成对转动车轮加速旋转,以达到节约能源。然而此装置采用外置油箱,通过另外设置管路与固定在车轮上的环形液压助力器相连接,连接管路复杂,附件较多,可靠性差,液压油损耗大;其次,由各油缸反推车轮,不仅结构复杂,而且在高速时难以实现;再就是,外接油泵又需另行消耗能源。
上述利用环状设置液压缸增力装置,通过车轮转动过程中压缩液压缸柱塞产生压力液,驱动液压元件从而达到增加对转动车轮的推动力,仍有不足,结构均相对复杂,车辆多轮配合性差,对加工及装配要求极高,否则同一车辆各轮难以达到协调一致同步助力,同规格车轮之间不具有通配互换性;此外,外置油箱对压力液循环管路要求较高,需多个转动密封。因此仍有值得改进的地方。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服上述已有技术的不足,提供一种结构简单,制作加工及装配要求低,同规格车轮通配互换性好,可充分利用车辆各轮输出压力液集中作功的能产生再生动力的车轮。
本发明目的实现,主要改进是在轮辋接地圆周均匀布设有容积式柱塞液压缸,轮辋中心采用转动轴套,转动轴套中心轴作为轮轴固定,外转动套作为轮辋中心轴套,中心轴与转动套间有转动连通液流循环通道,转动轴套与柱塞缸体间设置液体介质环槽,外接液压马达串接在车轮输出液回路中。这样车轮转动,接地柱塞液压缸柱塞逐一受压,压缩输出压力液,通过中心转动轴套供给外串接的液压马达,驱动液压马达旋转作功,产生再生动力。具体说,本发明能产生再生动力的车轮,包括轮辋、外胎,安装在轮辋外周呈相间分布的柱塞液压缸,其特征在于所说轮辋由外周环形柱塞缸体、中心转动轴套、及两者间封闭环形液体介质箱组成;所说转动轴套中心轴作轮轴,外转动套作为轮辋中心轴套,两者间有转动连通的液流循环通道;所说中心轴循环液通道间串接有液压马达;所说轮辋外周各柱塞液压缸出液口与外转动套进液口相连,外转动套出液口及各柱塞液压缸进液口与环形液体介质箱相连。
本发明车轮产生再生动力过程为:车辆行驶中车轮转动,车轮与地面接触处的液压缸柱塞,在车辆重力作用下被压缩(容积压缩),输出不可压缩液体介质例如液压油,通过柱塞液压缸单向输出阀压送至轮辋中心外转动套,并通过转动连通输送给中心轴出液孔,及串接的液压马达作功后再返回中心轴,通过转动连通送给外转动套,排至环形液体介质箱;车轮转过一角度,原接地柱塞液压缸柱塞压力消失,液压缸柱塞在复位弹簧作用下回复,液压缸吸液口单向阀打开(排液阀关闭),从连通的车轮上环形液体介质箱中吸入液体介质,液压缸完成一次液体介质排、吸过程。液体介质在柱塞液压缸→中心转动轴套→中心轴→串接液压马达→中心轴→中心转动轴套→环形液体介质箱→柱塞液压缸间形成闭路循环。车轮连续转动,轮辋外周上各柱塞液压缸轮番工作,连续输出高压液体驱动外置串接的液压马达作功,产生再生动力。
中心轴循环液通道,可以是分设在轴两端,也可以并列设置在轴同端,只需两通道自身不连通。
柱塞液压缸在轮辋外周相间排列,其密度视车轮直径、及车轮转动平稳性要求而定,兼顾两者,其中较好为两柱塞缸相间呈5-15°夹角,柱塞缸越是排列紧密,输出压力液则多且平稳连续。视车轮宽度,液压缸可以单圈相间排列,也可以交错呈双圈或多圈排列,以增加轮辋外周液压缸数,从而增加对外输出压力液。
此外,为简化液体介质传送管路,及减轻重量,一种较好是在轮辋上设置有闭合环管,使各柱塞液压缸输出液体排入闭合环管,而闭合环管只需一根或二根管路与轮辋中心转动套进液口相连,这样可以省略各柱塞液压缸出液口分别与转动套进液口连接管路。
此外,本发明还可以通过安装切换阀,使得在车轮反转时,将输出压力液回流进入环形液体介质箱。
本发明能产生再生动力车轮,可以充分利用车辆重量在运动过程中产生再生动力,较已有技术,不仅结构简单,制作加工及装配要求低,可以直接作为车轮使用,可省略传统充气内胎;而且可将车辆上各轮输出高压油合并集中由一液压马达作功,制作车轮同规格通配互换性好,可以任意互换。以用于燃油机动车为例,输出高压液驱动液压马达,对车轮助力,可以节约燃油45-60%。而且液体介质在车轮内循环,不需复杂的转动密封,大大提高了工作可靠性,并可以适应高速转动车轮。本发明能产生再生动力车轮,可以用于汽车、摩托车、电动车、自行车等各种轮式车辆,其节能率与速度呈正相关。
以下结合一个优化实施例,进一步说明本发明,但实施例不应理解为对本发明结构的具体限定。

具体实施方式
实施例1:参见图1、2,本发明能产生再生动力的车轮,轮辋由外周环形柱塞缸体5、中心为由外转动套11和中心轴14组成的转动轴套,中间由左右两腹板10围成的环形液体介质箱22组成。外转动套上有穿透壁厚的进液口21及出液口20,中心轴表面对应转动套进、出液口位置加工有内凹环槽15、19,并分别与轴向导流孔13-1和13-2相通,使转动轴套转动套与中心固定轴间形成转动连通的液流循环通道,中心轴两端与转动套间分别有轴承12及密封18。中心轴导流孔13-1和13-2通过连接管16串接有液压马达17(可将各轮输出压力液合并供给液压马达),使液体介质构成循环回路。轮辋外周环形缸体5外有弹性体填充1及橡胶外胎23。环形柱塞缸体上以相间10°夹角加工有柱塞腔,内置有伸至外胎内壁的往复柱塞4,环形缸体径向外周、柱塞体外有柱塞复位弹簧3,及轴向伸缩定位套2。环形液体介质箱外缘、环形缸体上加工有环槽构成的环形管6,环形管通过导流管9与轮辋中心转动套进液口21相连,转动套出液口20伸至环形液体介质箱中。相间环形设置的各柱塞缸出液口和进液口分别通过单向阀7和8,与环形管6及环形液体介质箱22连通。
车轮转动,接地柱塞缸24中往复柱塞4受压轴向运动,将柱塞缸腔体中液体介质(例如液压油)通过单向阀7排至环形管6(此时单向阀8关闭),增量压力液通过导流管9、轮辋中心转动套进液口21、车轴表面环槽15、中心轴导流孔13-1、连接管16,使液压马达17产生转动动力,液压马达作功后排出液经中心轴导流孔13-2、车轴表面环槽19、转动套出液口20排向环形液体介质箱;车轮转过一角度,接地柱塞缸柱塞4转离地面,在复位弹簧3作用下柱塞反向运动,单向阀8打开(单向阀7关闭)从环形液体介质箱吸入液体介质充盈液压缸腔。车轮连续转动,各柱塞缸交替工作,连续输出压力液送至外接液压马达驱使液压马达连续转动,从而产生再生动力。

Claims (8)

1、能产生再生动力的车轮,包括轮辋、外胎,安装在轮辋外周呈相间分布的柱塞液压缸,其特征在于所说轮辋由外周环形柱塞缸体、中心转动轴套、及两者间封闭环形液体介质箱组成;所说转动轴套中心轴作轮轴,外转动套作为轮辋中心轴套,两者间有转动连通的液流循环通道;所说中心轴循环液通道间串接有液压马达;所说轮辋外周各柱塞液压缸出液口与外转动套进液口相连,外转动套出液口及各柱塞液压缸进液口与环形液体介质箱相连。
2、根据权利要求1所述能产生再生动力的车轮,其特征在于所说轮辋外周各柱塞液压缸相间5-15°。
3、根据权利要求2所述能产生再生动力的车轮,其特征在于所说轮辋外周各柱塞液压缸交错呈双圈或多圈排列。
4、根据权利要求1所述能产生再生动力的车轮,其特征在于所说环形缸体与外胎间有弹性体填充体。
5、根据权利要求1、2、3或4所述能产生再生动力的车轮,其特征在于所说环形液体介质箱外缘有环形管,各柱塞液压缸出液口与环形管相连,环形管通过导流管与中心转动轴套进液口相连。
6、根据权利要求5所述能产生再生动力的车轮,其特征在于所说环形管为环形缸体上环槽。
7、根据权利要求1、2、3或4所述能产生再生动力的车轮,其特征在于车辆各轮输出压力液合并供给液压马达。
8、根据权利要求6所述能产生再生动力的车轮,其特征在于车辆各轮输出压力液合并供给液压马达。
