Abstract
本发明是一种治疗面瘫痉挛的药物，包括：I号配方和II号配方两种，分别采用昌竹、川乌、甘草、当归等18种中草药制备而成，可制成胶囊、丸剂及膏药；本发明的药物能迅速激活面部神经功能，见效快、治愈率高、不复发、不留后遗症，广泛的用于治疗面瘫、面肌痉挛、面肌麻木，三叉神经疼等多种病症。

技术领域
本发明涉及治疗面瘫、面肌痉挛药物。
背景技术
面瘫，面肌痉挛是由风邪外袭，痰浊内阻，气虚血瘀、脉络空虚、气血运行失畅，脉络失养而致。本症起病急，恢复难。给广大患者带来无限痛苦和煎熬。临床上尚缺乏疗效显著的治疗药物及方法。
目前采用的方法主要有：①西药治疗：目前西医对本病尚无显效的治疗药物。如A、糖皮质激素具有消肿、消炎、抑制免疫反应。B、血管扩张剂。C、维生素等，但实践证明，这些治疗方法均不理想，只是治标而不治本，病情易复发。②理疗：如红外线、按摩、肌肉运动锻炼等。③针灸。针灸是祖国国萃，对很多疾病都有很好的疗效，对面瘫痉挛亦有较好疗效。其缺点是比较痛苦，且稍有不慎极易造成面部经络受损，从而使病症迁延不愈，痛苦终生。
发明目的
为了使广大患者免受针灸痛苦和住院治疗的高昂费用，也为了使广大患者能够彻底治愈顽疾，本分明为广大面瘫、痉挛提供了一种服用方便，无痛苦，疗效显著的治疗药物。
本发明治疗范围：面瘫(口歪眼斜、面神经麻痹、面神经炎、)面瘫后遗症、面肌痉挛、面肌僵硬、萎缩、面肌麻木，三叉神经痛等。
发明内容
本发明提供一种治疗面瘫，面肌痉挛药物的配方，由I号，II号两种组分配比而成。其中I号更适宜治疗面瘫，II号更适宜治疗面肌痉挛。本发明提出了专门治疗面瘫痉挛疾病的I号，II号系列中药配方及其工艺方法。该发明采用不同配方相同工艺配制而成。
本发明由下列药物及组量分：
I号由下列组份配比：
昌竹(30-50g) 川乌(25-35g) 甘草(25-35g) 白花蛇(15-25g)
川芎(5-10g) 麻黄(5-10g) 当归(5-1Q9g) 全蝎(5-10g)
天麻(5-10g) 人参(5-10g) 僵蚕(10-15g) 石斛(10-15g)
白芷(5-10g) 防风(5-10g) 荆芥(5-10g) 何首乌(5-10g)
蒿本(5-10g) 白附子(2-6g)
II号由下列组份配比：
昌竹(30-50g) 川乌(25-35g) 甘草(25-35g) 白花蛇(15-25g)
天麻(5-10g) 桂枝(5-10g) 当归(5-109g) 全蝎(5-10g)
红花(5-10g) 人参(5-10g) 僵蚕(10-15g) 石斛(10-15g)
白芷(5-10g) 钩藤(5-10g) 蝉衣(5-10g) 何首乌(5-10g)
地龙(5-10g) 蜈蚣(2-6g)
工艺流程为：
第一步：将中药精选清洗。
第二步：烘干
第三步：磨碎
第四步：过筛
第五步：混合搅拌
第六步：装成胶囊，或加蜜制成丸剂，或加油煎浓制成膏药。
优点和效果：
①具有活血、排毒、牵正、镇痉、能迅速恢复颜面神经的功能，治愈率高，不复发，不易后遗症。
②能够有效激活神经功能，改善循环，加速新陈代谢，提高机体免疫力，从而达到治疗目的。
③服用方便，无痛苦，疗程短。病人一般可在5-10日内明显见效，对久治不愈的患者同样也能让他(她)重现笑容，经数千例验证，疗效独特。治疗标准：显效，治愈。

II号可按下列组份配比：
昌竹(30g) 川乌(30g) 甘草(25g) 白花蛇(20g) 天麻(10g)
桂枝(10g) 当归(60g) 全蝎(10g) 红花(5g) 人参(10g)
僵蚕(10g) 石斛(10g) 白芷(10g) 钩藤(10g) 蝉衣(5g)
何首乌(5g) 地龙(10g) 蜈蚣(6g)
病例1
郑州市红专一街，李文君，女，28岁，2004年3月9日左侧面瘫，具体表现：左侧眉毛不能动，不能抬，眼睛不能闭合，流泪，耳后疼，滞食，漏水，不能鼓腮，不能示齿。发病当天即住医院进行抗病毒治疗，同时用强的松，维生素B族辅助10天，效果不佳。经别人介绍开始服用本发明I号配比的胶囊，服用方法为第一个5天，一天3次，每次2粒；第二个5天，一天3次，每次3粒；10天以后，一天3次，每次4粒。同时贴敷用本发明I号配比熬制的膏药，每贴药贴3天。10天后复诊时，左眉可动，微抬，眼睛基本闭合，滞食，漏水明显减轻；又贴服10天，已恢复如初。本发明I号使用方便，无痛苦，疗效显著。
病例2
郑州市建设西路毛喜荣，女，60岁，2000年春始发痉挛，初时双侧眼皮经常跳动，双眼发干发涩，时间不长即波及双侧面肌，多方求治，一直不见好转，而且越来越重，后来发展到出门，过马路都需家人搀扶。03年4月开始服用本发明II号配比的胶囊，服用方法为第一个5天，一天3次，每次2粒；第二个5天，一天3次，每次3粒；10天以后，一天3次，每次4粒。同时贴敷用本发明II号配比熬制的膏药，每贴药贴3天。1个月左右，抽搐减轻；两个月后，明显减轻，出门，过马路已无需家人搀扶。四个月后，痉挛症状基本消失。本发明II号使用方便，无痛苦，疗效显著。
治疗结果：从临床治疗的几百例患者中，选取100例，有效率100％，治愈率95％。

白芷(5-10g) 防风(5-10g) 荆芥(5-10g) 何首乌(5-10g)
蒿本(5-10g) 白附子(2-6g)
II号的组份配比为
昌竹(30-50g) 川乌(25-35g) 甘草(25-35g) 白花蛇(15-25g)
天麻(5-10g) 桂枝(5-10g) 当归(5-109g) 全蝎(5-10g)
