本发明公开了一种孕产妇营养素,该孕产妇营养素的组分包括生物磷酸钙、乳酸亚铁、酵母锌、酵母硒、硫酸锰、硫酸铜、碘化钾、维生素A、维生素D、维生素E、维生素B1、维生素B2、维生素B6、维生素B12、维生素C、泛酸、叶酸、烟酸、胆碱、生物素、β-胡萝卜素。制备方法如下:制作酵母硒和酵母锌,将上述各原料按比例混合,搅拌均匀,造粒,将造粒好的混合料进行整粒,压片、包衣。本发明为一种保健食品制剂,服用方便,营养齐全,服用该营养素后,可以保证怀孕期间及产后期间所必需的微量元素和维生素的摄入,以满足孕产妇身体营养的需要,及保证胎幼儿身体良好发育,尤其是大脑发育的需要。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及为孕产妇提供营养素的保健食品领域,尤其是指一种孕产妇营养素。
背景技术
妊娠期母体各系统皆发生变化,血容量与循环血量增加,心率加速,使心脏负担增大;呼吸加快,上呼吸道粘膜增厚,常有水肿,易于感染;胃酸减少,胃肠蠕动减慢,易产生胀气、便秘、食欲不佳;肾脏需排泄母子双方的代谢产物而负担加重;子宫与乳房增大,增大的子宫易压迫输尿管而致泌尿系统容易感染;甲状腺功能旺盛,新陈代谢率增加,故多种营养素需要量增加,孕妇又要储存脂肪及多种营养素以备临产时、产后,哺乳期的消耗。孕妇营养素缺乏可对母体及胎儿产生不良影响,可致母体虚弱,易于发生各种妊娠合并症,如妊娠期贫血、妊娠高血压综合征、甲状腺肿大,并可引致产科异常情况,如死胎、流产、胎膜早破、宫缩无力及产后出血等症状;并可影响胎盘结构与功能,从而减弱胎盘向胎儿输送营养成分的作用。某些营养素严重缺乏可致畸胎,一般营养缺乏可致胎儿宫内发育迟缓,出生低体重,同时脑发育也受影响,智力发育落后。
营养学和孕产生理学研究证明:妇女在怀孕以后,尤其怀孕四个月后,孕妇对各种营养素的需求量急剧增加,以满足胎儿生长发育的需要。蛋白质、碳水化合物、脂肪以及钙、钾、磷等常量元素,可以从增加食物的摄入量得到满足,但微量元素及维生素,孕妇普遍存在缺少的现象。
临床生理学研究证明:微量元素和维生素对胎儿生长发育有重要影响,例铁的缺少,会引起孕妇贫血和新生儿贫血;锌的缺少,会影响胎儿的神经系统发育;叶酸缺乏会引起先兆子痫、胎盘早剥,还会引起巨幼红细胞贫血及胎儿宫内发育迟缓、早产及新生儿体重过低。怀孕早期缺乏叶酸易引起胎儿神经管畸形。
神经系统发育生理学研究证明:人的大脑发育有二个关键期:十月怀胎期和三岁前。而某些微量元素和维生素对胎、幼儿大脑发育有极重要影响。因此,怀孕期间及产后期间必须保证微量元素和维生素的摄入。产妇乳汁微量元素和维生素含量取决于产妇食物中摄入的量。因此,产妇每日需摄入足够量的微量元素和维生素,以满足幼儿的身体发育,尤其是大脑发育的需要。
目前,市面上有关孕产妇补充各种营养素的产品种类繁多,但大都营养单一,需同时服用多种营养素才能满足孕产妇所需要的各种营养,这样给孕产妇带来很大不便。
发明内容
本发明提供了一种孕产妇专用的含有各种微量元素及维生素的保健食品制剂。
本发明的技术方案是这样的:该孕产妇营养素的组分及配比(重量比%)为:生物磷酸钙50-60;乳酸亚铁2-3;酵母锌5-6;酵母硒0.5-1.0;硫酸锰1-2;硫酸铜0.01-0.02;碘化钾0.01-0.02;维生素A 0.01-0.05;维生素D 0.001-0.002;维生素E 0.5-1.0;维生素B1 0.05-0.10;维生素B2 0.08-0.15;维生素B6 0.10-0.15;维生素B12 0.0002-0.0003;维生素C5-10;泛酸0.3-0.5;叶酸0.03-0.05;烟酸0.5-1.0;胆碱20-30;生物素0.001-0.003;β-胡萝卜素0.1-0.5。
按上述组分及配比来配制孕产妇营养素的制备方法包括以下步骤:
A.制作酵母硒:a.制备酵母发酵麦芽汁,将优质麦芽粉碎,按1∶4比例,将麦芽粉与水混合,在水浴锅里升温至48-50℃,保温50-60分钟,再升温至60-70℃,保温20-30分钟,最后升温至75-80℃,保温10-15分钟,过滤后得到浓度为12-16°ρ的麦芽汁,将该麦芽汁稀释到12°ρ备用;b.将亚硒酸钠溶解,加入到麦芽汁中,搅拌均匀,制得每1000ml麦芽汁中含有亚硒酸钠1-6g的混和物;c.将逐级扩大培养的酵母加入到发酵缸中,在25-29℃的温度下,将麦芽汁与亚硒酸钠的混和物发酵48-72小时;d.将发酵后的混和物离心分离并干燥,即得酵母硒;
B.酵母锌制作方法与酵母硒同;
C.将上述各原料按比例混合,搅拌均匀,造粒;
D.将造粒好的混合料进行整粒;
E.压片、包衣。
本发明的有益效果是:孕产妇需要的各种营养素制成一种保健食品制剂,服用方便,营养齐全;服用该营养素后,可以保证怀孕期间及产后期间所必需的微量元素和维生素的摄入,以满足孕产妇身体营养的需要,及保证胎幼儿身体良好发育,尤其是大脑发育的需要。
具体实施方式
下面通过实施例对本发明的技术方案作进一步具体的说明。
实施例1:该孕产妇营养素的组分及配比(重量比%)为:生物磷酸钙50;乳酸亚铁2;酵母锌5;酵母硒0.5;硫酸锰2;硫酸铜0.01;碘化钾0.02;维生素A 0.01;维生素D 0.001;维生素E 0.5;维生素B1 0.05;维生素B2 0.08;维生素B6 0.1;维生素B12 0.0003;维生素C 10;泛酸0.3;叶酸0.04;烟酸0.5;胆碱25;生物素0.001;β-胡萝卜素0.1。
本发明的制备方法包括以下步骤:制作酵母硒:a.制备酵母发酵麦芽汁,将优质麦芽粉碎,按1∶4比例,将麦芽粉与水混合,在水浴锅里升温至48-50℃,保温50-60分钟,再升温至60-70℃,保温20-30分钟,最后升温至75-80℃,保温10-15分钟,过滤后得到浓度为12-16°ρ的麦芽汁,将该麦芽汁稀释到12°ρ备用;b.将亚硒酸钠溶解,加入到麦芽汁中,搅拌均匀,制得每1000g麦芽汁中含有亚硒酸钠1-6g的混和物;c.将逐级扩大培养酵母加入到发酵缸中,在25-29℃的温度下,将麦芽汁与亚硒酸钠的混和物发酵48-72小时;d.将发酵后的混和物离心分离并干燥,即得酵母硒;酵母锌制作方法与酵母硒同;将上述各原料按比例混合,搅拌均匀,造粒;将造粒好的混合料进行整粒;压片、包衣。
实施例2:该孕产妇营养素的组分及配比(重量比%)为:生物磷酸钙55;乳酸亚铁2.5;酵母锌6;酵母硒0.8;硫酸锰1.5;硫酸铜0.02;碘化钾0.015;维生素A 0.02;维生素D 0.0015;维生素E 0.7;维生素B1 0.08;维生素B2 0.10;维生素B6 0.15;维生素B12 0.00025;维生素C 5;泛酸0.4;叶酸0.05;烟酸1.0;胆碱20;生物素0.002;β-胡萝卜素0.2。
其余参考实施例1。
实施例3:该孕产妇营养素的组分及配比(重量比%)为:生物磷酸钙52;乳酸亚铁3;酵母锌5.5;酵母硒0.06;硫酸锰2;硫酸铜0.015;碘化钾0.01;维生素A 0.015;维生素D 0.002;维生素E 1.0;维生素B10.1;维生素B2 0.12;维生素B6 0.15;维生素B12 0.0002;维生素C 10;泛酸0.5;叶酸0.03;烟酸0.8;胆碱30;生物素0.003;β-胡萝卜素0.3。

1、一种孕产妇营养素,其特征在于其组分及配比(重量比%)为:
生物磷酸钙 50-60
乳酸亚铁 2-3
酵母锌 5-6
酵母硒 0.5-1.0
硫酸锰 1-2
硫酸铜 0.01-0.02
碘化钾 0.01-0.02
维生素A 0.01-0.05
维生素D 0.001-0.002
维生素E 0.5-1.0
维生素B1 0.05-0.10
维生素B2 0.08-0.15
维生素B6 0.10-0.15
维生素B12 0.0002-0.0003
维生素C 5-10
泛酸 0.3-0.5
叶酸 0.03-0.05
烟酸 0.5-1.0
胆碱 20-30
生物素 0.001-0.003
β-胡萝卜素 0.1-0.5
2、根据权利要求1所述的组分及配比来制作孕产妇营养素的制备方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
A.制作酵母硒:
a.制备酵母发酵麦芽汁,将优质麦芽粉碎,按1∶4比例,将麦芽粉与水混合,在水浴锅里升温至48-50℃,保温50-60分钟,再升温至60-70℃,保温20-30分钟,最后升温至75-80℃,保温10-15分钟,过滤后得到浓度为12-16°ρ的麦芽汁,将该麦芽汁稀释到12°ρ备用;
b.将亚硒酸钠溶解,加入到麦芽汁中,搅拌均匀,制得每1000ml麦牙汁中含有亚硒酸钠1-6g的混和物;
c.将逐级扩大培养的酵母加入到发酵缸中,在25-29℃的温度下,将麦芽汁与亚硒酸钠的混和物发酵48-72小时;
d.将发酵后的混和物离心分离并干燥,即得酵母硒;
B.酵母锌制作方法与酵母硒同;
C.将上述各原料按比例混合,搅拌均匀,造粒;
D.将造粒好的混合料进行整粒;
E.压片、包衣。
