Abstract
本发明涉及一种中药组合物，尤其是一种治疗变应性鼻炎的中药制剂。其技术方案是：分别取鹅不食草15－30g，辛夷12－15g，白芷12－15g，桂枝9－12g，鱼腥草20－30g，连翘12－15g，白头翁10－15g，乌梅9－12g，前胡9－12g，水煎、浓缩后作为一次剂量单位。本发明的效果是全方共奏祛风通窍，清热解毒之功。对于治疗变应性鼻炎具有特殊疗效。
Description
一、技术领域：本发明涉及一种中药组合物，尤其是一种治疗变应性鼻炎的中药制剂。
二、背景技术：目前治疗鼻炎的药物大都采用西药喷雾剂，其缺点是对人体有一定的副作用，并且对于慢性鼻炎难以治愈。
三、发明内容：本发明的目的就是针对现有技术存在的缺陷，提供一种治疗鼻炎的中药制剂。
其技术方案是：分别取鹅不食草15-30g，辛夷12-15g，白芷12-15g，桂枝9-12g，鱼腥草20-30g，连翘12-15g，白头翁10-15g，乌梅9-12g，前胡9-12g，水煎、浓缩后作为一次剂量单位。
本发明的药理及效果：此方中鹅不食草为君药，入肺经，通鼻气，利九窍，研究发现鹅不食草能有效地阻断组胺从肥大细胞的释放，鹅不食草挥发油分别抑制肥大细胞和嗜酸性粒细胞脱颗粒，从而使嗜酸性粒细胞及其胞浆脱颗粒释放碱性蛋白，嗜酸性粒细胞阳离子蛋白和神经毒素的减少，减轻对鼻粘膜的损害。辛夷散风寒，入肺经，通鼻窍，实验证明有收缩鼻粘膜的作用；白芷解表，祛风，其气芳香，能通九窍，可兴奋呼吸中枢、血管舒张和收缩中枢，使鼻腔通气改善，嗅觉好转；桂枝解表，温经通阳；乌梅酸敛收涩，使鼻粘膜分泌减少。上四味药与君药相须为用，共为臣药。鱼腥草、连翘、白头翁清热解毒，前胡宣散风热，共为佐药。在治疗中与君药呈相反相成的作用。辛夷兼有引经的作用，亦为使药。全方共凑祛风通窍，清热解毒之功。对于治疗变应性鼻炎具有特殊疗效。

实施例1：分别取鹅不食草15g，辛夷12g，白芷12g，桂枝9g，鱼腥草20g，连翘12g，白头翁10g，乌梅9g，前胡9g，水煎、浓缩后作为一次剂量单位。浸泡脱脂棉球，塞入鼻腔，每日2次，每次塞鼻1小时。7天为一个疗程。
实施例2：分别取鹅不食草30g，辛夷15g，白芷15g，桂枝12g，鱼腥草30g，连翘15g，白头翁15g，乌梅12g，前胡12g，水煎、浓缩后作为一次剂量单位。浸泡脱脂棉球，塞入鼻腔，每日2次，每次塞鼻1小时。7天为一个疗程。
实施例3：王某，女，35岁，鼻痒，喷嚏，伴流清涕已10年，自25岁生育后，每天晨起即发鼻痒，喷嚏，流清涕终日不止，经期上述症状加重，诊见；形体中等，怕冷，冬季四肢不温，舌淡，苔白，脉细，鼻腔粘膜肿胀光滑，呈淡白色，鼻腔分泌物化验见有大量嗜酸性细胞。处方：鹅不食草30g，辛夷15g，白芷15g，桂枝12g，鱼腥草20g，连翘12g，白头翁10g，乌梅12g，前胡12g。三剂，水煎，浓缩，浸泡脱脂棉球，塞鼻。每日2次，每次塞鼻1小时。塞鼻21天后上述症状消失，鼻粘膜肿胀消退。嘱：每逢经期提前7天，用上药煎剂塞鼻7天，一年后随访无复发。
采用本发明的制剂治疗应变性鼻炎的临床资料：100例中，男43例，女57例；年龄：小于20岁4例，20-30岁36例，30-40岁29例，大于40岁31例，病程小于5年21例，5-10年63例，大于十年16例。100例患者中临床控制(痊愈)22例，占22％；显效31例，占31％；有效38例，占38％；无效9例，占9％，总有率达91％。

1、一种治疗鼻炎的中药制剂，其特征是：分别取鹅不食草15-30g，辛夷12-15g，白芷12-15g，桂枝9-12g，鱼腥草20-30g，连翘12-15g，白头翁10-15g，乌梅9-12g，前胡9-12g，水煎、浓缩后作为一次剂量单位。
