Abstract

本发明提供一种制动装置,可以适当地保持摆臂对于路面变化的随动性,并能够附设停车用制动钳。将制动用制动钳(33)和停车用制动钳(35)分开设置在摆臂(1)的上下,并设置在车轴(21)的前方。同时,将停车用制动钳(35)设置在摆臂(1)的下侧,将制动用制动钳(33)设置在摆臂(1)的上侧。

停车制动装置
技术领域
本发明涉及一种具有制动用制动钳和停车用制动钳的自动二轮车的停车制动装置,详细地说,涉及对各制动钳的安装位置的改良。
背景技术
对于自动二轮车的制动装置,已经提出了不仅设有制动用制动装置还另外设有停车用制动装置的自动二轮车。
例如,设有这种停车用制动装置的自动二轮车,在可摆动地支撑后轮的摆臂上并在后轮轴的上方安装有停车用制动钳,并且,在操纵手柄的下方设有与停车用制动钳联动的停车杠杆。而且,后轮侧的制动用制动钳,设置在车轴后方的摆臂下侧(例如参照专利文献1)。

上述现有技术中的自动二轮车,虽然作为用户易于操作的自动二轮车是非常适合的,但是通过在摆臂上附加停车用制动钳之类的新构件,可以稍微增大后轮转动时的惯性力矩。而且,由于将后轮侧的制动用制动钳安装在车轴后方的摆臂上,且处于远离摆臂的摆动中心轴的位置上,因而导致后轮转动时的惯性力矩增大。
发明内容
因此,本发明的目的在于提供一种制动装置,能够适当地保持摆臂对于路面变化的随动性,并且能够附设停车用制动钳。
为了完成上述技术课题,本发明的制动装置采用了下述的技术手段。
即,技术方案1的制动装置,在具有制动用制动钳和停车用制动钳的自动二轮车的制动装置中,其特征在于,将所述制动用制动钳和停车用制动钳分开设置在摆臂的上下,并将所述制动用制动钳和停车用制动钳设置在车轴的前方。
技术方案2的制动装置,在技术方案1中,其特征在于,所述停车用制动钳为机械式制动钳。
技术方案3的制动装置,在技术方案1或技术方案2中,其特征在于,将所述停车用制动钳设置在所述摆臂的下侧。
技术方案4的制动装置,在技术方案3中,其特征在于,所述停车用制动钳比制动用制动钳小。
根据技术方案1,由于将所有制动钳配置在车轴前侧,缩短了摆臂的摆动中心轴与各制动钳之间的距离,后轮转动时的惯性力矩变小,因而可以提高摆臂对于路面变化的随动性。另外,由于可以缩短制动软管和制动拉索,因而可以提供一种车身减轻并且降低成本的制动装置。
根据技术方案2,由于将停车用制动钳做成机械式制动钳,因此与使用液压制动器的情况相比,零件数变少,成本降低。
根据技术方案3,由于在摆臂下侧设置了停车用制动钳,因此摆臂可以进行挡与,并且污物不易附着到停车用制动钳上。而且,由于维修频率显然很高的制动用制动钳处于摆臂的上侧,因而能够提供一种装备性能良好的制动装置。
根据技术方案4,由于采用了比制动用制动钳小的停车用制动钳,因而能够提供一种制动装置,可以将降雨影响控制在最小限度内,而且外形良好,不会与整体平衡产生不协调的感觉。

具体实施方式
以下,对本发明的制动装置的实施方式进行说明。同样,举例表示将本实施方式的制动装置组装入装载有立式V型发动机的自动二轮车时的状态,省略了对主要部分即制动装置以外的结构的详细说明。同样,图中标号A表示自动二轮车,标号3表示制动装置。
对组装有本实施方式的制动装置3的自动二轮车A进行说明,由以下部分构成:摆臂1、后轮驱动部2、制动装置3、车架4、立式V型发动机5、减震器6、后轮7、操纵手柄8、燃料箱9、驾驶员座10、前悬架11以及前轮12。
摆臂1是棒状部件,可摆动地支撑在按所需形状设计的车架4上,并且形成圆筒型,内部装有能够传递由立式V型发动机5输出的旋转输出的传动轴(未图示),通过下述后轮驱动部2和制动装置3、减震器6等悬臂支撑后轮7。
如图2所示,后轮驱动部2,包括:设在传动轴前部的蜗杆(未图示)、与下述制动盘32螺合的车轴21、与该蜗杆啮合并且与车轴21啮合的蜗轮22、以及胎轮23,从与车轴21的端面螺合的制动盘32的上方螺合在车轴21上。
制动装置3,包括:变速箱盖31,枢轴固定在车架4上所枢轴固定的减震器6上,并设在摆臂1的前端部上,形成碗状以便填充机油;制动盘32,螺合在车轴21上并被车轴21的端面和胎轮23夹持;液压式的制动用制动钳33,支撑在变速箱盖31上并通过液压驱动而夹入制动盘32;以及机械式停车用制动钳35,支撑在变速箱盖31上,通过拉索34的拉伸动作而夹入制动盘32。
如图3所示,该机械式停车用制动钳35采用公知的制动结构,即,通过拉索34的拉伸动作而使轴351转动,与该轴351联动的制动衬片352之间的间隔夹紧而夹入制动盘32,从而进行制动。如图1所示,在处于摆臂1的下侧、车轴21前方的所需位置上,螺合在与变速箱盖31一体形成的安装托架353上。
由于采用机械式停车用制动钳35,因此能够保持长时间地维持稳定的停车制动性能,并且,与使用液压制动器的情况相比,可以减少零件数,并降低成本。
如图1所示,该制动用制动钳33,在处于摆臂1上侧、车轴21前方的所需位置上,螺合在与变速箱盖31一体形成的安装托架354上。
上述停车用制动钳35,比制动用制动钳33小,如上所述,停车用制动钳35设置在摆臂1的下侧、车轴21的前方,尽可能地缩短摆臂1的摆动中心轴与各个制动钳之间的距离。
通过以上述方式设置制动用制动钳33和停车用制动钳35,使后轮转动时的惯性力矩变小,提高了摆臂对于路面变化的随动性。而且,由于与现有的制动装置3相比,制动软管和制动拉索34等变短,因而可以减轻车身重量并且可以抑制生产成本。
另外,由于摆臂1能够挡雨,能够减少停车用制动钳35上的污物;由于将维修频率高的制动用制动钳33安装在摆臂1的上侧,因而提高了装备性能。
如上所述,组装在自动二轮车A上的制动装置3,通过踩踏设在右侧脚踏板(未图示)前方的后制动踏板(未图示),使制动用制动钳33夹住制动钳32而对后轮7进行制动,通过拉动设在操纵手柄8一侧的离合器杆13附近的停车制动杠杆14(形成可以将拉伸拉索34的状态固定或解除的结构),使停车用制动钳35夹住制动钳32而锁定后轮7。另外,该停车用制动杠杆14的安装位置,并未特别限定,可以设在车身的任意位置上。
以上虽然说明了本实施方式的制动装置,但是上述实施方式仅为本发明优选实施方式的一个例子,本发明并不限定于此,可以在不脱离其主旨的范围内采用各种变形的实施方式。
例如,可以将停车用制动钳做成液压式制动钳,还可以采用同样的制动钳作为制动用制动钳。

Claims (4)

1.一种具有制动用制动钳和停车用制动钳的自动二轮车的制动装置,其特征在于,
将所述制动用制动钳和停车用制动钳分开设置在摆臂的上下,并将所述制动用制动钳和停车用制动钳设置在车轴的前方。
2.如权利要求1所述的制动装置,其特征在于,所述停车用制动钳为机械式制动钳。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的制动装置,其特征在于,将所述停车用制动钳设置在所述摆臂的下侧。
4.如权利要求3所述的制动装置,其特征在于,所述停车用制动钳比制动用制动钳小。
