7. sealing according to claim 1 to 4, it is characterized in that outer safety cap (25a) made by plastic material, and have a plurality of axial rib-shaped pieces (28a) at its tubular portion (26a), this rib-shaped piece is around its circle distribution and towards the neck of container, this axial rib-shaped piece combines with the following axial rib-shaped piece (29a) that is supported by the tubular sleeve (21) that covers (19), to resist and to prevent to rotatablely move.
8. sealing according to claim 7, the outer safety cap (25a) that it is characterized in that plastic material has the annular rib-shaped piece (30a) that is formed in the tubular wall (26a), rib-shaped piece (30a) engages towards the neck of container and with the free edge (31a) of the part (14a) of the tubular body (14) of pouring member (7), with opposing and prevent axial motion.
