Abstract

相关技术的说明
在现在,一种装配的透镜阵列已经公开,例如,日本专利申请No.11-245266。这种装配的透镜阵列是由多个透镜片组成的,它们排列为这样,使彼此相对,以及其中多个微小球面透镜或微小消球差透镜设置在相应的透镜片上。
图9是一个横剖面图,示出一个普通的装配的透镜阵列。一个树脂透镜片101是借助注射模塑制造的,以及一个粘接剂区102设置为围绕树脂透镜片101的透镜排列区。粘接剂103涂覆在粘接剂区102,以通过粘接剂103的展开和硬化接合树脂透镜片101彼此到一起,以及完成装配的树脂透镜阵列。(日本专利申请No.11-245266)。
如以上所述,这样一个装配的透镜阵列是借助使用粘接剂的接合元件(树脂透镜片)制造的,在此种情况下,由于粘接剂显示一个大的吸水性能,当上述的制造步骤在高湿度的大气中进行时,粘接剂可能由于吸收水分而膨胀。而且,当装配的树脂透镜阵列在运送、储存及使用时,该粘接剂会展现某种程度的吸水性。因此,装配的透镜阵列可能变形,以及树脂透镜片之间的接合的强度可能降低,有损于装配的透镜阵列对湿度及温度的耐受性。
由于粘接剂的膨胀系数大于装配透镜阵列的元件材料的膨胀系数,由于热环境的改变,粘接剂的膨胀和收缩程度可能不同于装配透镜阵列的接头的膨胀和收缩程度,从而使装配透镜阵列变形,有损于装配透镜阵列对湿度及温度的耐受性。
本发明的概述
本发明的一个目的是克服以上所述的问题,以及提供一个光学装置,比如一个装配的透镜阵列,它显示对湿度及温度有非常好的耐受性和高的可靠性。
本发明的另一个目的是提供制造此光学装置的一个方法。
为了达到以上所述的目的,本发明涉及一个光学装置,包括多个光学部件,它们在接头处彼此接合到一起,其中接头是由一种材料制造的,它借助由一个能量供给器供给的能量产生热量和借助此热量熔化,以形成一个焊接部分,以及多个光学部件是通过焊接部分焊接的。

按照本发明的光学装置和制造光学装置的方法,由于光学部件是通过焊接部分焊接的,焊接部分是借助热量由接头形成的,光学部件能够紧密地彼此固定到一起。因此,光学装置对湿度及温度的耐受性和可靠性能够改善。

优选的实施例的说明
以下本发明将参见附图说明。在本实施例中,一个树脂装配透镜阵列将作为按照本发明的一个光学装置说明。
树脂装配透镜阵列可以使用于一个空域显示器件,它能够显示一个三维或二维图像,一个图像投影器件,它能够投射一个给定的图像在一个屏幕上,以及一个图像传输器件,它能够显示一个给定的图像在一个光接收单元或一个光敏感物质上。
图1(a)是一个顶视图,示出按照本发明的一个树脂装配透镜阵列,以及图1(b)是树脂装配透镜阵列的一个横剖面图,是由图1的直线“A-A”切取的。
在图1(a)和1(b)内的树脂装配透镜阵列包括树脂透镜片1,作为光学元件,它们彼此叠层。每个树脂透镜片1成形为矩形以及包括一个透镜形成区在它的中心。微小球面凸透镜2成形在透镜形成区内,从而使凸透镜2交替地排列为犬牙状。半柱形凸起部分3和4成形在树脂透镜片1的外部区,以及树脂透镜片1是借助接触半柱形凸起部分3和4彼此焊接到一起。

树脂透镜片1能够借助注射模塑法制造。在此观点中,希望的是树脂透镜片的树脂是一个带有高光传输性和低吸水性的树脂材料,它能够使用注射模塑。在本实施例中,树脂透镜片1是由环烯基树脂制造的。然而,树脂透镜片1也可以由其它树脂制造,比如,烯烃基树脂和原菠烷基树脂。具体地,如环烯基树脂,烯烃基树脂和原菠烷基树脂可以例举为“Zeonex”(注册商标)制造厂商为Zeon,Corporation,“Zeonore”(注册商标)制造厂商为Zeon Corporation和“Arton”(注册商标)制造厂商为JSR Corporation。
在每个树脂透镜片上形成一个半柱形凸起部分3在它的宽度方向的一个侧面,以及两个半柱形凸起部分4在它的宽度方向的另一个侧面。再者,在每个树脂透镜片上形成一个半柱形凸起部分3在它的纵向的一个侧面,以及两个半柱形凸起部分4在它的纵向的另一个侧面。在树脂透镜片叠层时,一个半柱形凸起部分3与两个半柱形凸起部分4之间的凹陷区接触,从而使树脂透镜片彼此固定到一起。在树脂透镜片1固定时,形成在树脂透镜片上的微小凸透镜2的排列能够固定。
半柱形凸起部分3和4可以按下列方法形成。首先,带有一个圆开口图案的一个玻璃母模按照以上所述专利文件1准备。每个开口是由对应于每个微小凸起球面透镜2的凹陷部分组成。这就是,在使用玻璃母模(详见后述)的转录中开口(凹陷部分)是倒转的以形成与微小凸起球面透镜对应的凸起部分。玻璃母模具有裂缝形开口对应于半柱形凸起部分3和4在它的外侧面上。这就是,在使用玻璃母模(详见后述)的转录中,裂缝形开口是倒转的以形成与半柱形凸起部分3和4对应的凸起部分。开口可以借助蚀刻法制造。蚀刻通过裂缝形开口进行,以形成相应于半柱形凸起部分3和4的凸起部分,通过蚀刻,半柱形凸起部分3、4的宽度形成得大于裂缝形开口的宽度。
随后,一个母模座是借助转录玻璃母模到一个树脂上制造,以及随后一个Ni模具是借助Ni电铸法由母模座制造。希望的树脂透镜片1是使用此Ni模具借助注射模塑法制造。在此种情况下,开口转录到树脂透镜片1上,形成凸起部分,对应于微小凸起球面透镜2和半柱形凸起部分3,4。
作为转录的结果,微小球面凸透镜2交替地形成为猎犬齿排在树脂透镜片1的中心透镜形成区。由图可见,微小球面凸透镜2是由相应的树脂透镜片1的两个表面上形成的凸起部分组成的。相应的树脂透镜片的微小球面凸透镜2的光学轴和位置是彼此匹配的,这是借助通过半柱形凸起部分3和4转录的位置匹配。
由图可见,每个微小球面凸透镜2的外形是矩形,以及微小球面凸透镜2排列为紧密无间距的。也就是说,透镜2可展现为紧密封装结构。
在本实施例中,微小球面凸透镜2被采用,但其它的微小球面凸透镜也可以使用。此外,在本实施例中,微小球面凸透镜2是排列为猎犬齿排,但也可是格子形,比如方形,从而使其沿着树脂透镜片的侧面。此外,在本实施例中,半柱形凸起部分3和4成直角地排列为沿着树脂透镜片的侧面,但也可以是由它的侧面倾斜的。
在本实施例中,每个微小球面凸透镜2的平面外形是六边形,但也可以是圆形、四边形或任何其它形状,它取决于微小球面凸透镜2的排列距离和微小球面凸透镜2的直径。再者,在本实施例中,微小球面凸透镜2排列为紧密的,但也可以是不紧密的。此外,在本实施例中,微小球面凸透镜2是由树脂透镜片的两个表面处形成的凸起部分形成的,但也可以是由树脂透镜片任何表面处形成的凸起部分形成的。
防反射薄膜5形成在树脂透镜片1的外表面上,从而覆盖微小球面凸透镜2。防反射薄膜5的功能是减小树脂透镜片1的反射率,其制造材料,是,例如硅化合物薄膜,带有比树脂透镜片1的反射指数低的反射指数。代替硅化合物薄膜,也可以使用一个氟基树脂薄膜作为防反射薄膜5。限制孔径7由一个光吸收薄膜形成在防反射薄膜5上,以便消除杂散光。
限制孔径7可以由在微小凸透镜2上形成的沟槽6组成,以及形成光吸收薄膜为这样,用以覆盖沟槽6。在本实施例中,光吸收薄膜是由一种光吸收漆制造的,以及形成在树脂透镜片1的一个表面上,组成一个成像表面,其中一个光线成像为一个来自物体点(光学源)通过透镜的一个图像点。
在本实施例中,限制孔径7形成在树脂透镜片1的一个表面上,但也可以在树脂透镜片1的两个表面上。此外,在限制孔径7形成之后,防反射薄膜5可以形成。
限制孔径7可以借助形成一个光吸收薄膜制造,后者是由光活化材料制造,比如含碳防黑剂,从而覆盖树脂透镜片1的透镜形成区或整个表面区,以及借助照像形成开口,对应于限制孔径。此外,限制孔径可以借助涂覆一种黑漆和使用一块海绵部分地擦去以形成开口,对应于限制孔径。
在涂覆光吸收漆以形成限制孔径7时,光吸收漆涂覆在一个半柱形凸起部分3和两个半柱形凸起部分4上。涂覆在半柱形凸起部分3和4上的光吸收漆部分用图号“8”和“9”表示。
之后,树脂透镜片的叠层是通过半柱形凸起部分3与半柱形凸起部分4的接触进行,将说明如下。
图3是一个示意图,示出装配透镜阵列借助激光焊接的一个制造方法。在此种情况下,树脂透镜片1是借助激光焊接法焊接的。
树脂透镜片1放置在一个装配台10上,这样使每个树脂透镜片1的表面,在其中形成限制孔径,朝向下面。
随后,底部树脂透镜片1的顶面的半柱形凸起部分3和4与顶部树脂透镜片1的底面的半柱形凸起部分3和4分别地匹配,从而使底部树脂透镜片1的位置与顶部树脂透镜1的位置匹配。
随后,树脂透镜片1使用一个压紧卡具11由上面压紧而暂时固定,压紧卡具11是由带有激光束高透射率的石英玻璃制造。在暂时固定时,树脂透镜片1通过半柱形凸起部分3和4彼此压紧。
随后,一个波长840nm的激光束由一个GaAsAl半导体激光器件12发射,在一个分束器14内分束,以及引导至暂时固定在压紧卡具11内的树脂透镜片1。因此,在本实施例中,使用半导体激光器件12以发射带有波长840nm的激光束,但也可以使用其它的半导体激光器件,以发射其它激光束,例如带有近红外波长808nm的激光束,此外,也可以使用一个YAG激光器,以发射带有波长1060nm的激光束。
激光束13使用一个聚光片15集中,从而使它聚焦到顶部树脂透镜片1的底面上形成的半柱形凸起部分3和4上,这是由半柱形凸起部分3和4的厚度方向上观察的。
由于吸光薄膜没有形成在顶部树脂透镜片1的顶面上,集中的激光束13入射到顶部树脂透镜片1,通过其顶面,辐射和聚焦至形成在顶部树脂透镜片1的底面上形成的半柱形凸起部分3和4。在此种情况下,由于吸光漆8和9涂覆在半柱形凸起部分3和4上,吸光漆8和9吸收激光束13以产生热量。
热量传输由半柱形凸起部分3和4到底部树脂透镜片1的顶面上形成的半柱形凸起部分3和4,分别地熔化在树脂透镜片1的两面上形成的半柱形凸起部分3和4。
在此处,由于树脂透镜片1显示高的透射率,激光束13不会吸收在树脂透镜片内,从而使树脂透镜片1不会由于激光束而热变形。
如以上所述,在本实施例中,树脂透镜片1是借助注射模塑制造的,以及借助激光焊接完成装配的透镜阵列。
再者,在本实施例中,半柱形凸起部分3和4是围绕微小凸透镜2的排列区设置的,以及使用于与树脂透镜片1的位置匹配,以及借助激光焊接法焊接的,但也可使用任何其它的焊接法,以及也可以使用任何其它的位置匹配法。此外,在本实施例中,激光束13供给以便在吸光漆8和9内产生热量,也可以使用其它红外灯或紫外灯供给进行热处理。
以下,树脂透镜片之间的另一个接头状态将被说明。
在以上所述的实施例中,吸光漆8和9涂覆在半柱形凸起部分3和4上,以及激光束13集中和聚焦在凸起部分3和4上以产生热量,因此树脂透镜片1彼此焊接到一起。这就是,凸起部分3和4作为一个接头焊接以完成希望的树脂装配透镜阵列。
在另一个方面,一个热产生物质,它能够通过吸收来自一个能量供给器的能量而产生热量,可以插入在树脂透镜片1之间。在此种情况下,树脂透镜片1的焊接是借助通过能量吸收产生的热量。
图4是一个横剖面图,示出此接头状态,其中插入一个热产生物质。在图4中,具体地,一个金属部件17作为一个热产生物质插入在树脂透镜片1的接头16内。围绕金属部件17的树脂被来自金属部件17的热量熔化,形成一个焊接部分18。因此,树脂透镜片1是通过焊接部分18焊接的,以完成希望的装配透镜阵列。
金属部件17的加热能够借助红外灯,紫外灯或高频波。金属部件17也可以使用金属电阻加热,使电流从其中通过。
在另一个方面,树脂透镜片1的接头可以用产生热的焊接材料制造。在此种情况下,接头本身吸收来自一个能量供给器的能量,以产生热量,它熔化接头和焊接树脂透镜片1。
图5是一个横剖面图,示出按照本发明的一个树脂装配透镜阵列的树脂透镜片的另一个接头状态。
图6是一个横剖面图,示出按照本发明的一个树脂装配透镜阵列的树脂透镜片的另一个接头状态。在两种情况下,无论是图5和6,树脂透镜片1的接头是用产生热的焊接材料制造的。
在图5中,微小凸透镜2,它排列在透镜排列区内,是由带有高透光率的材料制造以及接头16是由带有高吸光率的树脂制造。因此,热量产生在接头16处,熔化以形成一个焊接部分20,从而使树脂透镜片1通过焊接部分20而焊接,以完成希望的装配的透镜阵列。
在图6中,微小凸透镜2是排列在透镜排列区内,它是由带有高透光率的树脂制造的,以及顶部树脂透镜片1的接头16也是由带有高透光率的树脂制造的。之后,底部树脂透镜片1的接头16是由带有高吸光率的树脂制造的。因此,在接头16处产生的热量用于熔化以形成一个焊接部分21,从而使树脂透镜片1通过焊接部分21而焊接,以完成希望的树脂装配透镜阵列。
图5和6内所示的树脂透镜片1可以借助准备带有相应的高透光率和高吸光率的树脂以及通过一个注射模塑机的出口注射树脂。还有,一油漆可以借助模具内涂覆法涂覆到注射模塑件上。
图7是一个横剖面图,示出按照本发明的树脂装配透镜阵列的树脂透镜片的另一个接头状态。在图7内,一个油漆借助模具内涂覆法涂覆到接头上,以及在接头处产生热量以熔化,以形成一个焊接部分,以及树脂透镜片通过焊接部分焊接。
参见图7,树脂透镜片是注射模塑的,以及随后,模具开启。因此吸光油漆便注射入模具,以形成树脂透镜片1的接头16上的吸光区22。之后,接头16通过热量吸收而熔化,以形成一个焊接部分23,以及焊接树脂透镜片1。作为一个结果,希望的树脂装配透镜阵列能够制出。
一个吸光区22可以形成在树脂透镜片1的相应的接头16上。
在图5-7内,能量可以例举为激光束,红外灯或紫外灯。
在另一个方面,热产生部件,它通过吸收来自一个能量供给器的能量产生热量,可以插入在树脂透镜片1之间。在此种情况下,树脂透镜片1是借助通过能量吸收产生的热量而焊接的。
图8是一个横剖面图,示出一个接头状态,其中插入一个热产生部件。在图8中,具体地,一个光屏蔽薄膜24作为热产生部件插入在树脂透镜片1的接头16之间。光屏蔽薄膜24和接头16被由光屏蔽薄膜24产生的热量熔化,以形成一个焊接部分25。因此,树脂透镜片1通过焊接部分25焊接,以完成希望的树脂装配透镜阵列。
光屏蔽薄膜24的制造是借助准备带有高透光率的一个薄膜,以及印刷吸光开口,对应于微小凸透镜节距在薄膜上面,或者准备带有低透光率的一个薄膜,以及形成开口,对应于微小凸透镜通过薄膜的节距。作为树脂透镜片1的接头16和吸光薄膜24熔化和焊接用的能量可以例举为激光束,红外灯或紫外灯。
在以上所述的实施例中,两个树脂透镜片被准备、叠层和焊接,但是,三个或多个树脂透镜片也可以被准备、叠层和焊接。
Claims (21)
1.一种光学装置,包括多个光学部件,它们在其接头处彼此接合到一起,其中,上述的接头是由一种材料制造的,该材料借助由一个能量供给器供给的能量产生热量,以及借助上述的热量熔化以形成一个焊接部分,以及上述的多个光学部件是通过上述的焊接部分焊接的。
2.一种光学装置,包括多个光学部件,它们在其接头处彼此接合到一起,其中,至少一个上述的接头是由一种材料制造的,该材料借助由一个能量供给器供给的能量产生热量,以及借助上述的热量熔化以形成一个焊接部分,以及上述的多个光学部件是通过上述的焊接部分焊接的。
3.一种光学装置,包括多个光学部件,它们在其接头处彼此接合到一起,其中,至少一个上述的接头包括一种物质,该物质借助由一个能量供给器供给的能量产生热量,以及借助上述的热量熔化以形成一个焊接部分,以及上述的多个光学部件是通过上述的焊接部分焊接的。
4.一种光学装置,包括:
多个光学部件,它们在其接头处彼此接合到一起,以及
一个部件,准备借助在上述的接头之间形成的热量熔化,其中,上述的热量是借助由一个能量供给器供给的能量在上述的部件处产生的,以熔化上述的接头和上述的部件,因此形成一个焊接部分,以及上述的多个光学部件是通过上述的焊接部分焊接的。
5.按照权利要求4的光学装置,其特征在于,上述的部件包括一个光屏蔽薄膜。
6.一种光学装置,包括:
多个光学部件,它们在其接头处彼此接合到一起,以及
一个部件,以借助来自一个能量供给器的能量产生热量,该能量供给器形成在上述的接头之间,
其中,上述的接头是借助由于上述的部件产生的上述的热量熔化以形成一个焊接部分,以及上述的多个光学部件是通过上述的焊接部分焊接的。
7.按照权利要求6的光学装置,其特征在于,上述的部件包括一个金属部件。
8.一种光学装置,包括:
多个树脂透镜片,它们在其接头处彼此接合到一起,以及
微小球面或消球差凸透镜,它们以一个给定的节距形成在上述的多个树脂透镜片上,
其中,上述的接头是由一种材料制造的,该材料借助由一个能量供给器供给的能量产生热量,以及借助上述的热量熔化以形成一个焊接部分,以及上述的多个树脂透镜片是通过上述的焊接部分焊接的。
9.一种光学装置,包括:
多个树脂透镜片,它们在其接头处彼此接合到一起,以及
微小球面或消球差凸透镜,它们以一个给定的节距形成在上述的多个树脂透镜片上,
其中,至少一个上述的接头是由一种材料制造的,该材料借助由一个能量供给器供给的能量产生热量,以及借助上述的热量熔化以形成一个焊接部分,以及上述的多个树脂透镜片是通过上述的焊接部分焊接的。
10.一种光学装置,包括:
多个树脂透镜片,它们在其接头处彼此接合到一起,以及
微小球面或消球差凸透镜,它们以一个给定的节距形成在上述的多个树脂透镜片上,
其中,至少一个上述的接头包括一种物质,该物质借助由一个能量供给器供给的能量产生热量,以及借助上述的热量熔化以及形成一个焊接部分,以及上述的多个树脂透镜片是通过上述的焊接部分焊接的。
11.按照权利要求10的光学装置,其特征在于,上述的物质是一个吸光薄膜。
12.按照权利要求11的光学装置,其特征在于,上述的凸透镜包括相应的限制孔径,是由上述的吸光薄膜制造的。
13.一种光学装置,包括:
多个树脂透镜片,它们在其接头处彼此接合到一起,
微小球面或消球差凸透镜,它们以一个给定的节距形成在上述的多个树脂透镜片上,以及
一个部件,准备借助在上述的接头之间形成的热量熔化,
其中,上述的热量借助由一个能量供给器供给的能量在上述的部件处产生的,以熔化上述的接头和上述的部件,以形成一个焊接部分,以及上述的多个树脂透镜片是通过上述的焊接部分焊接的。
14.按照权利要求13的光学装置,其特征在于,上述的部件是一个光屏蔽薄膜。
15.按照权利要求14的光学装置,其特征在于,上述的凸透镜包括相应的限制孔径,它是由上述的光屏蔽薄膜制造的。
16.一种光学装置,包括:
多个树脂透镜片,它们在其接头处彼此接合到一起,
微小球面或消球差凸透镜,它们以一个给定的节距形成在上述的多个树脂透镜片上,以及
一个部件,用以借助由一个能量供给器供给的能量产生热量,它形成在上述的接头之间,
其中,上述的接头是借助由上述的部件产生的上述的热量熔化以形成一个焊接部分,以及上述的多个树脂透镜片是通过上述的焊接部分焊接的。
17.按照权利要求16的光学装置,其特征在于,上述的部件包括一个金属部件。
18.一种光学装置的制造方法,包括下列的步骤:
准备多个带有接头的光学部件,
供给一个能量至多个光学部件的上述的接头,从而使借助上述的能量在上述的接头处产生热量以及熔化上述的接头,以形成一个焊接部分,以及
通过上述的焊接部分焊接上述的多个光学部件。
19.一种光学装置的制造方法,包括下列的步骤:
准备多个带有接头的树脂透镜片,
在上述的多个树脂透镜片上形成微小球面或消球差凸透镜,
供给一个能量至上述的多个树脂透镜片,从而使借助上述的能量在上述的接头处产生热量,以及熔化上述的接头,以形成一个焊接部分,以及
通过上述的焊接部分焊接上述的多个树脂透镜片。
20.按照权利要求18的制造方法,其特征在于,上述的能量包括激光束,红外灯或紫外灯。
21.按照权利要求19的制造方法,其特征在于,上述的能量包括激光束,红外灯或紫外灯。
