Abstract

本发明公开了一种空气热能热泵式热水炉,包括依次连接的压缩机、冷凝器、节流阀和蒸发器,所述的冷凝器由多个连接构成,每一冷凝器均由水箱及其内部的散热器组成,在每一水箱上设有水路接口和出水口。本发明利用热泵原理吸收环境中的热能来达到烧热水的目的,既减少了对环境的热污染,还可在提供热水的同时提供制冷量,可大大节约能源;多个冷凝器串联或其它连接方式,可以在不同的冷凝器的出水口得到45℃~100℃不同温度的热水,以满足不同的需求;两种蒸发器可以直接或间接的提供冷量;而单独壳体的冷凝器组可单独与其它现有的空调器连接而获得热水。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种热水炉,具体是一种具有空气调节和提供热水的空气热能热泵式热水炉,也称为热水器或茶炉,可用于工矿企业、商业、发廊、桑拿屋、家庭住宅及有中央空调的场所。
背景技术
随着社会的发展和科技进步,现有的热水炉由于靠燃料和电力的能量烧水,不仅消耗大量的能源,而且对环境产生严重的热污染,因此已不适应现代化的发展。另一方面,大量的制冷机却散发出大量热能被白白浪费。
发明内容
本发明的目的就是提供一种空气热能热泵式热水炉,以解决现有的热水炉靠燃料和电力的能量烧水,不仅消耗大量的能源,而且对环境产生严重的热污染的问题,并可与制冷结合节省能源。
本发明的技术方案是:包括依次连接的压缩机、冷凝器、节流阀和蒸发器,其特征在于:所述的冷凝器由多个连接构成,每一冷凝器均由水箱及其内部的散热器组成,在每一水箱上设有水路接口和出水口。
所述的蒸发器包括间接冷量蒸发器和直接冷量蒸发器,间接冷量蒸发器带有壳体,在该壳体上设有冷水进出口;直接冷量蒸发器设有电风扇。
所述的多个冷凝器水箱的水路相互串联。
所述的压缩机、冷凝器、节流阀和蒸发器均装于一个外壳内。
所述的冷凝器置于一个单独的壳体内,在壳体上留出工质出入口和水出入口。
本发明利用热泵原理吸收环境中的热量来达到烧热水的目的,既减少了对环境的热污染,还可在提供热水的同时提供制冷量,可大大节约能源;多个冷凝器串联的设计,可以在不同的冷凝器的出水口得到45℃~100℃不同温度的热水,以满足不同的需求;两种蒸发器可以直接或间接的提供冷量;而单独壳体的冷凝器组可与其它现有的空调器连接而获得热水。

具体实施方式
参见图1和图2,本发明包括依次连接的压缩机1、多个冷凝器2、节流阀3和蒸发器4,每一冷凝器2均由水箱21及其内部的散热器22组成,多个冷凝器2的散热器22通过制冷工质管线5串联连接,在每一水箱21上设有水路接口6和出水口7。该实施例的水路接口6相互串联,第一个冷凝器水箱21连接有进水口10,用来与水源连接。可以在每一水箱21的出水口7得到不同温度的热水。
该实施例的蒸发器4包括间接冷量蒸发器41和直接冷量蒸发器42,间接冷量蒸发器41带有壳体43,在该壳体43上设有冷水进出口44和45;直接冷量蒸发器42设有电风扇46。
所述的压缩机1、冷凝器2、节流阀3和蒸发器4均装于一个外壳8内。
参见图3,这是冷凝器2置于一个单独的壳体9内的实施例,在壳体9上留出制冷工质出入口11、12和水出入口7和10。图中的标记13是设在每个冷凝器上的温度传感器接线,可用于温度检测和控制。

Claims (5)

1、一种空气热能热泵式热水炉,包括依次连接的压缩机、冷凝器、节流阀和蒸发器,其特征在于:所述的冷凝器由多个连接构成,每一冷凝器均由水箱及其内部的散热器组成,在每一水箱上设有水路接口和出水口。
2、根据权利要求1所述的空气热能热泵式热水炉,其特征在于:所述的蒸发器包括间接冷量蒸发器和直接冷量蒸发器,间接冷量蒸发器带有壳体,在该壳体上设有冷水进出口;直接冷量蒸发器设有电风扇。
3、根据权利要求1所述的空气热能热泵式热水炉,其特征在于:所述的多个冷凝器水箱的水路相互串联。
4、根据权利要求1、2或3所述的空气热能热泵式热水炉,其特征在于:所述的压缩机、冷凝器、节流阀和蒸发器均装于一个外壳内。
5、根据权利要求1所述的空气热能热泵式热水炉,其特征在于:所述的冷凝器置于一个单独的壳体内,在壳体上留出制冷工质出入口和水出入口。
